No point weeping on behalf of black south Africans over racism, since their notions of racism is rather selective. South Africans were in mass defending Dubai on YouTube, dismissing Arab racism over there against Nigerians as not racism but just actions against Nigerians because, acording them, Nigerians are criminals hated everywhere.

Actually, I know that most of those Africans defending Dubai, fighting for them tooth and nails where Ghanians pretends they where South Africans, Kenyans and Japanese, but South Africans were there too.

My feelings are that if you are Nigerian don't fight racism on behalf of Africans from elsewhere. Africans are gone. Fight only for your fellow Nigerians. Do not fight white people on behalf of any black person. Don't do it.

BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT DEFEND NIGERIANS. Don't try an be smarter than everyone else by saying we shouldn't be distracted by foolish people, we must fight racism and all that....

You must be blind or delusional. Truth is that majority of Nigerians endlessly praise and elevate every country in the world, including every African country above Nigeria. You name one nation in Africa that Niaralanders haven't unfavorably compared Nigeria?

I employed delusional as a means of conveying the state of mind individuals sometimes get into when they exist in a self reaffirming bubble. There is a related mind-frame, I'm yet to find a name for it, but bullies are often like this when they are unable to tolerate even an ounce of what they dish to others. So for instance Nigeria and Nigerians will be insulted endlessly and to everyone's satisfaction but soon as they defend themselves their attackers run off butt hurt. A third type of psychology is when the bully subconsciously believes or knows they are secretly inferior to their victim. This type of bully resorts to lies and sleight of hand to keep their victim defensive; however, at any point where the victim acts contrary to the bullies expectations, the bully's own insecurity causes him to react with fear in excesses of what the situation warrants. This fear is sometimes expressed by the bully as though he were the true victim all along. A fourth type is when the individual is outright lying to self and others because they are a psychotic and pathological liar .

I am ignorant in this area and my imagination isn't helping; so, please, if anyone understands the market for stolen rail tracks in the informal market sector please explain. Who buys pieces of rail tracks and why? whats wrong with abandoned vehicle metal, if this is all about scrap metal?

In the end, this is the main problem, ineffective security industry, not unjust or just society. Pick any nation you like in this world, remove police force and it will become at least as insecure as Nigeria. Image what America and Nigeria would resemble if for a couple of years they exchanged police forces.

Nigeria dose not even have a police force that is competent relative to the Nigeria people's mental and physical capacity. This is nearly equivalent to zero policing.

I nevertheless still respect the men and women serving as Nigeria police officers more than I do majority of ordinary Nigerians.

The poor like pointing out where the rich live, doing so with commingled wistfulness and envy. One of the worst sentiments religion bestowed human communities is that of the Poor as the Noble and Kind deserving. In reality, the worst aspects of humanity is entrenched among the poor as a class. The wealthy haven't the cruelty of mind to behead a couple of soldiers or kidnap pregnant women or reap a still steaming infant from a mother that has moments before birthed it just to show and traumatize world. No, the wealthy are too kind which is why they pay the evil poor to do such.

I guess the only way i can think to redeem the individual's stupidity is to imagine that, all along, there has existed among certain groups a "let's get Nigerians to think, sleep and dream a hate for their country by creating the psychology of a self-fulfilling prophesy situation.
