The team is still not very good. Equatorial Guinea is the poorest team in this group and we labored against them especially in the first half.

Okpotu is not a good enough striker even with the goal.

The positives are players like Faleye and Eze.
remember that E .Guinea has nothing to play for .

I am sure you know why Rufai came back in 1998. At least I posted the video here of the Baruwa incident that led to his recall. We had no better option then.

Carl Ikeme's illness has left us with goalkeepers that are not WC first choice goalkeepers. And we have found ourselves in that similar situation as 98 again.
i started watching football since the early 90's and i follow the super eagles stories , but if you ask me , i will suggest that we should let Enyeama be , if we can feed our fear with Faith . and start believing in the young goal keepers we have . i could rememember that Enyeama was given A Chance against England when we were playing a formality match ... the Beckham save brought him into lime light . let try someone else , MAYBE A MESSI SAVE WILL BRING WILL SHOW CASE THEM. i m just tired of this Enyeama story ,nobody is indispensable

there is no news of him even moving to Angers on Google.

The guy is in limbo, but they are still clamouring for him. Like I said, it's nauseatimg
my bad ! third goal keeper in Lille i meant ... all thesame . probability of 3rd goal keeper becoming the first goal keeper is very slim .

what is paining me here is that none of then clamouring for Enyeama can categorically tell us what is going on with his career as we speak.

Where is Enyeama?
they know but they have refused to say it as it is , for those of you who cares to know ..... he is presently the 3rd goal keeprer in Lille . .... meaning he may remain on the bench till world cup .

We honestly do. This can be sorted out short term if Enyeama could just agree to come back for one last time.
all of you clomouring for the come back of Enyeama , should please move on . lets start looking in another direction. Enyeama coming back could spell another disaster .Same Rufai came back in 98

Politics › Guidelines For Transfer Of Registered Voters by lexyman(op): 11:30pm On Jan 16, 2018
Guidelines for Transfer of Registered Voters

Introduction:-

A Nigerian has the right to live in any part of the country. An important part of voter registration is that an eligible person is advised to register at a centre nearest to him or her within the Ward  in which he or she resides. This is to make it easy for the voter to access the polling unit and vote on election day.

However, a person who relocated to another place, outside the constituency in which he registered cannot vote in his new location unless he transfers his registration. Section 13 of the Electoral Act 2010 as Amended provides for Transfer of Registered Voters.

Procedure for Transfer:-

–         Step 1-

–         The person who intends to transfer his registration will write an application to  INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner of the State  where he is currently residing.

–         Step 2-

–         The applicant will attach his voters card to the application.

–         Step 3-

–         The applicant must apply to the Resident Electoral Commissioner not later than 30 days before the date of an election in the constituency where he is residing.

–         Step 4-

–         The Resident Electoral Commissioner will direct the Electoral Officer of the applicants Local Government Area to enter his name  in the transferred voters list.

–         Step 5-

–         The Electoral Officer will assign the applicant to a polling unit in his constituency.

–         Step 6-

–         The Electoral Officer will issue the applicant with a new voters card

–         Step 7-

–         The Electoral officer will retrieve the applicants previous voters card

–         Step 8-

–          He will then send a copy of the entry to the Electoral officer of the constituency where the person whose name has been so entered was originally registered.

–         Step 9-

–          Upon receipt of this entry, that Electoral Officer shall delete the name from his voters list.

–         Note- Apart from  State Headquarters Offices of INEC, applicants can also submit their applications at the INEC Office in their Local Government Areas. The applications will be forwarded to the Resident Electoral Commissioner for necessary action.

what is your take about this cumbersome procedure of transfer of voters card huh?

read somewhere...Southampton are nursing a move for nancho...the fans are already longing for him rather than go for Walcott....

to be honest I was amazed to read the way some of these English guys create excuses for nancho...they still believe in his abilities..and potentials...
i think Southampton style of play will suit him .... he will do well if he consider going there ... i am worried modern day professional footballer , should be able to adjust to any style of play , provided you re not play out of position ..... Southhampton the Market place some 2 years all the big club in EpL went there to shop .sad they re yet to get over it .

Typical Nigerian mentality to blame others for his/her misfortunes. It is safe to say the days of mediocrity is over.

Affections is supposed to win you awards?Or recognition of your exceptional performances.

If a player who plays in China is receiving an award,I think that is an indictment on the quality of African Female Footballers
have you gone to check female football history in the past huh

weh nyou pick Germany, USA,Japan and China ... then others can follow in female football.... please get your fact right

Thank you!
We need a solid bench in defense. And it's not like Balogun is in a good recent form..

As regards the forward, let me tell you my honest opinion, I have given up on our search. We may add Onuachu if we want. You can only tell a good CF from his number of goals. And there is no much we can do unless someone starts firing goals without ceasing before June.

Hence, I will say playing with false 9s looks like our reality. And I believe we can be more dangerous that way. Could be a blessing in disguise.

Modified,

When Tammy starts performing and IF he decides to rescind his decision, we can reopen the debate.
playing a false 9 will make us unpredictable , cos we dont really have a potent striker , even the Ighalo is so predictable .

Most of Paul Onuachu goals are tap-ins and his height is a concern for me. Another Peter Crouch ?
dont you think that is height is an added advantage , he can make use of his head , also very skilful ... we will need that kind of player when we re playing a very tactical game ... my take

You still dont get it.You think I'm talking about world class class player.
For goodness sake, I'm talking about performing players.
That Teranga lions team had lots of performing players who bossed the French league 1.

Diouf, Coly were bossing it at Rc Lens, Tony Sylva at Lille, Fadiga at Bordeaux name them.... these guys were important players for their clubs prior to the world cup
i understand your point clearly . that we lack players that do well in club football, come 2022 will will have those calibers of players you wish for ,by then Rohrs Job will become easy , cos he msut have shaped them to what he wanted , and this present world cup is the platform for them .

That's what it looks like when you take it on the face value of the qualifiers but seriously, does it not worry you one bit that our attackers haven't managed to score this season?
You must understand that teams have more than 9 months to figure us out , on the back of a solid 1 month camping , expect more sturdy and organized opponents . The dynamics are not the same.
Also, most of our attacking players (bar Musa and V.Moses) dont have big tournament experience with the Super Eagles, I wonder the reason for the optimism that these goal shy strikers (most don't even make their team bench anymore) will suddenly cake walk the world cup on the back of African WQ and a good half in a friendly game.
We need a reality check .
Sincerely
i know you desire so much for the team , dont forget we have a good team ,that can do well as a unit , i still believe in the ability of this team as a unit not as an individual player .... before now Iwobi was scoring , and among the best 7players in the attack line of Arsenal you will pick Iwobi . For Iheanacho , i will call this a rough patch of his career , he will get better . ...dont forget the world as a whole lack strikers , i will leave you to this to ponder on .THAT IS WHY YOU SEE MOST COACHES settle for false 9 , and its producing result .

Our attack is overrated. Remove Ighalo and the much maligned Nwakaeme, the rest of our attackers and midfielders combined cannot boast of 5 goals between them this season.
I hope the chicken don't come home to roast come June next year.
our attack is not bad , the number of goals scored during the qualifier wasn't bad , also the friendly produced a lot of goals , thats to tell you that something is right about the team .
