Is like they are not going under any training before they are employed. The only thing they can do best is collecting bribes on the roads or when civil case is report to them.

The Nigerian Army needs a total reorientation as I have always said. The notion of calling civilians bloody civilians is a culture carried on from the military era and should be stopped. The army is meant to protect civilians and not torture them except they are dealing with bandits and terrorists.
