The woman in question was wearing a black gown with a head covering, the type worn by (rich) Muslim women to cover their dignity in accordance to their religion. Absolutely right! Water transportation will help ease transportation in Lagos only if it can be effectively managed as you have stated. Lagos is a mega city and it's expected that these things should have been in place by now, for God sake, this is 2019.

Lagos roads are too congested already resulting in traffic and waste of man hours. Introducing new buses to add to the existing traffic gridlock is compounding the problem we are yet to solve. A simple solution to ease traffic in Lagos roads and move mass number of people easily and comfortably is to construct a fast light rail system connecting major points in the city. The rail should connect Ikorodu to the Island, Island to Epe, Badagry to Oshodi. This is long overdue.

When God required money for the needs of the Temple, He specifically mentioned where all Israelite males should be levied a temple tax of half a shekel every year. That was an instance of God clearly asking for money.

So any fraudster that comes with the excuse that money was not in use because the Israelites were predominantly farmers and cattle rearers...should read Exodus 30 v 13-16 and explain to us why God demanded money from these same Israelites...but specified crops and livestock as tithes in Deuteronomy 14 v 22-29;
