Today, Christians are divided against one another. Each group arrogantly claim to be better than the other. Catholics think they are better than Pentecostals who in turn think they are better than Catholics and Anglicans etc.

Such divisions existed in the early church between the followers of Paul and of Apollos. Paul condemned it by letting them know that both he and Apollos were "pursuing cow for ONE Alhaji who is Christ" so to speak. Then, he concluded it by saying how to know those who are truly working for that 'Alhaji' - it is not by what they say but by the POWER they manifest. "The Kingdom of God is not a matter of mere talks but is manifested in POWER" (1 Cor 4:20).

So, both Jesus himself and Paul taught us that proofs are necessary and that we should have them. So, I'm asking, where are the Christians of today who are proving Jesus through by manifesting the level of power he is reported to have manifested or GREATER than he manifested as his word stated in John 14:12?

I apologise for being too harsh with my words.

It’s not a crime to have a difference in view points and opinion on various subjects.

But what is wrong is going as far as insulting somebody and I was clearly guilty of this. Doesn’t really matter if I was even insulted in the first place.

Donnie, I apologise for this. I went beyond my boundaries in that regard.

Hopefully we can have a healthy discussion going forward.

which of the Peter? is it the one who was with Jesus and denied him or the one who ran away. Peter Never witnessed anything, only his own betrayal. Even the Jewish books have it clearly that he hung himself. Make your research before you respond to people's comment.

Judas felt betrayed because he never knew that the whole drama would go beyond the Jews not knowing that the chief priest caiaphas had other plans. And he knew very well that the people loved yeshua (Jesus) at that time. Judas saw it as a win-win situation for him.
