Idrismusty97: Then why are you just realizing it is wrong when your fellows are victims. But when they are the aggressors you wouldn't caution them. Are you not as guilty?
I am not here to blame anybody. It is obvious the problem is from both sides and it is high time educated Nigerians did the needful.
America did not achieve greatness through tribalism but patriotism.

Nairaland GeneralYou Killed Obiano's Former Wife For Him To Marry You - Uche Ekwunife To Obiano's by leo1234(op): 5:09pm On Aug 16, 2014
If not for the intervention of the
First Lady, Dr. Patience
Goodluck, the member
representing Anaocha, Dunukofia
and Njikoka Federal Constituency
of Anambra State, Hon Uche Ekwunife would have
been attacked by the Wife of Anambra State
Governor, Mrs Ebele Obiano in faraway Poland
yesterday night.
Both women were on the entourage of the First
Lady to Poland.
Trouble started when on arrival with the First
Lady, who was accompanied by Uche Ekwunife,
Bola Shagaya and others, Ebele Obiano who was
among those at the airport to receive the First
Lady greeted every other person except Uche
Ekwunife.
Later in the day, when Ebere Obiano came to see
the First Lady, according to source with the First
Lady, she again greeted everybody except Uche
Ekwunife. Those who had noticed the trend asked
her why the childishness, pointing at Uche, she
said " I do not greet prostitute," to the
astonishment of all those around.
Uche Ekwunife did not talk, according to our
source, until Ebele Obiano told her that she will
deal with her and make sure she crumbles all her
businesses in Awka.
Enraged, Uche said i would not bandy words with
you. "That you killed your husband's first wife for
him to marry you does not mean you can deal
with other women [Ebere Obiano use to be the
secretary to Obiano until he lost the wife and
married her]; that you are dealing with your
alcoholic husband does not mean you can deal
with me," Ekwunife said to Ebele Obiano.
Confused, Ebele Obiano said " my husband drinks
champagne not alcohol," providing comic relief
that set everybody laughing.
About to go physical, the First Lady now
intervened joined by other women. They
lambasted Wille's wife for lack of manners and
morals. "Instead of you to go to Margaret Obi to
teach you how to be a First Lady, I heard you no
longer talk to her.
This your behaviour today has confirmed all that
is said about you and your husband. Please if this
is how you behave, never join me on any trip
again, both within and outside the country.," the
annoyed First Lady said.

HealthRe: Breaking:- FG Sacks All Resident Doctors by leo1234(m): 4:33pm On Aug 15, 2014
deeobserver209: I used to support these doctors but when I got to learn how political their strike dived into and their superiority complex, I withdrew my support for them.
The main bone of contention is the demand for the establishment of the office of the 'Surgeon General of the Federation' which they argue should be established to take care of Health care matters in the country, just like the situation in the United States.
But things got crappy when they insist that only Doctors be appointed as a Surgeon General. Arguing that doctors are more qualified for the position considering the amount of time they spend on their course of study. This didn't go down well with the nurses who feel that such plan would only subjugate nurses to the background. The nurses were of the oppion that the office of the Surgeon General should be left wide open for whoever will be qualified to occupy, be it Nurse or a Doctor. They cite an example with the United States were the current Surgeon General is a Nurse.
The surgeon general of the US has always been a doctor. But in the US there are other surgeon generals like surgeon general of the US army etc which can be a non doctor.
U can Google that.

alotofgrace: neo-colonisation is the other name of visa lottery. they invite u to drain ur brain to do dia dirty jobs while they start from where u stop.
It is better to win a visa lottery than to remain jobless in Nigeria.
Every time Nigerians complain of brain drain while we have jobless graduates all over the place.
I know a law student that left Nigeria in her 3rd year to work in prison because she won visa lottery. In less than a year she was able to buy a car many Nigerian lawyers cannot buy after working for 20yrs.

lokoloko84: No Mr you are ignorant about how research works. Research and development department in a pharmaceutical company is expensive and a place where you have diverse professionals such as biochemists, virologists, pharmacologists, medicinal chemists, pharmaceutical scientists and even zoologists

By the way pharmacy as a proffesion is a wide field and hospital pharmacists are just another aspect in the practice. if the hospital pharmacists should improve on their clinical skills and specialise, then I believe they can be more involved in research works within their specialty.
Do we have research and development department in any of those pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria?
HealthRe: Ebola: Nigeria Reaches Out To U.S. For Experimental Drug; NMA Sets Up Committee by leo1234(m): 5:57pm On Aug 06, 2014

Sorry.
But that is the truth.

Abimloaded: Where are the Nigerian PHARMACY Graduates ?

What's the essence of studying Pharmacy if they can't make research to cure for some ailments ?

Must we depend on the foreigners before we can have the cure for ailments ?

What are the Pharmacists into ?

We are only an Independent Country on paper but when it comes to finding a solution to any problem we are facing we are DEPENDENT on the foreign countries.

Boko Haram, we seeked for International help when the Chibok girls were abducted & here we are again seeking for help from the United States.

Its high time we stopped this dependence & prove the useless Independence we claim we have obtained since 1960!!
Our pharmacists are in the hospitals seeking for consultancy when they should be busy in the lab doing research.
