Kro1:Does that email address takes care of employment in all their outlets across Nigeria and what's the probability of getting employed in an old/existing outlet? Thank u. |
kuuljay:This is not an issue of political compensation. It is a legitimate demand. Whatever position yet to be filled is insignificant and of no relevance. The key slots have been filled. The Urhobos have no place in the Buhari's govt, quote me anywhere. Quite an injustice. |
Meritocracy:Appointment must cut across various strata of his support base and based on merit. Too many appointments going to Lagos state already. What is spectacular about this hair dresser that has warranted are present appointment other than she has a tie with Tinubu. Qualified Urhobos must be accommodated in his government, the Urhobos have them in abundance in APC. |
The Urhobos who supported the Buhari candidacy have be sidelined by the Buhari's administration. No single appointment has being given them. Shame to the likes of Festus Keyamo, the double speak lawyer. My heart felt pity to Chief Otega Emerho who obviously would be licking his wound by now. Billionnaire Otega bankrolled the Buhari campaign to the tune of hundreds of millions, but sadly he has being locked out of Aso rock. Who has bewitched the Urhobos? What stops Buhari from considering Dr Veronica Ugbuago for this appointment? Dr Veronica is an acclaimed scholar and performer, a proud Urhobo woman who supported the APC all the way. Buhari enough of this wicked marginalization of the Urhobos. |

Quite sad. May God comfort his family and associates. He did fantastically well during d ministerial screening last year but sadly, nothing was heard from him in terms of performance since assumption of office. Probably, he was not given a suitable portfolio where his competence can be made bare. A clarion call on all to serve faithfully while we still have our being. |
FILEBE:I would pardon ur stupidity today because its Sunday and I want to keep it holy. You may not be lucky next time. Kid your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more. |
FILEBE:Shut dat stinky mouth of urs now before I do dat for u. Tell dat friend of urs to create his own topic, dis is certainly not d right place to ask dat question. |
olaleye3230:U are actually the idiot here. Is this d right place to ask dat silly question? Y not create your own topic? Are u trying to be foolish or u are a born fool? Village tout. |
Both Adams and Dino are in same party for crying out loud. Is there anything like party discipline in this country? The national leadership of their party should address the issue. |
The proprietor of Innoson motors publicly adopted Jonathan as his sole candidate in the last presidential election and donated scores of buses to the Jonathan campaign organization. Businessmen should be discrete in their political dealings and must separate their business from politics. |
UNILAG convocation gown is beautiful and classy unlike that of UNN which is so ugly and disgusting. |
Chukazu:I ve seen d break down. And I was planning to use d cameroon zinc to roof my self contained because I believe it would cost less. Please what are the reasons giving to dissuade u from using d cameroun type? Thanks. |
Chukazu:Kindly give a break down of the cost of ur roofing sheet? What's the name of that roofing sheet? Also the amount paid for workmanship and the cost of the wood work. Many thanks. |
Head bumps at the back of the head especially for a young guy. Embarrasing. |
The Olu last month visited the Ovie of Uvwie kingdom.

OJUcrook:Would this be the first time Keyamo would be representing the EFCC? What's the link between Keyamo being an Urhobo man and him representing the EFCC in this particular case? Keep the Urhobos out of your bigotry and hate of the Ijaw nation. Keyamo is doing his work as a lawyer and do not in anyway represents the stand of the Urhobos on this particular issue. |
clemzo101:Exactly what he told me when I called him this evening. He is arrogant and evil personified. I sincerely wish he is caught. The tout must surely be experienced in the vice of defrauding people. |
APC guys should chill please. Nothing bias about this judgement. This was the exact judgement the supreme Court gave in the case of Samuel Ortom of Benue State. |
fruzzy:I'm interested. Kindly send the details to abovedlaw@yahoo.com |
enygmababe:Many thanks. I learnt a supreme court judgement gives credence to this your submission. So many people dont know this, they so much believe in this six months notice of a thing. |
enygmababe:Good explanation, thanks. But, assuming a yearly tenant is in six months arears, and all attempt to make him pay his rent has failed, can the landlord proceed to issue a seven days notice? No tenancy agreement, but the tenant has been paying yearly, because the landlord told him so from the beginning. Thanks. |
mayorkyzo:Warri man I sight u. |
Was a tenancy agreement signed between u and d landlord? Six months quit notice is not automatic, if u signed a shorter quit notice with d landlord, the court would honour that agreement. Again, by paying three months rent into ur landlord's account, u are no longer a yearly tenant. That single action of yours, now entitles u to only three months quit notice. I presume the money u paid last October was to cover u for October November and December. If this is d case, u still have until next month to quit. I suggest u look for a new room else where. The money u want to use to renew your rent, use it to pay else where. No need for court case all because of one room. If u dnt have a lawyer in ur house to fight ur cause for u, forget it, u would spend money engaging a lawyer, no lawyer would do anything for u free. Beg your landlord to look u till say April, and gather money to move out. This is my kind opinion. |
Wole Olanepekun is damn good. These days, once a high profile case is before the court, I just identify the counsels on both sides of the divide and immediately I know who would win the case. Once Wole is a counsel on any case, the probability of winning that case is ninety percent. EFCC must be properly funded to enable it secure the services of good lawyers or else, they would continue to loose their cases with the services of Festus Keyamo. I do not see EFCC winning the case against Olisa Metuh. With the likes of Dr Onyeachi Ikpeazu (SAN) and Chief Chris Uche (SAN) standing in for Metuh, I just pity the EFCC. |
Kagame:U are right. Joseph Daudu is good in his area, always on ground to represent big politicians who have explanation to make to d EFCC, Lol. |
Wole Olanipekun seems to be d best lawyer in Nigeria at the moment. I have been keeping a close tab on him since 2007 and his performances remains outstanding. He was Atiku lead counsel all through Atiku's battle with OBJ, Atiku won all his legal battle then. Once I see his name as counsel on any issue, I literarily believe the case is won. I dey fear the man, only God knows how much he charges.I dont know why EFCC is not using him. The likes of Festus Keyamo are media lawyers who knows nothing, just noise. No wonder EFCC keeps losing their case. |
rawpadgin:OP looks like someone I know along airport road/ugborikoko area of Warri. |
Presently selling for between 110 and 115 naira in my area. I bought for 90 naira in December last year. During the GEJ era, It sells for between 120 and 140 in my area. I honestly want to start using gas. How much can I get a good quality automated table cooker? Someone should recommend one please. |
