Cameroun and Egypt are the most tactically disciplined sides in this championship.
These guys stay true to their strategy, hardly out of shape and very hard to beat.
These attributes are the evidence of a well coached team.

In the game against Senegal, if you watched closely you would have noticed they had the clearer chances and merely reduced Senegal to half chances. Football is not all about fancy footwork and passing. You have to respect other people's way of playing the game.

If watched their game throughout this tournament, you will appreciate how tactically aware the Cameroonians are.

Nigerians should be a little bit more circumspect and Liberal when analysing football. I noticed a lot of people don't just fancy this Cameroonians because we have them to deal with in the WCQ.
Thankfully Gernot Rohr have a different view from Nigerians especially those on the cyberspace.
I think you are mixing 'gburugburu football" with tactics , please be sincere with yourself , came round has played nothing.except the free kick they scored in their first encounter in the competition , aside of that nothing spectacular , you will watch them against Ghana on wednessday
expect another wrestling .what Cameround played against senegal was pure dirty game, i repeat if not for their keeper and hardluck against the senegalese !Rohr just have a way of playing a mind game .

I blew the whistle about this Cameroun team after watching their first game. I got a lot of criticism from alot of people here.
It took the game against Senegal for people to understand what I said about this team some 2weeks ago.

I would once again say, the target would be to get 4 points from these people. It would be a rough, rugged and raw back to back games against this lot.
We need players in top shape physically to prosecute these games.

Hugo Broos is unknown in Africa, but I can tell you guys he's one of Belgium's finest managers. The man has a respectable reputation in Europe, his tactical prowess is very evident on this team.
How fecafoot have managed to engage some of the best European coaches over the years is quite amazing.... From Wilfred Schaffer to Volker Finke, Paul Le Guen and now Hugo Broos.. Hmm
Is it the same cameroun ?they outmuscled most of their opponents , they ve meet their match , they will try harder . but i give it to their 21 year old keeper , he single handedly took them to the semi,s .if you watch that game you will remember the chelsea of the days of Mourinho (negative football) i still don't believe they are better , what has improved so far is their confidence , tactics is still zero.

Chinese Club, Beijing Guoan Track Success

https://www.completesportsnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/image-57.jpeg

By Johnny Edward:

Chinese Super League side, Beijing Guoan, are weighing up a move for Watford's Nigerian striker, Isaac Success, reports Comple tesportsnigeria.com.

Success was previously linked with a loan move to Turkish side, Bursaspor when the winter transfer reopened on January 1.

But according to the Daily Mail, Success is expected to stay at Vicarage Road at least until the end of the season.

Success who is one of the nine first-team players out injured is expected back in action in the first week of February if his rehabilitation goes as planned.

The 21 year old Nigerian has scored once in eight English Premier League games for the Hornets who are 14th in the long with 23 points from 21 games.

Success joined Watford from Spanish side, Granada for a club record fee of €15m at the start of the season.

He has missed The Hornets' last five games and is a major doubt for their trip to the Vitality stadium to face AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.

That Algeria team is worst team so far in this Afcon, to play together na wahala, very individualistic
I disagree with you , they weren't that bad , they deserved to win the game the way they played in the second half , but they were unlucky.

Algeria Vs Zimbabwe not going according to script. Algerians dont seem to know what has hit them. Don't know if Zim can sustain the tempo though (Alg 1 - 1 Zim)
The Zimbabwean were very precise in the first half , thew knew what they wanted and they went for it .... capitalised on the ALGERIAN weakness , and struck them , good first half so far !

I think I am liking what Mancity is helping Nigeria do: Converting Iheanacho to a CF. He should keep playing that position even if it is 45mins or 5mins per game. With time he will grow into that our much sought after CF for the Super Eagles.

After watching Iwobi play the "number 10" against Palace over the weekend, I began to think what Rohr would be thinking. Iwobi is a natural "number 10".

I began to think of a formation that would look like:

.................Iheanacho

Etebor(LWF).....Iwobi(AM).....Moses(RWF) i like this your frontline , they can produce result, Ndidi and Mikel can form another wall , while our oyinbo walls remains in their position , i still don't know why i am beginning to lose hope in Ogenyi Onazi . I STILL DONT KNOW ,

..............Mikel(CM)
...................Onazi/Ndidi(DM)

I chose to play Etebor as LWF forward because of his high mobility which makes him capable of switching from the left side of Midfield to attack. He can also easily support the LB. Also his eye for goal as he easily joins in the attack just like he did at Rio.

I had always wanted to play Iheanacho as the AM because of his work rate and over-all contribution at the edge of the box. But after watching Iwobi play that role I think we can free Iheanacho to play as CF. Iwobi is capable from that position. This team does not need a mediocre CF. Time to offload players like Ighalo and Ideye. Iheanacho could be the man for the CF job.

Senegal will win thus AFCON before Ghana sef. Their team isn't as young as it used to be.

I tip Cote d'Ivoire, Algeria, Tunisia, Senegal and Egypt to go far this AFCON... one of them could win
