chukwubuzor123:You're welcome, bro. |
chukwubuzor123: |
chukwubuzor123:Splendid! With strong imagery and rhythm. I love it. |
BumBae:I didn't have the time to gauge your literary skills, I've been too busy with my imaginations wondering what kind of butty you have. |
Creamish:It is him alright, even if I got hit by a sledgehammer in the head, I can always smell that deceitful, unreliable, multifaceted scoundrel out. Nauseating personality he has. |
BumBae:Thank you, my runaway love. I saw Synzu early this morning. |
Creamish:He is our domiciled, insecure, buffoonish, skeletal bozo, who steals rap lines from Facebook and got banned for 6months. |
DarthSidious:My friend shut tha fvck up, you insecure sleazebag. Darkenedbaboon!!! 1. you have only spent 4hrs in nairaland yet you are qualified to rank who Nairaland best phraseologists are? Compound nuisance 2. Until now you have only made I post this month 3. Until now you have only 5 post for the whole of 2016 4. You have only 12 posts to this account and you deny being an alternate? Self-wanking _imbecile. You are organically _stupid if you think you pulled this off. Your account is just a cowardly, self-worshiping alternate of someone who is desperate to be part of the swing of events. You're a fraud and a self-doubting kid. 4hrs duration on your entire Nairaland duration and you know everyone? Bwahahaha. Desperation really blurred your need to be thorough.

Creamish:I actually forgot to add my name, I've been drooling over our Val date. Remember it's a red affair; red wine, red dress and red tablecloth for late dinner. You can kill it off by having red panties too, and if you dare to match your sophistication with your looks, you can give me a glimps of it under the dinner table, let me gauge your taste for panties. Feb 14th, dimmed lights, drawn blinds and parted lips and quivering bodies made extra sultry by the spell of wine await us. |

Lolz, I know you suggested that and having it re-echoed here gives a feeling of affirmation. Truth be told, I didn't have the editing skills to pull it off and arrange it orderly. And I couldn't squeeze any more time than my daily routine was willing to spare. A cursory glance at their posts and threads should suffice, perhaps? cc Truthhurts1 |

postmann:Delusions of grandeur!!! |
JackBizzle: ![]() |
postmann:who, you? Hierarchy forbids. Walk your way up, then I'll consider a jab. You have nothing to lose; no one knows you. |
JackBizzle:My criteria was simply their ability to use words in grammatical accord, flair, vocabulary, composition, word placement and arrangement. They all have different styles. |
[s] postmann:[/s] Lame! |
postmann:You're boring at this. Stop trying to sound funny. Don't you have a sermon to preach to us? |
postmann:Is your little thread boring? You really have a big mouth for a rookie. |
postmann:Alright, white-troll, you've had your moment, you can quietly drag your hands out of your keyboard and lift it towards your nose.......you perceive the stench? Beleive me, it oozes through this platform and its choking me. Why don't you learn to unfuck yourself properly for once. ![]() |
postmann:To troll you out of nairaland of course |
firstEVA:Who cares about that list when I have your heart to vie for! I have lowered your drawbridge already. Now assist me pull it down again to wade off intruders of petty lies and fleeting promise. |
postmann:You aren't qualified. With just 2 threads and a handful of posts, you're still a meandering Nairalander who is yet to be fully anchored. |
FTBOY:Lolz, then an update will be introduced. I seldom visit the political section so I'm not so acquainted with the aforementioned guys. But I'll do a wider survey next time. Firsteva was pointing me to the political section but I guess I failed to concur with her. But I'm certain of number 1 and 2 in the list through. |
FTBOY:Hehehehe, I want to top the list of witty trolls ![]() |
FTBOY: I thought hard and long about it, brother. But I just wanted to be unbiased and objective. There's another in that list whose personality online rubs me off in the wrong way too, but I just had to credit her, that's why I made her shortcomings as a foot note. |
Ishilove:Yes, in nairaland, there's no getting around that one; there are many situations that warrant the cold dismissal but they tend to make it your default approach over time, I'm afraid. It mired your charms in the mud. |
Ishilove:and coldly dismissive in a condescending fashion. Your intelligence should make you comely and endearing, not a put off in a chesty manner |
MRSANITY:Thanks, brother. |
Ishilove:.... conceited and arrogantly snobbish... you forgot to say thanks. |
What if Rule 21 were to be enforced by Moderators? No one has ever got the stick for breaking that rule yet. I suspect rule 21 is more of an advisory and preferential imploration to grace posts with standard English than the need to keep nuisance out of threads. But still, Some Nairalanders have taken the pain and effort to write in an enthralling manner with certain panache and precision. Their literary efforts and phraseology draped in all shades of styles are as different as their personalities. These nairalanders either have the innateness to write in an attention-grabbing way or they slogged to develop their writing proficiency which often entertains me more than the message they seek to convey. I have selected 10 nairlanders whose pennings have served and entertained my mental perceptions for the entire duration of my nairaland stay. I beleive good writing is a mark of superior breeding and peerage . I should point that their entire posts/threads are not without some gramatical blemish (As are mine or anyone else's) which is to be expected given the nature associated with writing on an online platform like this; most posts are done on mobile gadgets in between daily routine of work or studies, and always with swinging epinephrine and emotional reflections. There is little moment for proof-reading and even less for aloofness in critical appraisals for grammatical marrings. Seasoned, professional writers have the time of luxury and materials to have their scriptings error-proofed either by themselves or professionals. No such luxury is availed a nairalander who writes post and threads in real-time and often with emotional attachments. The top 10 phrasemakers in my subjective conclusion to have graced Nairaland in recents times are --- in the order of hierarchy: 1.. TV01 . ( Rich in clever placement of everyday words and has a varied stock of simple and sophisticated vocabulary) 2.. TheSonofmark (Word-generator, clever use of compound words in depicting situations) 3... Mizmycoli ( good narrator and logical in composition) 4... Ishilove ( prudish and sanctimonious but a good writer still) 5.... Mindfulness ( philosophically to the left but a a brillaint wordsmith, argumenta- tive still) 6..... Tonyebacarnista ( A prose specialist) 7...... 8..... 9...... 10...... There are a couple of Moderators who actually deserve the cut, but I do not want to expose this thread to the risk of being perceived as an attempt to kiss up to any moderator, especially after being the subject of many bans I consider ridiculous. ![]() |
ayodele234:May Logic forgive your sacrilegious utterances. You're the perfect reason I detest sensitive threads hitting front page as they are soon hijacked by mediocre and emotional squealers. Firstly north Korea has no war experience and has never fought a real war for decades. 2ndly, she is too poor to project any real war for a long time. The US has the greatest military projection on earth. They have been having heavy military engagements since world war 2 across the globe. You say America has not won a war in Asia? What about Japan? The japanese surrender in '46 Taliban is a group who don't fight conventionally, they are a terrorist group. Vietnam was lost to political will and objective not on casualties. Now you compare US to north Korea and I'll say you haven't learnt anything. Japan is more advanced than Korea with a thousand years. She has the most advanced navy in Asia. "Who has the strongest military in Africa" is the thread we debate military matters on this platform with foreigners. I have never seen you there, not once. And you claim to be our resident expert with this rubbish? Front page opportunist! |
firstEVA:you know I'm a grown-ass kid and have done really _stupid things in my life ![]() I can't suppress the little boy in me who keeps yearning for EVA-cookies ![]() |
