I welcomed my beautiful princess today 29th May 2020 Via ECS weighing 2.7kg at 38weeks 2 days.

EDD: 2nd June 2020

DOB: 29th May 2020

It can only be God. I'm now a mother after ttcing. Father I'm grateful
I went through a lot but God saw me through.

it is well with you mama, my own that is the 3rd surgery 1 Myomectomy and 2 CS I was just crying and calling my late mom and dad because the pain was too much for me to bear and when I told the Dr he said the pain is expected. What we mother's go thru to bring our Los.
Still at the hospital and yet to fart fart wey on a normal dey I dey use am make noise for house.
Dh dey even ask weda make him give me him own fart self.

it is well with you Mama,just give it time very soon everything will go back to normal

Sorry I'm typing this late, Pregnancy was very tough at the early stage I had lots of MS and it was very frustrating...asides from that it was a very smooth journey...All test were done And I was certified Ok

I started getting worried when my EDD (April 18) passed and I'm yet to see any signs of labor, went to the hospital that week and the doctor asked me to run a scan wen she examined me she said my cervix is thick.i ran a test and it gave me another EDD which was 1st of May...

I went back home praying to God with a positive mind and the next day (Wednesday)I noticed a discharge that usually comes when I want to see my period and mild contractions being a FTM I ran to the hospital and the DH said its False labor we should wait till Friday if Active labor doesn't start I'll be Induced I was so scared because I heard Induction was very painful all the same I kept praying to God
Fast forward to Wednesday 29th of April o started feeling on and off contractions I couldn't sleep all through the night when I noticed the pain was unbearable I woke my hubby and we drove to the hospital.i was even expecting the nurse to send me back home but I was surprised when she said I was 6cm dilated...I was in the labor ward with heavy pains each time I'm examined the nurses will tell me it's remaining small that i should keep exercise that was what they said till 9pm when I noticed I was getting weak I told my mother and the doctor said I was still 6cm dilated since morning can u imagine from 4am till 9pm and they couldn't tell me that the baby's head isn't forthcoming and Amnotic Fluid has reduced besides the baby's heartbeat is getting slower I told my mum to sign the necessary papers and catheter was used to drain the urine I was wheeled to the theater when I saw the equipment they will use I was very scared but I kept praying to God... before I could say Jack I slept off when I woke up I met myself in the ward and everything looked strange to me like I'm in a new world entirely,I noticed I couldn't get up the bed,I later saw the nurse and I asked faintly'where is my baby'? Then she said he's with Grandma which is my mum the nurse brought him to me I smiled then I dozed off again ...I woke up around 1am I wanted to turn to the left side I couldn't everything was just stiff CS is painful Abeg but I thank God I'm alive and my baby is Alive
Recovery was very fast I was able to poo and urinate the following day...the day after I was able to walk around I give all the Glory to God.Waking up everyday to see my Bundle of Joy is a beauty to behold
Moral lesson: whichever way you bring forth your Lo what matters is you being Hale and Hearty and your baby also fine,Never compare your self to another woman.Body Differs.

Has the ring been removed? Give him pcm drop 2 timea daily. If the ring has been remove continue to put penicillin if it hasn't been remove, continue to drop olive oil religiously till it drops.

Good evening Mamas I circumsised my Lo last week via the ring method,took him back to the hospital today as we were told to do if the ring falls off, it isn't healed properly so we were told to apply pennicilin ointment but he has been crying and uncomfortable all day besides I noticed stain of blood on the diaper

Pls what can I use to speed up healing and ease pain?

Try and get tetmosol(baby soft) for bathing him and put little savlon in his bathing water,my baby stopped having rashes when I started using those 2.

My baby is 3 days,I haven't given him the BCG Injection ,I'm hoping to go to the hospital on Monday I hope it's not too late?

Try taking pap. Lots of it. You can also try the following.
1. Hand-express breast milk regularly, even if you only get a few drops out at first. The more you express, the more likely your supply will increase.

2. Make sure your baby is latched on the breast properly and is actually feeding.

3 Massage your breasts during feeding to stimulate the let down of milk.

4. Make sure you offer your baby both breasts at each feeding. Using only one breast can cause a lack of milk production in the unused one.

5. Make sure you have lots of skin-to-skin contact with your baby as this can stimulate milk production.
Hold off on giving your baby a pacifier until your milk supply is well established.

wow! Induction is not that bad. Had my first and third babies through induction and second through assisted induction cos I was already 6cm but contractions didn't progress. It's the same labour pains as natural just that since it's augumented, the pains come more frequently leaving not enough space to rest in between contractions. Just be active- brisk walks, do squats, dance vigorously, climb steps, eat pineapple core, do house chores. Active labour may start before then. It will end in praise.

Yes I just came back from the hospital and the doctor said I'm just 1cm dilated,and she said if no active contractions before Friday I might be induced,I'm so scared cos I heard Induction is usually painful than normal labor

Still here Cappo,how does labor contractions feel like? Cos all I have been having is strong period cramps that comes and go

I'm honestly tired I can't even walk well and stomach gets bigger

It normal to love a child more than the other children but it's so bad to make it obvious,my mother loves our kid brother more than us because of the complications she had during his birth according to her
She made it obvious but it created Envy and Jealousy amidst us

I vowed never to do that to my children

You and your baby are good and safe. The first EDD probably was with a + and - signs. This means the baby can come - two weeks before or + two weeks after 18 April. Congratulations... Your baby may come anytime from now.

You still fall under the +/- range, so all is well. That being said, scans done at the early stage are more reliable. Baby can come at any time now.

I'm so Confused and tired, Last Scan I did at 21 weeks shows my EDD is 18th of April went for another scan yday and it reveals I'm at 38 wks 3 days giving me may 1st as my EDD
What can cause it?

My EDD is Tomorrow visited the hospital yesterday, doctor said my Cervix is thick, told me to run a scan and bring it on Monday

Hello Mama's, I've been drinking water like hell,like I finish a pack of sachet water in a day I thought it's normal but I'm beginning to get scared
