jojothegreat: You talk very sense less......if all the igbos in the north decide to relocate back to the east where dem go stay? For village? Or the already crowded onitsha? Do you think its easy? Do you know the number of properties worth millions they have in the north? Are you saying they should abandon everything they worked for, their sweats? If they come back to the east how much will you contribute for their well being? How many job dey won provide for all of them? Even if u don't ave sense at least act like u get sense... Do u think its easy to start all over from the scratch... I was born and brought up in north.... Ave barely been to the east.. All my investments is down here in the north... Do you expect me to just wake up one morning and start relocating to the east i have nothing there? Think Property this, property that. Is their life not worth more than their properties. Did they go up north with any property? You think they will still not make it if they relocate as if you dashed them the ones the accumulated in that far land. |

huptin: I have kept quiet over this Biafra vs North issue hoping it will fizzle out without degenerating to a bigger problem, at this juncture it's time to speak out.
Let all parties sheate their swords,. This is not looking good. The 1966 progrom could be blamed majorly on the North, but if anything happens this time, the narrative will be that the Igbos started it, there are evidences all over the Internet to justify this assertion.
There is nothing wrong in agitating for a separate nation but doing so with hate speeches is totally uncalled for. Let's stop all these hate speeches now before it's too late.
In the event of a war no one is assured of survival, even if you survive, what of your relatives? How sure are you that they won't be touched? With peace, what looks bad today will be better by tomorrow.
Thank you You are confusing truth with hate speech. Kanu and radio Biafra are only spewing truth about the Nigeria deceptions which nobody dared talk about hitherto. How is that hate speech? Or am I missing something |

freshest4live: You are right about that but it doesn't support your conclusion that majority therefore hate Igbo's, this is definitely not true. In my city, warri, around my neighborhood and church you find Igbo's, yorubas, urhobos, Edo's, ltsekiri's, lsokos, ljaws, living and working together. I only see the hate on this forum, maybe my experience is different from what is found elsewhere. Our close neighbors till date are Igbo's, even outside Nigeria my girlfriend is Igbo(My family is Edo/Urhobo/ltsekiri mix). Do you mind the online hating bunkum. An obviously frustrated Yoruba Muslim that feel anybody needs his worthless friendship to survive here. I am sure in real life he is just a miserable lad. |

Alcatraz001: So you really think majority of Nigerians like the igbos? Common! Don't lie to yourself and the generality of forumites we have online real time. Igbos deliberately boxed themselves into a corner over the years with hate speeches because they lost an unnecessary war which has nothing to do with this generation. I didn't grow up hating the igbos myself but it grew on me gradually till it fully crystallized in the Jonathan administration when Igbo's bared their fangs for the yoruba tribe(my tribe).
It is nothing personal, just a reciprocal gesture. Your hate is just a self administered poison. It affects only you not Igbos. They keep making progress everywhere while you helplessly watch in awe. |

GoroTango: i have always maintained that Osibanjo is weak. I also blame Buhari for listening to the intercessions of his igbo APC friends on behalf of Kanu. Normally it shouldn't be that much of a big deal to let the guy just rot, i mean what's the worst that can really happen? To think that Buhari listened to his so called Ibo APC friends and released KANU is a big fallacy. Why hasn't Buhari listened also to the entreaties of the Northern emirs and top guns (that command his respect much more) and release Dasuki from over 2 years detention?Only a fool does not know that it was covert International pressure especially from Amnesty International & UN that armtwisted that Bastard and his rubberstamp timid judges to release KANU. If it was not so, let them rearrest him. KANU himself knows this hence his boldness after his release. |

chennySman: Thank God I'm not an ibo boy, although even if I were, I wouldn't have been stupid enough to believe in one person asking me to leave my country and become a citizen of his own country. Most of our ibo brothers don't know what it means for them to be following one person the way they are doing. But I'm not surprised....... It's only the stupid ones that come online to be making noise and only the poor ones go on the street to protest. Can't you guys think...... The successful brothers and sisters from the east are not supporting you because they know it's a wrong step at a wrong time by a wrong person. You should everywhere that Nigeria is a zoo but you never care to ask yourself what are you doing to make Nigeria great. And you still have Nigerian passport you didn't throw it away, the person you're following is keeping his passport safe, even if the passport expires he'll renew it without you knowing. And yet you're there shouting Biafra behind someone looking for a way to become popular and get richer. Don't forget that Nnamdi Kanu is also a human like you, he can fail, he can make mistakes, but people like you are what they will use to correct their mistakes and cover their failures. I'll advice if you're reading this, you should give it a second thought and contribute your quarter to the development of Nigeria. By the time Nigeria gets better it'll affect you too. Stop praying that things shoubget worse simply because you want to have a reason to have of your own country that you can't manage on your own. And I will advice you stop taking panadol for another's ailment. If Nigeria is going you good, just face your front and leave those that want out if you are not selfish. |

Bola Ahmed Tinubu studied at Richard J. Daley College in Chicago, Illinois and Chicago State University. He graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Tinubu worked for American companies Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, and GTE Services Corporation. In Nigeria, Bola Tinubu joined Mobil Oil Nigeria, and later become an Executive of the company. How did he fund his education. Because nobody knows or hears his father's name. |

Now, if you can't question or tell us how much the leader of your course wears, then you are the hypocrit here mister.
Insults wouldn't cut it. How much does the shoe cost? Nobody bothered about what their ( Buhari & Aisha) lifestyles cost them until they came into government. KANU is a private individual. He is not yet in any government. Only mischief will make anybody compare the two scenarios. |

The fact remains, someone somewhere is investing HEAVILY in using Kanu as a political tool. Nobody owes you any answer. Solve the puzzle if it bothers you or shut your trap. |
