No this isn’t tax refund. This is quite different. And I don’t think it’s perpetuated by Nigerians. There are lots of American scammers on telegram and Instagram. Even a sub genre of rap called scam rap has been emerging online from American scammers. Why they keep pinning these on Nigeria beats my imagination.
