I thought in Yoruba tradition, an Oba bows to no one. Am I missing something? |
Nollywood should release a comedy titled ' The Negotiators' shortly. Personally, if there's is anything that should be suspended, banned and criminalized for being detrimental to national security at this moment, it should be open grazing. |
Politics they say, is local. If Buhari could associate with his cousins in Niger, if Sheikh Gumi could plead the case of the bandits openly, why would you want this man to forsake his compatriots? |
If anything is to be suspended, banned and criminalized on the premises of national security, it about be open grazing. What would ECOWAS do to ensure compliance since this government is notorious for picking court judgement to obey? |
What has not reduced in size? Almost all snacks have either quantity reduced or prices jacked up or both. |
Thanks for sharing. Good health is indeed more than riches. Kidney, liver and heart related diseases aren't something to pray for. God heal everyone going through the pains. Others should take heed and live right. |
Ok |
That number 6 really look suspicious. |
Ok |
How do people manage to have 3 kids and feel it's right to go separate ways? What happened to those beautiful moments they had together? |
Imagine for a moment the FG has powers over lands. |
What took them this late to reply Obasanjo? Are they still rehearsing the response to Soyinka on his interview with Arise TV? Adesina will see the light after Buhari's tenure and I hope it won't be too late. |
I thought they have moved on to K.o.o or Crow.we. Lai should know there's still life after Buhari's presidency. Will his children and grandchildren be proud of his name and actions ? |
That has been their plan all along. |
Sorry for your trouble, OP. But then this is still a side of the story, if only IBEDC or Mr. Also could give his version of the story. You can also escalate this on the various radio programs in the town, I'm not sure they'll respond quickly. As for the cables, I understand they become properties of the power company once they're connected to the network, even the transformer the communities gather money buy. Some things have to be revisited. |
Is this the position of the Senate or personal opinion of Sen. Ajibola? The only way Buhari seems to be getting away with all of these scheming is because the NASS has got no balls. With this detailed analysis, Buhari and his Attorney General should have been summoned to the Assembly to explain why they want to drag Nigeria back to 1963 because of cows. Waiting for the input of the VP, Fashola and Keyamo abi aren't they SANs too? |
Why should some people feel entitled to the forest owned by a state to which they do not belong? How can someone migrate from Niger, Mali , Chad and feel he has right over a forest in Osun for instance? If not because these set of people appear to enjoy support from highest places, the Nigeria military shouldn't waste time to smoke them out of the forest and back to where they came from. |
Ok |
No matter how beautifully packed the policies are, they won't still be attractive to the section of the country who wouldn't let go of their ancestral land for some herders from Futa Jalon to occupy. Buhari-Osinbajo government should let it slide, they can win this battle. |
Nothing threatens the corporate existence of the country at the moment more than open grazing, yet the Buhari-Osinbajo government wouldn't treat it with the same alacrity they treated Twitter. I'm still searching for the meaning of hypocrisy. |
Niger state alone is bigger than the 5 South Eastern states combined. If open grazing is so dear to the government, why not restrict it to the states that in the core north |
Table shaking is allowed. The fellow must have graduated from being an armed robber to a 'penned robber' with official cover. |
Except someone who has eaten the forbidden yam and is running from prosecution. |
This ticket was Buhari-Osinbajo ticket This government is Buhari-Osinbajo government. Any imprint, good or bad, is credited to the two of them. |
I counted about 25 people in that picture just for 3 bedroom bungalow. How many people would they have required to construct a storey building ? A trailer load? The state government should dig deeper, does this mean there aren't locals who could also do the job? Is the contractor a northerner that would warrant bringing his kits and kins for the job? This to me looks like just a smokescreen to 'import' some people down South. |
Sponsored to discredit the government. I'm still searching for the credit the government has that could be discredited. |
That ticket was Buhari-Osinbajo ticket. I'm sure they've got something on him to blackmail him into silence if he dares to rock the boat. A professor of law should be bold enough to stand up for the people in this face of brazen rape of fundamental human rights. |
Violent protest is what should be quelled with minimal state force. Peaceful protest is an inalienable right of every citizen and should not be taken away under any pretence. The government should rather make provision for peaceful protest and protect the protesters adequately from sponsored arsonists. |
After Buhari's tenure, Fulanis may become endangered species without support from the highest places they enjoy now |
Police should only deal with violent protesters. Protest wether sensible or not to anyone is an inalienable right of every citizen in a democracy. This should be guarded jealously else we sink into dictatorship unwittingly |
This explains why they wouldn't allow him grant interviews. |
Naira is having a free fall Insecurity is at all times high Food is becoming almost unaffordable. These should worry us and not some romance gone wrong between two unfaithful allies. |
