No matter how you view this issue, i still believe the president should be held responsible. The last time i checkt Nigeria constitution, it is an impeachable offence to spend more than what has been budgeted for a project. If the cabals and NNPC taught they could increase their loot from the treasury during GEJ tenure which has made them skyrocket 300b to 1.3tn, then something is wrong somewhere. GEJ understands better.

He took GEJ so long to declear a state of emergency in few selected LG where many innocent lifes have been lost but he never hesitate to storm the city of Lagos where people are protesting peacefully for their rights. The begining of the downfall!

GEJ and madam Allison did all they could to ensure there was'nt fuel scarcity December 2010. I could recall Jonathan using that as a score to his achievements during the pdp primary. Now they have achieved their ambitions and relax, Nigerians can queue for fuel as long as they can. Its no more their biz.

I will personally be involved in the protest. Why is IMF so interested in the removal of fuel subsidy? With this 'GEJ's budget' Nigerians should prepare for more hardship in 2012.

Are these figures also apply to fresh gradutes in federal universities?

@all the HR professionals in the house, pls i want to knw my chances of getting a good job and my career prospect if i concentrate on HR. I am a young graduate of languages related degree. The above topic reminds me of an interview i attended when i was just 5months in the service of my father's land. I told them 'i am still serving' and one Nigerian old man  just fired me, asking why i have to apply for a job when i'm still serving? Meanwhile, the white man in the panel was already creating interest in me. Realy felt bad about NYSC scheme that day.

Students of history will agree with me that corruption in Nigeria started during the colonial era.
Our african traditional religion system never allow any form of corrupt practices cos u'll be dealt with immediately if found guilty.
I also want to support those who have argued that d discovery of oil worsen corruption in naija. Oil money was seen as bonuses hence, they looted it.
Introduction of western religions ( christainity & islam) has also contributed 2 d spread of corruption in naija. In those days, d fear of Gods such as sango, sanpona, esu etc in yoruba tradition never allowd for corrupt practices. In short; we r all corrupt.
