Ever8090:E shock me truly. It shows that no system is foolproof anyways. But then such isolated case isn't enough to discredit the entire system |
How could this man forgot so soon how he came into power? Has he forgotten how Gbagbo was arrested and disgraced for him to ascend the throne? He might have to learn the hard way too. |
Seeing that the Convener's name suggests that he is from a certain region, I sincerely hope that this won't degenerate into a tribal issue. That said, if the woman truly used Covid-19 palliatives for her birthday, then she deserves not only a recall but prosecution. |
DOA. Except of course The President of the Arewa Nation. |
I listened to the interview and he did make some remarks worthy of reflection. A Yoruba man in the Southwest should be comfortable and be in the same nation with those of his cousins and nieces in Benin Republic and Togo and not necessarily some people of different culture from say Mali. The British and the French did us a great disservice and there's no reason not to revisit that reunion. |
Pathetic. These are the communities that require heavy military deployment to liberate the people. Is it that the situation at Southern Kaduna has defied all solutions or the government is just paying lip services to it? |
I really don't understand while strike has to be this protracted. At the end, the FG will still pay these striking lecturers for those months they weren't at work, while the students suffer for it. In every negotiation, there will always be a common ground. The two sides should be willing to come down off their high horses. |
The revelations that will come at different panels will even make the people more angry with these men of SARS. They have committed so much mind bugling atrocities that will make one think they are Devil incarnates. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. |
When it's convenient for them, they'll claim not to have powers over police and military deployment as Governors. But when they need them to do their biddings, they sure know how to use them. |
He should refrain from making further comments at this time. It's a panic mode and he might goof further. |
There's a Nigeria version |
The cost of the sign post may even be more than the cost of the make shift bridge. Pathetic lots |
News coming from Lagos Assembly has been below expectation and a little bit careless. Everyone knows where their loyalty lies but then they should do so with tact. |
What exactly is happening at the Lagos Assembly? I hope these lawmakers aren't attempting to reignite a dying flame |
Unfortunately, the apology will even make the 'children' drag him the more. There's a reason they say ' think before you talk' Please Children, forgive Desmond. After all no one is infallible. |
Lagos lawmakers are something else. First is Desmond Elliot, then Sanai the birthday palliatives and now this one again. . |
Does Trump know who FFK is? |
He has a mentor in nepotism |
It's hard to talk while eating. It's hard to criticise the government while still serving as a government appointee. ... it's harder when you're not in opposition with the govt at the center. Therefore the media aid deserves commendation for speaking up. He just needs to be discreet next time before they accuse him of conniving with some people to bring down the government of their 'beloved son ' |
Ride on Mr Minister. We saw the logo a couple of years back. We'll see the crew members next. While at it, please remind Mr. President his promise to convert the part of the planes in the presidential fleet to the National Carrier |
Any response that's not spontaneous may be doctored. Please reply as e dey hot |
In the heat of the protest, I saw a video here of a police officer of Northern extraction addressing protesters of Southern extraction and they showed him much love because he is said to be good to them. Ponder on it Mr. Governor. |
There's no justification for hoarding of the palliatives. It's the height of wickedness if confirmed to be true. |
First they said it wasn't a massacre but killings Later they said it wasn't a killing but mere shootings. Now they're saying shootings didn't even happen that it was all doctored, calling for the arrest of the DJ! Any attempt to trivialize the tragedy at the tollgate will backfire and will further anger the people. |
Well the rainy day is here. |
Something he could have done with a more humane speech. The ministers are on a very tough mission. |
This has to stop though. Otherwise the looters will soon turn to the common masses when there are no politicians to loot again |
The Presidency needs to learn from Sanwo-Olu |
Same Obasanjo they villify at will and labelled the Divider-in-Chief? At this rate they won't mind validation from the devil himself. By the way, Obasanjo does not represent the majority of the people ( maybe Southerners though) who perceived the speech as lacking empathy and substance as expected from the president of a country whose nation is troubled. |
