udele1:I used to think cos you expose the killings in the South East against your own people by your own people you're not wise, but now I know you are very intelligent and calculative and your reasons are genuine. Some people can sit at the back and still see ahead of the one sitting in front, you are one of those. Let not tell Tinubu this though, it's our collective wealth he's giving out. |
udele1:I told some people Obi will get about 40 percent South Western votes they think I talk only out of wishful thinking. They're hope is on money intervention, but you can only buy a hungry person to certain limits, definitely not a hungry ideological one. |
I am impressed by his antecedents. Whoever are behind his moves and actions are wise and intelligent people. |
udele1:I know ABJ very well then and now and you're very correct in your assertions. I am beginning to see more Northern Muslim votes for Peter Obi than Tinubu in the North. |
This guy is right, coming from oyigboupdate you know how high it gets. But there are a lot to not be said online. Tinubu will be such a looser next year he will never recover. Just be quiet let everyone eat from the Lagos treasury, it is Sanwo Olu I pity his future. |
Southern Kaduna is Obidient and Yusful. We have his back covered. Thank God for these Candidates, without which this elections would have been like a graveside event. Distasteful, hopeless and gloomy. |
I go through YouTube sometimes till late at night watching, listening and scrutinizing Peter Obi. I have seen many of his interviews, they're quite plenty, but I am yet to see Obi read from any script. I know you might help me out with video evidence to prove otherwise. But to think someone who attends intellectual gatherings hall meetings and interviews allot, someone who knows his steps are being closely watch for mistakes, still going about talking from heart is very admirable. He bursted the Arewa House yesterday and you would expect him to take a written script so as to give them what they only want to hear without flaws, considering it's a Northern gathering with a Governor who hates him, but no. He went with genuine plans for transformation. |
If they'd picked this man from the South West maybe he would have a better chance. |
Buckeyemedia1:I recognize you. Funny, I've never seen a non South westerner supporting Tinubu. That should be your problem not Peter Obi's growing popularity. At least Obi said what appeals and relates with us here. What did your man say? Nobody knows but it sure gave everyone a good laugh. Tinubu should have contested for the President Nigerian comedians Association I know he will be taken seriously there and who knows, with more Lagos money he might bribe his way to victory there. |
Juoflife1:Yeah sorry for that. But what Is the percentage of those treated nicely to those handled like rags? 20 to 1 to put it mildly. |
I read it all and still want more. Simple and straight to business, I was thinking he will use all his time addressing the sh*t governor's rants. Well done. I've noticed Peter Obi always addresses the populace while the other candidates mostly address the elites. He most have allot of confidence in Nigerians to do that. |
TookDownYourMum:I see your real sentiment now, after all those low self-esteem comments it's all directed at antigay laws. Firstly, homos*xu*lity is not an African problem, it is a Western manufactured ideology. Banning it is a very good move, doesn't mean African leaders sleep on it, the West are the obsessed ones. Secondly, you are no better than the people you criticize. What are your personal contributions to society? Non, that's right. Kenya is very much on track, a stable economy, peaceful and credible elections process and democracy. Let's just hope your Western Lords don't sponsor any more terrorist groups to distract the developing country. Atleast be useful your self by going out to vote a credible candidate next year. |
Juoflife1:I am not trying to insult you madam, but this issue is a serious one and very rampant. I won't sugar coat it to please you, we most talk about it and sensitization most be made to stop this inhumanity to underprivileged children used as domestic helps. They are "helps" not slaves and definitely not punching bags or aggression dumps. Igbo women specifically most be made to stop this wickedness, or stop harboring other people's children. |
UrPapa:We the indigenes. |
lhordspy:Madam funny enough this is my first time coversing with you and you know why's that? Cos you are intellectually draining. For your info I never read more than a single line of your usual rants cos you are too attention needy. So take this load of attention and go to bed with it. |
.. |
lhordspy:This individual you are not wise at all. I don't think you're a male cos you not sensible in politics at all. Because your candidates are too old and incoherent you think intellectual gatherings are nonsense right? This was you people's foolish opinions till now that Obi has completely taken over the discuss, you're struggling to catch up. Leave Nairaland and go on YouTube where street polls are conducted reality will dawn on you. You are not fit to be in politics section, go to romance. |
Richardonald:Them wan light up this country be that. |
My only confidence is the electronic transmission of votes. As I wrote before, with a free, fair elections Labour Party's Peter Obi will get atleast 30 percent of Kaduna votes. And that number will only increase from here. So El'rufai should suck up his bigotry and put himself in a small bottle cos he will be shamed in Kaduna State come 2023. Why is he even oppsessed with Peter Obi? |
I am not trying to bash anyone but I think this issue has become a big and obvious menace in our society. If you can't handle another person in your house why have them? nlfpmod, seun, Royalroy, I think this matter need urgent attention. Thank you. |
You see, everyone who's lived in a multiethnic neighbourhood in Nigeria will attest to this. I've seen Igbo men interact with their apprentices, sometimes you can mistake them for siblings. Even children in the neighborhood get along well with the men. Without beating around the bush, why are the Igbo women so different? Why are they so oppressive and inherently wicked? If you hear domestic helps being maltreated you're sure to assume rightly it's an Igbo woman. Growing up we know to never mess with the Igbo female neighbor. Many times they even end up killing the house helps. The young girls are always with a clean shaved head. Is it a cultural thing or is it biological? And why don't the men reprimand the women for such inhumanity? |
Nationality300:Somebody? Why don't you do it. |
I was going through Atiku's bigoted video comments and it dawned on me that the major Northern group or tribe in the North is very much marginalized. Those people have never really known freedom or personal growth to the extent that it has become normal and everything is attributed to the will of God, "haka Allah ya so" or "dun abin da Allah ya je". My Hausa literacy is a little bad, sorry. I am not talking here about the Northern Christian minorities, o no. I am speaking about the Hausa people of Nigeria. You heard me clearly. You see the killings in Benue, Southern KD and other middle belt areas? It is as much a reality among the Hausa groups too. We talk and lament about our situations cos we refuse to settle or accept it and want to progress. The Hausas can't and won't call out the Fulani bloodletting cos, I mean how does it even sound to you? Quite funny and it goes against the code of "the Muslim ummah". A Hausa man has never really lead this country, hell, I am not sure theirs any Hausa Governor in the North today. But if there is then I promise you there's even more Minority Christian Governors than there are Hausa ones, even though they are the majority up North. From the Sultan down to the Emirs Northern ruling class has mostly and always been the Fulanis, period. See what I am saying? My Grand Mother used to tell us when the Usman Danfodio and Queen Amina Dynasties came to be in the North, they enslaved and forcefully converted and assimilated even allot of the Northern minorities. You know, the Hausas have been so beaten that they've gotten used to it. That is the impact of systematic and or forceful subjugation and marginalization. The Hausas are a good example of why sane people should reject such. I think it's on them to decide though. As for us, we will not bow to the Fulani, to the Sultan. Nope, I no dey do that kind arrangement lai lai!! And that is why I admire the Igbos. |
Sorry I can't narrate in writing but it's a Youtube link so it's save. If you want to vote let it be someone you know cos you've scrutinize his past, let it be someone who is ready and on the go. I think we've lived blinded for far too long in this country we fail to see and acknowledge different ways out. I spend nights studying and scrutinizing this man called Obi cos I don't want to repeat what I did in 2015. |
I became obsessed with Nigeria long ago, at least since I was a teen. I just wanted and still want Nigeria to work. I am going through some previous videos about Peter Obi, this one is from six years ago, so it's not as if he's vying for any political office thereby making these statements. He's talking about government wastage here. Pls in all your doings try and watch this video, you might agree this is who Nigeria need at this specific kind of times and situation we're in now. His actually talking about his antecedents as Governor, and man is he frugal and calculative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwmhDwux8DQ He stopped work on a building ment for Presidents which costs about 5 hundred million then cos he thought is wasn't necessary. In 2006 when Obasanjo, the president went to Anambra and needed a place to stay for the week he asked his wife to pack her things out the Government house and left it for OBJ then they rented an average hotel close by for days tell OBJ went back to ABJ. Anambra is one of the only states which doesn't have a presidential lodge cos he stopped the work which saves maintenance costs |
Trinitycian:Na your brother be that. No be so you and your kind dey think, everybody against you is Igbo and Ibop. Deal with your kind enh dey sweet me well. |
