@put Americans first: According to your post, you live in New York. I lived in Connecticut now I’m North Carolina. Please may I ask, Since the “Put Americans first movement”, have you noticed any positive change in the quality of your life? Did you get affordable healthcare? Did you get a salary increase? Did you get more paid sick leave or did you get affordable tuition?

In Canada and most European countries, Medical expenses are free. Mandated sick leave exist. College tuition is affordable. Again, tell me, how is America great?

will like to advise Nigerians in my own little way;


1. Don't shake hands with anybody.

2. Boil your drinking water and allow it to cool before drinking.

3. Eat at least half of a bitter kola everyday.

4. Be careful when buying things from the roadside. E.g. a woman selling Akara will use the same hand she uses to collect money, to count and package your Akara. Same goes for Mai Suya etc.

5. Don't eat without washing your hands.

I cannot count how many rape victims (ladies, including married women) that I have had to counsel whose live have effectively been ruined as a result. And it disturbs me the more to observe that the Nigerian system supports rapists...especially the police. If I have a daughter or son and she/he gets raped by any f.o.o.l I would literally deal with the person in a way that he/she would never again do it to anyone else. Most rapists are serial rapists and they directly feed off the system that is annoyingly supportive of their criminal pastime.
