This will be different, We really need to protect our local industries......we already have already established industrial capacity in our pharmaceutical sector,there are already established companies su h as emzor,pfizer,Roche,fidson,may &baker and many others......this is different from the rice misadventure that we were only trying to reinvent the wheel and didn't have sufficient capacity for producing.

No sir,you are still allowed to move to any party of your choice but after tge deadline for the 2027 election, you will not be able to get ticket to run for election or vote at party congresses once the register has been submitted until the next round of elections in 31 or in case of a bye election.

I.e Peter obi moved to LP from PDP in 22 at the last minute when he couldn't get the party ticket but he got it in LP,that wouldn't be possible any longer once the party register has been submitted.

It's just 24hrs left for all intending candidates for the 27 elections to be in the party where they wish to contest elections.......this is a very note worthy clause in our electoral act aimed at checking rampant cross carpeting and party dual membership by politicians........these means we will only have one of atiku,obi or kwakwanso as presidential candidate in 2027 not the 3 way contest we had in 2023.

This is a great improvement to our electoral act and further strengthens our democracy, Nigerian democracy is now world's apart and far better than what we used to have in the early days of the 4th Republic,the BVAS,IREV and electronic transmission of results are all forms of advancement in our electoral processes, we can only get better.

Kano will be the most hotly contested state as far as the presidential election is concerned in 2027. Kwakwanso was the star man of Kano in 2023. Sadly for him, he has lost a huge ground to the APC. The fact that he won’t even be at the top of any ballot in 2027 makes the state more open and competitive.

With Ganduje, Abba Yusuf, Barau Jibrin and now Shekarau all on Tinubu’s side, we may see the biggest upset in Kano next year.

I still dont get how a cow should be so expensive to worth that much....i understand there are exotic breeds that cost that much or even higher but our regular sokoto red and bororo breeds are found all over the place and these cattle lives majorly on free or cheap forage. Transportation cost that they claim isnt upto 20% of the cost of the cow.

The major problem is our inability to produce more beef to sustain us,demand far outweighs supply......I have long reduced the consumption of beef in my house settling for fish,chicken and eggs.
