eniola1010:Yup. It’s looking like CEC is going to suffer alongside FSW this year o. Painful but looks like it’s for the best. People that have been waiting need to get their applications finalized and land please |
Allegory:Because many people don’t want to post their ppr stories but come here to ask us how to send their passport to vfs. I’ve seen a couple in the past few days. Like how do you have the temerity to ask us about vfs services for ppr that you didn’t announce to us?? Some will even still be codedly asking for information on settling in/landing meanwhile dem nor tell us about ppr o. Lmaooo omooo Anyways we aren’t entitled to their ppr stories sha, same way they aren’t entitled to our help. Na why I Dey scroll past when I see the questions. |
Twocanplay23:It’s better to travel before you give birth o. If you give birth before traveling, your application will go back into processing and that might take monthsssssssssssss. If you choose to give birth in Canada, please make sure you land in a province where you get health coverage from day1 so you don’t incur unnecessary/avoidable delivery costs. You said you have one month left, you might not be medically fit to fly anymore but do your research though. Safe delivery. |
canadaishome:We’re still saying the same thing. Those professional certifications are evaluated by WES as bsc depending on how many exams you complete. Instead of spending 4 years in school, you can complete the papers in less than a year and get the same bsc. That’s fast track obviously. I was thinking that’s the kind of runs the page does. P.S you won’t know Which one they do until you actually message them and pay the consultation fee. So you can’t say for certain that they are fraudulent unless they’ve given you the fraudulent info. |
Igethope:Lmaooo it happens almost everyday in Canada. It’s mostly the ones that go viral we really see. If you read the court judgments website, you’d see a lot of them that were caught years(10-20) later when they least expected it. And they even catch most of them in the most silly ways lol. |
canadaishome:I know the page you’re talking about. Ah they’re selling certificates there? I literally thought it would be a legit fast-tracked program. E.g I know some people do Cima/ACCA. They write all the exams in less than a year and get it evaluated with Wes as a 3 year bachelors. I thought it was stuff like that the page was doing o. Omoooooo |
Igethope:I’ve see those tef runs posts. People just nor Dey tire to do shortcut. I think some actually write for people while some claim to have the questions ahead of the exam lol |
Omoniyimi12345:Set up yours with what’s currently available. When his reports arrive, you can modify the profile to include his details. |
GraciousWords:Are you comparing DOB’s, names, addresses with bank statements? They ask for those only because it’s necessary to do your security/background checks. That’s literally information they can’t process your application without. It’s also information you already know, you don’t even need to ask your family’s permission to use that. An address, DOB, name etc aren’t as confidential as your banking information is. I’m not taking educated guesses. IRCC will never ask for your donors SOA especially if they aren’t on the application. Take that to the bank. I also don’t think there’s anything unreasonable with asking for names and addresses of family members. There’s so many other places that ask for that information. When you process your Social insurance number, they even ask for your parents information if I can remember clearly. I think they asked for my moms maiden name or something like that. There’s also so many organizations that have forms that ask for such info. Asking for someone else’s bank statements is unreasonable because the chances of the person even giving it to you(the applicant) are extremely slim. I would rather give out my DOB and name than give out my bank statements to a friend to use on an application that doesn’t concern me tbh. That’s why I said it’s an unreasonable request. |
GraciousWords:They wouldn’t ask because the donor isn’t part of the application and that’s confidential information. It doesn’t make sense to ask for someone else’s confidential info if they aren’t applying to come to your country. It’s a very unreasonable request. I’ve never heard of IRCC asking for that. The recipient of the gift deed’s SOA is enough to confirm whatever they need to confirm. |
MODAY1Ali:No it doesn’t matter. The entire pof can even be gifted to you by your parents. |
MODAY1Ali:Honestly, I would say you should just pray for smooth processing instead. Forget about the visa office. There’s people in Accra who got ppr in 2/3 months while Ottawa(which is usually one of the fastest) still has a lot of backlog from 2019 even. |
Who’s seen the news yet? We have a new immigration minister. Trudeau has unveiled his new cabinet. Mendicino has been replaced by Sean Fraser. I wonder what good/bad things this change could bring. Lol |
nowhere:Lmaooooo please you people should ignore this comment o. Please come to Canada abeg. It’s wayyyyyy better than Nigeria in all aspects. You’d find a great job. Even if you don’t, you’d always get something that will make you live very comfortably. P.S the quality of life and peace of mind alone is enough to make someone not regret relocating. |
Banite:Yup I saw a post on Instagram where someone from December 2019 got a call from Ghana asking if she can travel now, she said she’s traveling the day after she gets copr. And not up to 24hours after the call, her ppr dropped. Ottawa Visa office |
gigante:You didn’t have to call him an idiot. He hasn’t insulted you or anyone here. Resulting to insults when you’re frustrated by someone’s opinion is never the right thing to do. As for those of you liking the comment, If he had called you an idiot now, all of you will be crying on the thread o. Mtchew |
MissMa01:I’m starting to think the whole stopping draws and shenanigans were merely political. What better way to show Canadians that they care about them? Lmaooo now that the elections are over, everybody should expect draws really soon. |
OrgasmGiver:Amen. But I’m guessing it might be after the elections sha |
Davidokuul:Lol that’s just proof that not everybody is relocating for financial reasons. Some people are doing fantastic in Nigeria. It’s just the madness/lawlessness of the country that’s making them move. While some just even want a second passport for themselves and their kids. |
JONSYN7154:Scam. Don’t click any links o before they hack your phone |
shams040:Yes Canada gives PR to PHD students only if you qualify. You still have to apply for express entry like everybody else. If it gets approved, you wouldn’t need your study permit anymore. |
GreatPerson22:Most of the people I’ve seen applied in 2019 or early 2020 |
Andyosifo:Yes they’ve started. I’ve been seeing posts on face book groups. I suggest everyone who’s waiting join “ask kubeir” on Facebook. I think seeing fsw-outlanders receive ppr will help ease your mind during this time of waiting. |
Canadahome:Honestly I don’t even know, I wonder what the point of the election is. I was expecting the next election to be 2023. I’m hoping Trudeau wins sha before someone else will enter and come and put sand sand inside everybody’s garri |
WinterDreary:True. You are right. Everybody go still reach the Canada last last. |
seunpinky:Wow your timeline was so fast. Congrats! |
NneAku344:I’m not pained. I only had to be blunt because people like you can’t handle the truth and resort to attacking people/being rude. I wouldn’t attack anyone if they didn’t attack me first. Stop the stupid micro aggression. You can’t respond to me in an insulting tone and then cry that I’m bitter when I respond back. If the truth is bitterness, then So be it. Like I said, Canada doesn’t owe you anything. And where did I mention that I wasn’t also an aspiring immigrant? Y’all really act like you know everything. Once someone states the truth, y’all like to assume they have developed superiority complex because they’re finally a PR or citizen. You need to look within yourselves, maybe you just have inferiority complex. As for me, even a Canadian citizen would never be able to intimidate me. Y’all stay playing victim. I live in Canada doesn’t mean I’m a PR or Citizen. So when I say Canada doesn’t owe you shit, I’m talking to my self also. It’s a bitter pill I’ve had to swallow. You better accept it instead of calling people bitter. Foreigners really are never a priority in most countries. Maybe it might shock you to know that I also have an application that’s been processing for monthssssssssss. Maybe I’m just more understanding because I’m in here already and can see firsthand how bad things really are in terms of the pandemic. Anyways Na you sabi. I’m not responding to you anymore. Wish you luck too. May you also find happiness, maybe you’d finally develop balls to handle the truth. P.S you can continue crying all you want on the thread and on Twitter please, It’s really not that deep to me. Are you happy now? I hope your crying gets your application approved ASAP. Lmaooo sorry to all of you that are getting offfended by the truth. I don’t have strength to argue again. Sorry, you can insult the government and IRCC all you want please. Thanks |
NYCnextStop:I think anything above 470 is good tbh |
NYCnextStop:French isn’t a requirement. Only English is enough. People just do it to boost their score. If you speak both, you get extra points. That’s why people do French. |
GreatPerson22:I don’t know anyone. The ones I personally know of were august and September 2020 aor. |
MissMa01: MissMa01:Are you sure you read what she wrote? Where did she say it was okay to bicker? I think It’s okay to bicker but it’s tiring when it becomes an everyday thing where you have to attack other people and constantly insult the same IRCC that is doing their best. IRCC has no control over the pandemic, they can only do as much as health Canada approves for them to do. In summary, what she said was that the wait wasn’t fair but y’all should use this time of waiting wisely/ productively instead of bickering all day on the internet. Stop trying to be lowkey rude. I’m not the one to play with. Like the other person said, If you’re tired of waiting, please withdraw your application so you can have peace of mind. P.S stop acting like IRCC totally halted all applications. Haven’t some of you been landing?Haven’t spousal sponsorships been getting approved? Just because your own isn’t approved yet doesn’t mean they aren’t working. Are you expecting them to approve millions of applications at once during the pandemic? Do you even realize that there is a shortage of immigration officers right now? Is your inability to follow rules not the reason many of the applications have been completely halted? Try to play smart games, win stupid prizes. Also, don’t try to use family reunification to score points. Majority of the people on this thread don’t have immediately family members that they need to re-unite with in Canada. Maybe I should also be lowkey rude. You’re looking for transparency, what more transparency do you need? They’ve already told you that the pandemic is affecting things and that they don’t have a specific processing timeline anymore. Truth is they also can’t give a specific date because they don’t know for sure when things will be better. The pandemic has been a roller coaster, today it’s getting better, tomorrow it’s getting worse. Or do you prefer for them to tell you that applications will be approved in September and then September comes without them doing anything? How many transparency has our own country given us? CANADA doesn’t owe you shit! They could decide to cancel all the applications right now and refund your money and nothing will happen. They’ve done it before in 2012 because they couldn’t handle the backlog, check google if you’re in doubt. Their citizens/residents will always come first before you! Accept it or continue deceiving yourself. Honestly, this is going to be my last response on the subject matter. You can decide to continue crying on naira land or just be an adult and do better things like learning new skills(cooking, baking, driving, hair making etc), spending time with your loved ones(you probably won’t see them for a long time after landing), getting certifications in your field, researching more on the provinces you would like to live in, research on schools/daycares for your kids, start brushing up your resume. There’s so many things you could do to take your mind off the wait. It’s easier said than done but crying and insulting IRCC here isn’t going to do anything tbh. I wish y’all luck and I also hope your applications are approved soon. |
