Moh247:My man you're already here? But I am not even from the South?! |
I've observed that INEC and some people in power continue to shift and bend rules to do what I think is to frustrate the Labour Party's Peter Obi. Let's look at the new rules they formulate and his reactions to them.... 1. NO FOREIGN DONATIONS. I mean, I remember 2015 when Buhari and his people were going to different places, even abroad to seek monetary donations for his campaigns cause they say he's broke. No one even knew you can't do that till now that Peter Obi is in the ballot, they remembered and start pushing out warnings against it. His Reaction- Peter Obi went ahead to put out account number for donations. He no send! After a while the APC too mimicked the move. 2. DON'T GET RELIGION INVOLVED. Buhari was never a Christian but he went to all Churches he's invited to, there are many pictures and videos to prove. Tinubu had to organize not fake Imams, not fake Pastors, but false "Bishops" to unveil his fellow Muslim vice. We've seen and heard Tinubu with Muslim leaders and in Mosques. Peter Obi, being a Christian, goes to his fellow brethrens in Churches and all of a sudden INEC remembered, "you can't get religious activities involved!". His Reaction- up till now Peter Obi continues to honour every invitation to every religious gathering offered him. 3. DON'T GET SMALL CHILDREN INVOLVED IN CAMPAIGNS. This one's actually very funny! What Buhari and Tinubu have in common here is that they all made sure they display their very own grandkids to our faces. We all saw them in display on the internet! Even in rallies we see kids offering them flowers as a form of welcome. INEC only remembered it's wrong for kids to be used in campaigns only when they discovered Yusuf Alabi, a 15 years old, willingly stepped in to celebrate Obi. 4. REBUKED DENO MELAYE. Let's not forget my very favourite. How he chastised Deno Melaye when he was obviously crossing the line in the Arise TV debate. Since then Deno Melaye has been careful not to attack or insult him or any OBIdient, anywhere. That one's a classic! ![]() His Reaction- Peter Obi, as always, located the young vibrant Omoluabi and celebrated him, he took pictures with him and they laughed together. FINAL NOTE: They say Peter Obi is too soft he can't handle the affairs of Nigeria and the corrupt system, insecurities and Nigerian politicians. Well, these actions by him shows Peter Obi might be soft spoken, he might look calm and smiley, but he is no pushover. He's calculative, he's assertive and he knows his rights and he will do it! I think he's who Nigerians need right now.

WARNING! OBIDIENTS beware, In these last days to elections there will be a lot of propaganda against Peter Obi and the OBIdients! Don't be caught in the mind game! They have the resources, they are highly desperate, they are highly cunning! They will come! Be careful what you read or watch, especially here! |

Chixco95:The views are the total number of people who've viewed the channel and it's videos. It's a YouTube way of counting total views of a channel. But Channels TV have done a good job in giving Labour Party members a video forum to visit, it also paid off by helping the channel grow to this level of views, even subscribers. So I think that write-up is also a form of gratitude to OBIdients, it's not a coincidence but deliberate. And that video of the LP Lagos rally in only hours has generated hundreds of thousands of views already, it might reach a million in more days to come. Mentioning Peter Obi is feeding a lot of people already with traffic to their platform. This is the best time to launch your own. |
seunmsg:So you're calling him to expose his tyranny and totalitarianism here again. How many of you and your people's lies against Peter Obi's rallies have been banned? Make unna dey continue, you only have power on Nairaland. Go and ban people on other social platforms too now!! |
Please no one should answer or reply tribalists and haters here. They seem attracted to the post already. Thank you! |
obailala:This is for those who are willing to drop the prejudice, drop the hate, drop the tribalism and seek to learn and improve. Not you. Bye! |
Naira20:Warn people everywhere as this post might be suppressed. |
peter0071:Be careful out there in these last days, if they can't convert you they will try to discourage you from voting. Don't let them! |
obailala:This post is not for people like you. Thank you! |

AdaojoTheUrchin:Hello bro! How far? Please don't let those people come here, not now. I want this thread to be educative and interactive, bringing them here will turn it into a tribal warfare. Please don't! Thank you. |
If you hunger for knowledge like I do, if you really really hunger to feed your curiosity and brain, watch the video. Borrow DATA and watch, and be enlightened! |
Many people accredite and agree the dislike and hatred for the Igbos in Nigeria is caused by the civil war. Many people continue to carry the notion that they started the civil war thus the hatred. But it has been more than fifty(50+) years since the civil war. More people now are being killed by a particular tribe codenamed "BANDITS" than the Igbos ever even did, yet not much bitterness is put on them as the Igbos even till now. Rwanda is a country of only about 13 million today, as at thirty years ago at the time of the genocide they were about half the population yet about 800,000 people were killed. Today, there is not only a total reconciliation there but Rwanda has moved on to be one of the very fastest growing economies in Africa. The cleanest, less corrupttion! So why does Nigeria still carry it's hate on a peaceful ethnic group? Peaceful cause as someone from Kaduna State, Southern Kaduna, I have never experienced or even heard of an ethnic clash between the Igbo settlers and a Middle Belt tribe before. So I theorized the issue is not because of the civil war but the civil war is only a symptom of the real matter in contention. And I continued to ask till I discovered this very wonderful video on YouTube. It gives a clear, good picture to the root cause, if you see it that way. It's tittled "The hatred behind Jews, Igbos, and Chinese Explained by Thomas Sowell" This video has answered my long questions and probably many others perfectly well. Especially now as the elections draw near and the questions seems very rife. Keyword: Middle Men! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GWzzBm4ixQ&t=39s |
Naira20:You're right, but I have a feeling with the amount of propaganda going on against Peter Obi, when he wins and become President the propaganda will double. |
Oh no, I wrote something similar on a South African thread some days ago. https://www.nairaland.com/7556382/sas-jerusalema-hitmaker-nomcebo-wins#120671156 I hope this news is not true, the guy is nice it seems! NOTE: I am not happy about my statements on that thread, they are wrong and I apologize to all South Africans for it! Irongalaxy and WannaHowzit sorry for all the retaliatory insults. EDITED: The news is true, the musician is dead!

Naira20:Matters here done tire me! Na the Nairaland management dey cause the tribalism going on here and it's saddening. Look at all the attention about the Seun Kuti case? It was properly minced till nothing's left, even comments of OBIdients about Seun Kuti being an opportunist was brought to front page. I am tired! |
This makes far more sense now. Someone told me they came and paid people about 20,000k for their PVC details. Now it makes sense what the real plan is. |
As per make costumers no destroy properties when angry now. ![]() |
Naira20:If this one doesn't make front page after the much attention given to the Seun Kuti case I will cause trouble on this forum! ![]() |
Where are the mods? Send this one too to front page, it is not only when it is OBIdients that are accused of bullying that it gets all the attention under heaven. Mr Macaroni will eat the good of the land for his patriotism and selfless support. This I have seen! |
The USA is afraid and paranoid. ![]() |
Newton2024:Ghen ghen!! You have summoned the harbingers of tribalism, hatred and bigotry to this thread. You are now in trouble, fully!! ![]() These are some of the best in the business! |
Parachoko:By everything I am not even Igbo, I not even from Southern Nigeria! You see, you just confirmed everything everyone says about you. You are a big issue on this forum!! |
maestroferddi:Forget Parachoko, that guy is one of the most consistently hateful and bigoted person I know here for long, I never read his comments even. He doesn't need to be a Muslim or Yoruba to be what he is. He can even be who he loves to hate. |
Corrinthians:I thank God I never answered or replied your hateful comments in the past, now that you've claimed to no more be bigoted it will have been quite a piece of work for me cause I would have tried to go back and edit my replies. Thank God for you though if true. |
That's how I lashed out at a South African here for insulting Nigerians and calling us Gorillas on the "SA threaten Ghana" thread. Some days later I went back and edited my posts and apologized to him. That's why I don't answer Tinubu supporters especially here, or even read their bigoted hate filled comments mostly. That's why I also don't read threads targeted at Igbos doing crime in other countries, it has tribal agenda. Before I go to bed most nights I reminisce on what I did during the day, who I offended, then I try to retrace and undo my wrongs. Not easy but I've learned to say "sorry" cause I am a Christian and the Bible said "seek peace with all men"! And so I'm able to last for years on Nairaland and still maintain my true self. |
It's probably most definitely true, I heard they're also doing it in my area. But the money being paid here is double that. That's why each and every Nigerian with a PVC most endeavour to come out and vote. Come Out And Vote!! That's the only thing that will counter any rigging or cheating. COME OUT AND VOTE!! And encourage everyone you know with a PVC to do same, pay their transport if you should. |
