Lol, see logic, having 24/7 electricity gives your citizens right to desecrate the embassies of foreign nations in your country. An Isoko Nigerian saying, when translated goes, ‘the king’s golden dishes never knew the boring old table resented them until the day the boring old table received new coat of tablecloth ’. Yeah, yeah, I'm Isoko Nigerian and I made up that saying, therefore it is from now on an Isoko Nigerian saying, so-there ![]() |
Olatara:What’s the point of mentioning, 'we have bad leaders' to an individual that glories in the bad leadership of nations whose wild and savage citizens go about desecrating embassies of foreign nations? He doesn’t give a Bleep about good or bad leadership. |
Nigerians are way, way smatter than African from these other places. Didn’t realize how childish many of these people are until joining Niaraland. Thank you god I’m Nigerian not African. The other day one such individual from East Africa someplace, on learning I was Nigerian, started jabbering something about 419 and I had to put them down straight by asking them what concern was it of theirs if some Nigerians choose to go defrauding people in the West? You are an African from your shithole African nation that cannot feed self, your country need'nt worry about 419 that exploits the wealthy , mind your business! Frigging coons crying over white man matter with Nigerians and siding with Whiteman that looks down on them because they are like children!’ |
The excuses Nigerians make for these ugly minded, horrible, African people that litter and contaminate the continent of Africa is mind-boggling. Why do we maintain Embassies in these places, shut the frigging things down! What loss would it be to Nigeria if we henceforth no longer had diplomatic relations with these nations or entertained their ugly-minded nationals in our country? |
wiseone28:You're even wasting time with all that, so the mark of being developed is to go about breeching international law such as desecrating foreign embassies? How many times has developed and powerful nations such US or Britain gone about desecrating the Embassies of Shithole nations like Ghana or Congo? |
Nigeria needs to close down some of her Africa based embassies, save some money. What’s the point of wasting money for instance on Embassy in Ghana or Congo, the actions of these places in relation to international guidelines on Embassies sanctity suggest that they are primitive, chanting-at-fire, type people? I know some will shout, Nigerians full theses places and require the services of an embassy, to which I would reply, ‘well Nigerians shouldn’t go to such places then!’ I read all the time how Nigeria warns Nigerians on how certain destinations around the world are dangerous and that they should consider the efficacy of pressing ahead with such trips if they planned them. Well, Nigeria could do Nigerians some favor by not sighting embassies in these anti-human and or volatile places. We are Not America that establishes Embassies in every god-forsaken-place because of strategic interests such as watching what Russia or China would be up to in any one of such shithole places. And before anyone skulkingly retorts that Nigeria is a shitole place where America should not have established her embassy either, my reply would be that at least Nigerians do not go about in grass skirts, waving spears, desecrating the embassies of foreign nations no matter how powerful or weak those nations may be. Get rid of all but a handful of embassies in Africa, maintain regional ones only. Keep one in Mali or Senegal to serve West Africa; keep one in Gabon to serve Central Africa; keep one in Ethiopia for East Africa; keep one in South Africa etc. ![]() |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAsC1bmkbH0 Nigeria’s National Space Research and Development Agency could do worst than lobby for one of Spacex many retired test spaceships. Spacex is turning over so many of these Test Crafts that it does not know what to do with them. I suspect that these objects will in future become spectacularly important historic artefacts. It would serve as a great publicity fillip for NASRDA if NASRDA acquired one of them and mounted it as a monument outside its complex foregrounds. Classyuniquebae:Precisely, no evidence both ways, so why assume he’s Nigerian. And, actually, if you study his posts, circumstantial evidence suggests he’s more likely to be a none black racists or a mentally unwell black individual . |
Classyuniquebae:Precisely, no evidence both ways, so why assume he’s Nigerian. |
Nigeria needs to sit back, plan only for Nigeria and let the nations of those individuals - that think Giant of Africa is all about typing on Niaraland, 'Nigeria is not Giant of Africa', - send soldiers to Mali and finance it without begging America for help. |
elisho:Lol, case of have keys will type, no rubbish too much... |
Absent from Nigeria appears effective policing and criminal accountability in the public eye: in the first instance, army has ineffectively replaced police and in the second instance, Nigerians blame the unity of Nigeria for criminality instead of criminals. So for instance, a building collapses in Nigeria, highway accident happens, kidnapping or armed robbery resulting in casualty takes place and instead of Nigerians apportioning blame and outrage at perpetrators then forwarding preventative solutions, responses are invariably, ‘cuss Lord Lugard!’ ‘We want Biafra’ ‘the zoo must be divided’, ‘corrupt politicians; ‘the elites are living big , we are suffering’, ‘Afonja goats!’, ‘Igbo drug seller!’ etc, etc. Public outrage online that could be a force for change in Nigeria is too often misplaced, in pointless calls for National dissolution or wasted on ethnic bigotry. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KE5a0g0jyY I’m not picking on India, with these pics and vids posted.. It’s just that the Western world is cleverly and quietly removing certain evidence of their antisocial and deviant occurrences from online world wide evaluation. For instance, incidence of youths hurling bricks at trains in the UK and sometimes huge concrete slabs from railway arches down at railway tracks as trains approach was common but cant seem to find literature or video of such events online. However , Indians like Nigerians appear to naively make available for international consumption even the the littlest mishaps in their country. |
https://static.standard.co.uk/s3fs-public/thumbnails/image/2012/01/03/09/train-vandal415.jpg?w968 Thugs filmed throwing concrete at King’s Cross trains Dangerous: A teenager throws a rock at a train ( ) Teenage yobs have been filmed hurling lumps of masonry into the paths of commuter trains. Police and transport chiefs slammed the "dangerous" vandals today after the footage was posted on YouTube. A local resident who took this picture, said the youths could have killed a driver or passengers on the tracks outside King's Cross station on Monday evening. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/thugs-filmed-throwing-concrete-at-king-s-cross-trains-6494367.html |
Train window smashed twice along a particular route, one would have thought that among the first batch of questions people would ask is, ‘along what section of track? Why? How can the section be made safer? what measure of security can we take? Instead we get, ‘We need national restructuring’; ‘divide the country now!’; ‘Northerners always building in the North instead of the South’; ‘expect more of this because millions of people are unemployed” etc, etc Nigerians make excuses for criminals and don’t seem to understand that criminals exist as part of the human condition irrespective of poverty alleviating amenities on the ground. Evidence for gunmen, terrorists, herdsmen or vandals, please... Some want to put us back in stone age: Twitter reacts to vandals damaging Railways' fastest train |
Tannhauser:CCTVS are very clear these days; the vid below isn’t even from a so-called developed country. Evidence for CCTV clarity is all over Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HR2W977vCSY |
Classyuniquebae:You have evidence the individual is black let alone a member of one of Nigeria’s ethnic nationalities? |
If Biafra is actualized, who would lead it? My money is on Kanu. I watched a documentary last year. The documentary was on Neo Nazi white supremacists. The particular individual of the segment I watched was in fact half white and half Indian. The documentary maker was a white female. She documented this Anglo Indian over the period of a month I believe. The documentary maker ended her documentation of him when relations deteriorated to the point where he threatened to punch her over some issue I cannot now recall. What I do retain however, it remains vivid in my mind, was the anger and racial hatred atmosphere under which this Anglo Indian existed. He loathed the world and hated blacks and Jews to an extraordinary extent. I was struke most by how this guy wanted to burn down the world, if he could, through killings and stoking racial unrest and war. And all this because he did not get a job that he applied for advertised by some Jewish people. This dude had organized racists friends that met regularly to discus attacks on people, he created a chapter of some larger racist group, he organized funding, organized fights, they had a club; and, presumably, he must have been way more active than I have listed to attract the attention of a Documentary maker. All this, all of this because he was turned down for a job. You see, what the guy was, he was a psychopath. Psychopaths are extraordinarily selfish and egotistical but persuasive. They are great motivators of men. Those they motivate would gladly lay down their lives and the psychopath would let them because other people’s sacrifices are never too big or too costly for his own benefit. |
frog12:You're right but lets keep in mind that this is niaraland where info are not as first appears. News is often distorted for ulterior motives obviously. |
Something else Nigerians should learn from this is send your children to Nigerian universities instead of financing universities in other parts of Africa by sending your children to those places. In addition, if you patronize Nigeria some of those foreign institutions will build their affiliated universities in Nigeria instead of building them in other African nations knowing well that Nigerians would send there children there. Sending your children to universities outside Africa is another matter for at least this is underscored by their relative excellence over those in Africa. |
COMPAQ:Speak for you. You are filthy and dirty not me or any Nigerian I know, even the Uni you're gloating over has been renovated according to some posters so calm down. |
Nothing stopped university unions, motivational students, or lecturers organising cleanup days at the Uni, their own uni, except a chronic Nigeria blame culture, sown, cultivated and left to flourish in the hearts of Nigerians through the years by individuals motivated by political power. Organising ways of cleaning up their hostels and bathroom facilities shouldn’t be mitigated by the physical condition of the structures. A place can be poor structurally yet clean. |
Mac2016:One major disadvantage of encouraging people to point finger at authority and shout corruption is that this eventually blinds people to the concept of self help. Part of our difficulty in Nigeria is that those that castigate the idea of self help, because they fear it may cause people not to blame government enough, have unfortunatly won. |
Nigeria primordial “poor” do not hate the rich. This Nigeria poor is cultured (i.e have traditional values) and largely do not suffer from envy which is often an attitude of cultural breakdown. Nigeria’s ghetto class hate the rich since they exist in sub-city environments beyond the villages and rural communities where majority left. Ghetto people are informed by compound cultural values among which envy, hatreds and anger are not sanctioned. Many of Nigeria’s ethnic nationalities deliberately sanction anger and envy in the young. Nigeria is possibly the only place where native cultures actually recognised the destructive ability of envy and anger and work to stop it becoming part of their young ones nature. Nigeria deserves recognition and admiration for this unfortunately Nigeria does not have influential Sociologists and anthropologists. No meangfull litrature on Nigerias peoples, nothing on thire foods, ways and contributions. No meaningful literature on Nigeria’s peoples, nothing on their foods, ways and world contributions. Nigerians have so much work to do, much of it that would provide income, but they do nothing but moan about lack of one thing or another that is ironically caused by Nigerians doing nothing save complaining. |
Op probably means Niger Republic, spelt Nigerie and too often and unfortunately confused with Nigeria (sometimes conveniently obfuscated with Nigeria). US Soldiers are not stationed in Nigeria beyond a handful of advisers and or attachés, if even that. |
Babathanks:Nigeria poor do not hate the rich. |
This woman, tasked with a very difficult job, and, Nigeria her country, are getting more abuse by Niaralanders that the Ghana man who murdered his wife in America did. The discrepancy is common here i notice, i.e the bitter and terrible abuse of Nigerians and Nigeria for issues and occurrences often less harmless than that committed by other Africans and blacks. Is Niaraland predominantly patronized by none Nigerians? ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/6112600/sylvester-ofori-beating-wife-before Niaralanders were relatively moderate in their reaction, here, why? |
Nigeria is a vibrant place, full of cultures, full of energy, and full of superstition and the birthplace of Chinese whispers, often done with humour and eye-winking mischief. Every Nigerian is a story teller. |
omenka:The bold is one of the chief flaws in Nigeria's fledgling democracy and opposition politics tradition. It is a sort of misalignment in our body politics that require urgent adjustment. Nothing screams, ‘Nigerian politicians have got to be thieves and crooks’, to enlightened objective electorate than opposition politicians appearing to encourage their supporters to wish the nation they want to lead disintegration and destruction unless they are the ones in government. We want men and women in politics that love their nation unconditionally or give the impression that they love their nation unconditionally even to the extent of being ready to lay down their lives for their nation and its peoples’. When opposition politics actually threaten destruction of their nation because they are not in power, encourage sedition, ethnic division, religious violence, encouraged hatred for the nation through media campaigns, this gives the impression that they only wish to lead the nation in order to grab what the can for themselves and not lead because of patriotism’s wanting to improve lives and nation. How should such individuals appeal to any electorate with a modicum of intelligence? |
Tonymegabush1:Once you see the introduction of Ghana in a supposedly Nigeria debate that degenerates into tribalism, chance are the debate was instigated by Ghanaians/foreigners. Like I always state, much of these tribalism on Niaraland is being generated by such people. |
