RomanceRe: Guys, Have You Ever Had A T.hree.some? Share Your Experience. by lexyking(m): 6:33am On Jun 02, 2020
etrange:
What do you guys really want? If a girls sleeps with two men and does all sorts of things, you call her ashawo, olosho, etc. If she doesn't, you call her boring and unexposed. At the end, guys are the real oloshos.
I could kill for a girl that is sexually liberated, a girl who is not afraid of fulfilling her sexual fantasies no matter how weird it is. But I will have to agree with you that most Nigerian guys are hypocrites who want what they don't need but need what they don't want.

I think the ladies have a big role to play in changing things, they need to start being bold about what they want and damn the negative perception that might come with such act. they need to aim higher and roll with people of like minds, not just opening their legs for guys that aren't in sync with their sexual preferences. thumbs up to @MOnkeybabe, she's about the only girl I've seen on this thread who truly knows what she want and is not scared of seeking it, I wish other girls can stand up and live their lives.

FYI
Oga, why the mentions? I said Yoruba culture have influenced the word more than any other Black African culture, so what point are you trying to make by quoting me with the figures of slaves sold.

I don't have any factual evidence to prove how many Yorubas or Igbos were taken during the trans-Atlantic slave trade, so I'm not going to delve into that argument with you or anyone else, so please except you want to engage me on whether or not Yoruba culture have influenced the word more than any other African culture, stay off my mention abeg

Angola and Congo are not ethnic groups but nations with many ethnic groups. It's two whole countries vs. one single ethnic group. Arguably, Yoruba is the largest African ancestry by ethnicity and most influential African culture in Brazil.
Yoruba culture is factually the most influential black African culture, not just in Brazil but the whole of south America and north America

Well, that would be hard to determine sha.
My point exactly, the truth is that without any statistical database, no tribe can claim to have more population than the other.

Most of this figures that is being churned out are nothing but mere projections.

Actually there is.

All ethnic census conducted by British have always put Igbos more than Yorubas.

1921, 1931, 1952 census all had Igbos more than Yorubas

https://www.nairaland.com/5875972/1952-nigeria-ethnicity-census-resu
I responded to his claim that they are more Igbos than Yorubas in the diaspora.

Another tribal illiterate dictated

let me tell you the truth, most countries outside Africa don't know about any other tribe in Nigeria apart from Igbo.

If u travel to any nation the first question their citizen will ask u when you tell them that u're from Nigeria is "Are you Igbo?".

Most foreigners have not come across Yoruba man. They are only aware of Igbos.
This guy quite with all this your lies abeg, how many countries have you visited? I don't mean to brag but I've traveled and explored many continents save south America, and no one have asked me this your awkward question.
PoliticsRe: Top 10 Africa's Most Populous Ethnic Groups. Yoruba is number 3 by lexyking(m):
Bendeco2020:
Yorubas can also be found in foreign country but Igbos are far more than them in foreign countries.... Talking from experience. Maybe u have not traveled to any Asian or Europian country that's why it's hard for u to understand. The only European nation u can find Yorubas more than Igbo's is England.

Even in South and North American nations, Igbo's also outnumbered them by far.
Oga say what you can proof with statistical facts I beg, yes Igbos are definitely more than yorubas in Asian countries, but in north America and Europe with the exception of Germany and the eastern part of Europe where the economy is not that big there's no any other part of Europe that you don't find Yorubas and Igbos in good numbers.

As for north America, the two tribes are well represented so except if you're just being bias, there's nothing to prove that any of the two tribes have more numbers than the other.

This is my own first hand experience not hear say.
CelebritiesRe: Wizkid Uses Android To Tweet, Non Iphone Users Raises Shoulder (photos, Reaction by lexyking(m):
It's only here in Nigeria that we associate iPhone with wealth, forgetting that life is all about choice and preference.

I for one prefer android over iOS anyday anytime, but that does not mean I use cheap android phones cos my android phone is as expensive as any high end iPhone if not more. but most Africans don't Express their choice of phones freely so in a bid to look wealthy they go for iPhones not minding if there's any other phone that gives better functionalities.
PoliticsRe: Before You Accuses The Northerners Stole Oil Money See This by lexyking(m):
OP, I understand your write up Is meant to serve as a response to some tribal jabs that was directed towards your region since those arewa kids pictures surfaced online yesterday, however in your attempt to do this you're making the same mistake that you're desperately trying to correct.

While I've never been one of those that tends to blame others for my misfortunes, because I believe nothing happens without me permitting it either directly or indirectly. So I get it when you say the south are the problem to themselves and not the north,

My grouse is that you're making it sound normal and ok for a few to steal and enjoy the wealth that is meant for everyone. Agreed, we can't all be equally rich but at least we can all be comfortable.

Like I said earlier that I don't have any problem with the rich northerners, my problem is their attempts to display so much affluence while the majority of their people are wallowing in extreme poverty. So I think instead of defending their lavish lifestyles, you should be finding a way to make them see reasons on the need to find a way to evenly distribute wealth among their populace.

Ride on girl, at least you are proving those who think that girls from the north are all uninformed and shallow.

Don't mind those who criticize your writing, English isn't your mother's language, the important thing is that you made your point and I'm sure they all understand.

And as for those who are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, I hope someday you realize that every region as their fair share of elites who have enriched themselves with our national wealth.
PoliticsRe: The South West And Nigeria: A Call For Opinions by lexyking(m):
Odingo1:
How is Igbo man the cause of current Nigeria woes, can you state some.

1. North have rule Nigeria for more than 40 years
2. Yoruba 11 years
3. Igbo less than 2 years.
Yes Igbos have only ruled for less than two years, but the actions taken in those two years is what has gotten us to where we are today.

Was it not an igbo man that collapsed the regional arrangement?

Was it not an Igbo man that led the first ever coup in Nigeria?

Was it not an Igbo man that stripped the various regions of their constitutional powers and concentrated it at the center?

Was it not an Igbo man that vehemently fought against the idea of having a secession clause in our constitution?

So yes, the igbos haven't ruled Nigeria as mush as the Hausas and Yorubas but their actions and inactions during their short stint in power was what laid the foundation for the problems we find ourselves today

A white person calling a black person nigga is offensive, anyday, anywhere. that's why it's advisable that white people stick to making white jokes while blacks stick to making black jokes because any attempt to make jokes of people's skin color outside of your race is considered racist.
RomanceRe: I Accessed My Gilfriend's Phone, Now I Can't Walk. Help! by lexyking(m):
The bitter truth is that they are no good or bad girls these days, what the ladies have now are circumstantial characters. the funny thing is that most people think that it only happens in Nigeria, my brother do not be deceived, I repeat do not be deceived it's a global phenomenon, I dont know if it's as a result of end time or not.

In all honesty, the ladies are but a reflection of the societies they live in. For far too long the Male folks have have grown accustomed to using and dumping them just because we see it as a man's world, and i think the ladies are now fighting back albeit in a wrong way.

I'm not saying what they are doing is right o, what I'm saying is that majority of the guys that bashed these ladies and call them all manner of names don't have the moral rights to do so.

How many guys these days can honestly stay faithful to one girl? even for the married ones, so yes nature is only given us back what we gave. we can't expect the ladies to be faithful when we are not.

Using myself as an example, I know how many good girls that I have disappointed, girls whose only crime was to love, respect and cherish me. But in the end just like what most guys do, I jilted them and moved on to some other new chicks, now tell me how such girls can ever truly love with their hearts again.

So instead of blaming only the women, let's us all look into the mirror and make amends. Let us give only what we're capable of receiving, and let's learn not to judge too harshly things that we're guilty of ourselves.

In conclusion, we need to understand what love truly is. It entails patience, empathy, and above all Understanding. because we all have the tendency to either be a good person or not it's all depends on what vibes you get from people around you.

Truth be told, PMB is making it really difficult even for his most loyal supporters to be able to defend his appointments patterns.

I've watched with keen interest how he has engaged in the systematic removal of political appointees from the southern part and replacing them with northerners. I'm in no way saying people who are found to have engaged in corruption shouldn't be sacked and prosecuted, it's just that whenever they are to be replaced its only fair to pick someone from the political zone of the sacked individuals.

PMB is really setting a bad precedent, because whoever comes in after him will have every justification to do exactly the same thing,And that will not be good for our nation.

PoliticsRe: 2023: The SE/SS Should Work Against The SW, Even If It Means North Retaining Pow by lexyking(m): 9:38am On May 19, 2020
gidgiddy:
This is why come 2023, all 6 geopolitical zones should be encouraged to seek the no 1 position through the various political parties out there. We will see how the SW will ever produce the President in that situation
Do you really have to respond just because you want to? if you bothered to get the point I was making, you'd understand that I acknowledged the facts that for equity sake power must shift to the south, since the north would have governed for 8 straight years.

So your suggestion to let all the six geopolitical zones contest goes against the spirit of equality and balance. You would have made more sense if you had narrowed it down to the three southern zones, which was what I said earlier that every zone in the south has the right to produce their candidates.
PoliticsRe: 2023: The SE/SS Should Work Against The SW, Even If It Means North Retaining Pow by lexyking(m): 6:46am On May 19, 2020
maybet081:
that will be unfair for the south westerners to even think of coming back to the top job in 2023.Doing such is simply telling the north to remain in power because it is just like using other southern regions to achieve their sole political ambitions. The other regions of the south is just waiting to confirm their feeling exploitation from the south west come 2023.HIM WHO SEEKS EQUITY MUST COME WITH COEAN HANDS.if equity and fairness is what we want Nigeria, very well then it must apply to the southern brothers.
Please give me an example of any country in the world be it developed or developing where presidential positions are handed out freely.

You talked about equity and fairness, REALLY? ok so what's equity to you if you are asking the Yorubas in APC who had given their all, sacrificed a lot, worked tirelessly and even withstood the misplaced aggressions and personal attacks directed at their persons by the Igbos and other opposition members, and now that it's time to get the reward of their hard labour you're saying they should give it up because of FAIRNESS? does that really sound FAIR to you?

Politics anywhere in the world is about interest, the southwest might have not really liked or approved some of the actions of this government, but they have endured it just so that they can have their own shot and do things their way, while the Igbos have casted aspersions on the personalities of the likes of Tinubu,Lai,Fashola and even PMB himself, you now expect this people to fold their arms and give it all away just because of a southern EQUITY?

Where was southern EQUITY when GEJ treated the Yorubas like a second class citizens, or when the likes of Anyim pius and Stella Odua where busy undermining Yoruba interests.

No one is stopping the Igbos from contesting, there's no where in our constitution that forbids all the southern regions producing a candidate, afterall Atiku contested against PMB who's a fellow northerner. All we're saying is don't expect to come to APC the (Islamic, almajiri, Afonjas, the ewedu)party and expect that they hand over the number one position in the country to you on the grounds of EQUITY. Go to PDP the party that you've sacrificed and given so much to and demand the EQUITY you so much need there.
