You were going on a lunch date with your "male" friend, and you couldn't even grant your guy the courtesy of telling him. Not to seek his permission, but to atleast let him know where you were. It was until he called you that he knew where you were, that's not only wrong, but it also shows you lack respect for your man. |
dozai:Do you even know how Wikipedia functions? Are you aware that just about anybody can edit any information on any page there? |
pacespot:I'm guessing you're a white man from western Europe for you to have this your legendary longsight, but what I don't understand is what you're doing in a shortsighted blackman's political affairs. Please leave o before we shortsighted blackmen infect your pristine whiteman's longsight. |
pacespot:And humanity is better with you alive just because you don't support Tinubu? |
9jaRealist:So he's now a school drop out that miraculously got some funds and emigrated to USA? Whao! That's a new one, because I was under the impression that his real name was Amoda who took someone's else identity. |
pacespot:And you that is busy wishing death upon others simply because they chose a different political view from yours, I only have one prayer for you, MAY YOU LEAVE FOREVER. |
popez:Ok, time shall tell. |
popez:You need to try harder, cos there's nothing you do or say that will make your candidate a better choice than Tinubu. |
In the book of comrades chapter 10 from vs 11-13 it said and I quote: blessed are the vawulence makers for theirs is the kingdom of comrades. And in 14 it says man shall not live by peace alone but by vawulence and anything thereof...... We are not here to preach love Vawulence is the only way |
Oga try and be calming down, the cut off marks is meant to prune down the high numbers of candidates. As I'm sure you can see from the list that the cut off mark for Lagos and Abuja is lower than that of Anambra, this is not due to the fact that Anambra has more intelligent students than Abuja or Ekiti. Southwest for instance has a large number of well equipped private secondary schools, same goes for Abuja, so you don't see students from these state rushing to take exams for public schools. As for that of the north, the low cut off mark is to encourage them to go to school. In a nutshell, the cut off marks are determined by the law of demand and supply, in order to understand this better, you need to see the numbers of applicants per state/region, you would notice that the southeast always have more numbers of applicants hence the high cut off marks, so it's not due to any imaginary high intelligent or marginalisation of any kind abeg YorobaPIGS: |

Well I'm 100% supporting Tinubu candidacy. Is that a bold enough statementfor you? LudaChriz: |
Every tribe is important in Nigeria especially the major tribes. But we can't come together in alliance when we keep insinuating that one tribe is better than the others. That's why a section will keep losing out and the South in general will keep losing. God bless you my brother. Just to add to your sound submission, the major problem Igbos have is their inability to coexist with others on equal terms. A typical Igbo man feels good only when others are brought down, they speak condescendily about other people and have this misguided notion that they are the wisest and smartest in the room. While there's nothing wrong in having confidence in your abilities or being proud of your heritage, it is totally wrong to assume that others have nothing to be proud of. |
Give me 3 qualities that set Obi apart from Tinubu PETER OBI for the Job
|
Why don't you tell us whom aside these ones you listed is deserving of our vote? Help2020: |
APGA is not an Igbo party. It started off well until Peter Obi and Umeh made it so. Obi returning to APGA to restrategize with other like-minds to use their popularity and clean the South-East would have sent shivers down the spine of PDP. And who says they can be another merger come 2027 by say APGA (The ruling SE party) and another regional party elsewhere to win the federal. You're spot on with your analysis, but his fans are too blinded by sentiment to see it. Buhari was able to become president because he had the patience and self-worth to start and maintain a party that was molded in his political beliefs. Same goes for Tinubu, he was also smart and diligent in creating and sustaining his own political party which was equally molded in his own political beliefs and ideologies, and when in 2011 the two parties merged, it was a political tsunami that not even the then ruling party could withstand. Obi with all his popularity is all talk and no substance, if not, how can you keep jumping from one party to another? Why can't you strategis and patiently build your own party with people of like minds the way Buhari and Tinubu did? Instead he just want to jump ahead of the queue and rip where he did not sow. Tomorrow now when the real owners of labour party start treating him unfairly he would jump out again. What a pity. |
murder is murder, stop being a hypocrite and condemn it!
Murder is murder you said? In a way, yes it is. But when put side by side you will understand that the narrative is totally different. Deborah was killed by her fellow students in the full glare of everyone including some security officers. Her assailants even had the audacity to record themselves burning her all because she made a statement that they considered blasphemous, while the killings in the east has no religious or ethnic colourations to it. In all, we should condemn such gruesome killings no matter where or how it takes place, but for Reno to now be putting this two event side by side is totally misleading and ideotic cos there's no evidence to suggest that the woman and her kids were killed cos of where they came from or the religion that they practiced while that of Deborah is as clear as day. |
Cj4charles:So flavour should have 'sang' for an Igbo governorship candidate in Lagos? I believe that even him cannot be that stupid. |
jom28gy:You're very funny. So because his supporters are busy making noise on social media it then translate to him winning election? Do you even know why the likes of Tinubu and Atiku's supporters are quite on twitter? Or you think Obi now all of a sudden have more support than them? Oga the basic truth is that these two aspirants are seasoned politicians so they know that the battle now is not for the electorates but for the delegates, and most of these delegates will not vote based on some twitter posts and one million march. So while Obi is busy taking selfies up and down, some of the more serious aspirants are meeting people that really matters at the moment which is the party delegates. And if and when they they clinch their party ticket, only then will you know how massive their supporters are. |
First off, I must say it unequivocally that beauty comes in different shades and colours hence the popular saying that 'beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder' but we in this part of the world believes and view beauty as a one cap fit all. I normally don't like partaking in these sort of argument because there's no right, equitable and general rule to use in arriving at a conclusion that is generally binding. Every one will have some level of bias in making their choice which is very normal, after all who go say him mama soup no sweet? In all honesty, there's no part of this beautiful country that does not have its fair share of beauty. Go to Benue state for instance and see the amount of naturally endowed damsels in every local government some of this babes don't even know how beautiful they are, or is it Imo state that you will not find them in their numbers? How about Ogun, Bauchi, Enugu, Adamawa, Kogi etc. In my opinion, it would be better if there was a particular part of beauty that we're to judge with for instance you could ask which girls have the most light skinned girls, or the most curvy or the black beauty, the tallest etc while this might still not be generally agreed on, but at least we can have some meaningful debates about it. I will conclude by saying it emphatically that every tribe are beautiful in there unique way its you that is in need of beauty that will go for the shade of beauty that is pleasant to you. |
I honestly don't know which one is the weirdest place for me, but here is the list of the top contenders. In a toile at transcop Hilton Abuja In the park of my church premises On a road that is under construction At the staircase of one of my then babe's house in the afternoon for that matter At millennium Park Abuja, this one na constant for me At Abuja parks and garden On my boss's desk In a swimming pool. These are the ones that readily comes to mind. |
Just reading this and couldn't help responding to your So the region that calls Christians kafir, as a matter of religious doctrine, largely supported boko haram with statements like an attack on boko haram is an attack on the north, is permitted to rule and even enslave you, but the most travelled tribe in nigeria, with investments in every nook and crany does not merit it ever. At the bolded, how can you say someone's point of view is senseless? You could have just disagreed without saying that. Secondly, the term 'kafir' is an Arabic word for pagan or unbeliever and while I'm not holding Fort for the few northerners that call others this, I can affirm that it is not encouraged by their leaders and the more educated ones. And as for the most travelled part, that is not an achievement because you're not travelling to go and help this people with anything rather you're going there to hustle. So if there's any credit to be taken, it should be your hosts that should be gloating not you. Talking about investments, I will just not engage you on the differences between investments and owning a business I will leave that for another day or maybe if and when I get a response to your take on my submission, but I will tell you for free that investment wise, the igbos are way behind the two other major tribes. |
Kingozymandias:Keep the politicians out of this. The animosity between the IGBOS and the YORUBAS did not start because of the politicians alone, but by the actions and inactions of these two ethnic groups towards one another. And as for OOK, he should stop this emotional blackmail and sell his candidature to all Nigerians. Instead of engaging in all these backward rhetoric of Igbos been marginalised, because nowhere in the world will power be given on a platter. I expect him and any other Igbo aspirants to reach out to other regions, make offers and concessions, identify their regional problems and tell them how you intend solving these problems, make them understand you're not gunning for the presidency simply because you're Igbo or because you're from the southeast but because you're a Nigerian who is willing to serve. Do these things and the other regions might just start buying into your presidential dreams. In summary, all Igbo aspirants should offer to work with other regions Instead of expecting other regions to work for them. |
IGBO PEOPLE! THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT DOESNT DO "MY TRIBE" NO YORUBA MAN WILL DO THIS FOR IGBO MAN! BUT JUST SEE HOW NDI IGBO POURED GRACE ON THIS TOUT NOT MINDING THE FACT HE IS FROM A TRIBE THAT HATES NDI IGBO THE MOST IN THE WHOLE OF NIGERIA! I can't do much about your self inflicted complex, but I can atleast enlighten you a bit. First off, both Obi cubana and Emoney are not in any way helping portable. Rather they are trying to benefit from his Street credibility. take Cubana for example, he is using portable to create street awareness for his Odogwu bitters. So please stop with this your childish reasoning |
I just hope that the said girl is not been serviced by the wardens |
You even have the time to respond to such a senseless and parochial view. First off the man just like everyone else has a right to pick people he's comfortable with and people he can trust.
You're nothing but a cheap liar. I hate people like you who dish out lies to Stoke ethnic tension, saying all Osinbajo's aides are only Yorubas. It's you that failed to read the article very well, cos his only crime was that he distributed the money mostly to his fellow Christians surely you could see that it isn't even a proven fact cos no statutory body ever indicted him on that.
