Where are those that got the licence for refineries some years back? Where are the modular refineries the VP promoted? We can borrow money fo fix rail line to NIger but can't turn around the refineries that'll end out misery as a nation significantly. If Buhari-Osinbajo eventually complete their 8 years tenure without brand new refineries or substantially fix our ailing refineries to stop importation of petroleum products, I'm afraid posterity may not be kind to them |
Don't cheat and don't allow yourself be cheated in silence. |
Let them continue with the brown envelope, Decree 4 is about to come and gag them into silence finally. |
It appears the intent of the ruling party is to decimate the opposition while making case for a one party state. |
AntiBMC:Very well Instead of the wholesale withdrawal of the bill, he should just rephrase the title and content to reflect it's main purpose - anti mob action. |
E still dey do me like dream say both Sound Sultan and the man in the Synagogue are both 6ft down. Life is indeed ephemeral. #RIP gentlemen. |
Hero or villain? His performance in the subsequent elections will be the judge. There was once one Mr. Uncommon Transformer who thought too highly of himself, the people showed him who the boss should be. |
Mr. Malami shouldn't react yet. More legal support could be in the offings from other ' higher ' places. |
The abductors brought him back to Kajuru to be released. This says much about who is in charge of security in that axis as bandits can stroll in and out of the town unhindered. Could it be that the bandits only released the Emir so that he could go and source for fund for the release of other members of his family still in captivity? As for the governor forming hard man, we can still remember vividly who started the payment of 'compensation' to the bandits. |
The insecurity wouldn't have lasted this long if the Federal Government really wanted to deal with the bandits. These are ragtag, largely untrained militias. How would they have been a source of constant headache to our 'gallant' security men. Well, it's what it is. |
It really does not require any phantom or greedy supporters to goad him into contesting from another party. That's the path an average politician will most likely thread after being denied ticket either fairly or unfairly. Regardless, may the best candidate wins. All the best for Anambrarians. |
Oh Lord! How low can people sink? |
Death, the ultimate leveller of all mortals. Sound Sultan, Former Kaduna Deputy Governor and now this Doctor, all today. A radio station just played one of the Sound Sultan's track and I have goose pump all over me. Can't believe he's gone. Let's live every moment as if that's our last. |
Oh No! Thought he was getting better from the rumored illness few weeks back. RIP Jagbajantis. Death is a debt all mortals MUST pay. #Sad May Almighty Allah grant him eternal bliss in Aljanah Firdaus. |
It's either the outcome of the Congress widens the gulf further or bridges the gap. After being in the saddle for 8 years, it's logical for the CPC block to allow ACN or ANPP block produce the next flag bearer. Hopefully this won't be like the proverbial postponement of the evil days. |
Same handwriting, she could claim she didn't write that and anyone could have done that. By the way, she never denied she wasn't once an APC member, she only said she has stopped being a member. Regardless, her nomination was an unnecessary controversy, they should have found another means of compensating her instead of bringing INEC to ridicule. |
ImmaculateJOE:Not just the woman, even those that nominated her seems to have issues with integrity. I'll be surprised if the NASS won't still go ahead to confirm her. |
I'll be very very surprised if the NASS didn't confirm her nomination despite this general opposition to her nomination. |
Amosun is almost untouchable in this Buhari regime. Magu has played his part and these people he 'helped' will most likely return the 'favour' AIG Magu loading. We're indeed fighting corruption. |
Shoot at sight order should be for those well known criminal herders. What happened at Ighoho's house could be termed extra judicial killings. Hopefully an unbiased judge will sit over the case. |
It will work if the herders and those who goad them wants it to work. Regardless the Southern leaders MUST be resolute and firm on this |
A whole commanding officer! These are the kind of terrorists the DSS, Police and the army should be decimating ruthlessly. |
I read somewhere that on search of solution, Nigerians found Buhari. Wether he's the solution or a further problem, it's left for the discerning mind. |
Isn't that Aisha? Kudos to those that see evil and wouldn't remain silent. Say something if you can't do something. The people of Niger Delta should also protest against the 'satanic' PIB |
Is this really necessary at the moment? |
This is what a serving minister from that same region asked them to pass irrespective of glaring imbalance in the bill. Why can't the North prospect for oil in basins with the proceed of their much loved RUGA cattle rearing business. It's distasteful to hear that 30% is to be spent in some areas whereas the goose that lays the golden egg will be compensated with 3%. Don't people have conscience? |
Hopefully there won't be a Judas. |
So this man die true true. It's still like a dream. RIP Joshua |
Hmmn. Some of these police officers too are 'fortified' |
Like I asked in the other thread, will the Federal Government controlled Police obey the laws of a state? |
The only antidote to tyranny is for the people to stand up to their oppressor. I do not doubt that there are bold and courageous people but I'm afraid there are equally saboteurs who wouldn't mind selling their race for a morsel of poridge. |
But will a Federal Government controlled Police obey the dictates of a state assembly? |
