Jestin:Sure! Africa's women football is not competitive and impressive that is why Super Falcons, despite their poor performance, could still retain number one in Africa. I wish North African teams like Egypt and Tunisia can allow their females to play competitive football, only then will Super Falcons know they are still toddlers. Super Falcons and NFF need to do a lot to prepare for the world cup next year because that stage is not for mediocre. I hope the Super Falcons will be able to get pass the group stage at the world cup. |
Oh, I came late to this party! @Op has said nothing but heresy. If we only need to accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour as the only thing we need to make heaven even if we sin afterwards, then, how come Judas Iscariot, Ananias and Safira who accepted Jesus but later sinned by committing suicide and lying respectively did not make heaven? This shows that the op's understanding of Christianity/bible is faulty. The bible is clear. We need to believe in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, be baptized and receive the Holy Spirit and so, walk in the Spirit we have received which makes us new born in Christ. Even if we fall to the flesh by sinning (though, the grace of God is sufficient for us not to fall into temptation but sometimes, we don't make use of the grace and fall anyway), we should quickly go back to God with a remorseful heart and desire not to go back to the sin again. And in the infinite mercy of God, we will be forgiven. This is what will make us saints and get us to heaven. |
RevenGeMission:Just like this
|
Nigeria will work if there is contuinity of government and consistency. |
With this pic, the next headline by the bloggers will be "Finally, Super Cop Abba Kyari Settles The Rift Between Davido and Chioma" Another headline will read "Assurrance Reassured As Police Settles Fight Between Davido and Chioma" |
kolafolabi:Your daughter's teacher passed a wrong information to your daughter and she in turn passed it to you and you all got screwed! Drinking wine/beer is not a sin but getting drunk of it. Read your bible and understand it. |
If PDP truly desires to win the 2019 elections, they should get a technocrat/politician with good pedigree from SW as Atiku's running mate. Buhari and Atiku will share the votes in NW and NE but Buhari will have more votes from these regions. NC will want to show APC/Buhari some lessons and vote for Atiku. SE will vote anything that contests against Buhari (due ro their sentimental hate for him) so, SE votes are certain for PDP irrespective of who is Atiku's running mate. SS votes will be divided between Buhari and Atiku depending on the state. But the deciding votes will come from SW because first, it is mainly an APC region and most importantly, the APC Vice President, Osinbanjo is from there. Therefore, in order to share the votes in SW, the PDP Vice President should be from there. This will be a right and equal match for APC. |
Bar1941:You've just spoken my mind. This just show that Nigerians know no other party apart from PDP and APC. If APC disappoints, they go for PDP and verse versa irrespective of the calibre of candidate that flies their flag even if he never went to school or has F9 all through |
somehow:Bless you! You know Nigeria too well. |
GrabHisBalls:What a paradox my brother |
When they were busy stealing and sharing our money they weren't praying. It is now they want to use religion to deceive us abi |
@Op, Still waiting for the biography |
Demmzy15:I don't like arguing with people like you (and of your religion) because you know nothing and always in the habit of bending the truth. Little boy, go home today with this truth that the Jews owns Jerusalem. If you don't accept it, you can hit your head on the ground |
drakeli:I know their type. They are always sentimental and in support of their Islamic brothers even if they are on the wrong side they don't care. We all know the truth and we will continue to say it to their hearing which is, the present day Palestinians are descendants of Arabs migrants who occupied Jerusalem when the original inhabitants, the Jews, were on exile during the Babylonian war. The Jews are back to claim back their Father's land. |
Demmzy15:Oh! Turning the table. I knew from onset that you don't have any evidence or reference to prove your claim that one, the bible should not be taken as a history book and two, that Palestinians were the original inhabitants of Jerusalem since the creation of that city. I know people like you. You are only sentimental to Islamic course, in support of your Islamic brothers even if they are wrong you don't care |
Demmzy15:You are only trying to pull the wool over my eyes. The question is who were the original inhabitants of Jerusalem? NOT Jerusalem and Palestine. Provide answers with proves from any well known book of history for fact finding |
Demmzy15:I challenge you to name one book that succinctly proves with evidence that Jerusalem has always been originally inhabited by the Palestinians right from the creation of that city. Waiting... |
History books tell us Jerusalem is a Jewish city so what's all this talk that it's Palestinian territory? If you invaded your neighbour's land and covet it for so many years, does that make you the rightful owner of the land? Muslims should stop spewing up sentiments. Israel is only trying to get back the land of their fathers |
Berlyn1:So, why did you get disflowered at 17? |
stephanie11:Yahaya Bello is a bad politician. Thank God he has predicted his own retirement |
Abjay97:You don't even know the meaning of wine. Check up the meaning in the dictionary and educate yourself |
How I wished I came very early to this thread. Anyway, @op, it shows you do not understand the concept of tithing neither do you understand the principle because you keep on misrepresenting giving with tithing. Giving freely and cheerfully according to the preaching of Jesus and Apostle Paul in Corinthians, is very much different from tithing. When you give, give freely without any intention of expecting anything in return- whatever you do to the least of your brother, you do unto Christ- that's the principle of giving which is totally different and should not be misconstrued with tithing. Giving is to Christianity while tithing is to Judaism. |
This is the truth scripturally and historically. Those who have ears, let them hear. God bless the writer. |
swizzdre:Yes, the pastor was right to 'dissolve' that marriage because there was no marriage in the first place. If the brother knew about his impotency but hid it from the sister so that he could marry her and after wedding, she is already trapped and can not ask for divorce as a Christian, I'm telling you categorically, the man is only wasting his time. In the eyes of God, the wedding ceremony was just a drama presentation, no one can deceive God and so, the marriage didn't take place in the first place. You see, there is nothing wrong going into marriage with baggage but there is everything wrong hiding this baggage from your intending spouse if such baggage will prevent God's purpose of marriage to be fulfilled. Therefore, the man should have told the sister about his baggage and if she accepts, they will be joined as a flesh all through their lives till death do them part, if not, the marriage is a fallacy is the first instance. |
segzybeez:No. If he does, he commits adultery as long as the woman is alive. Know that the perfect will of God is that, a union of a man and a woman in marriage shall not be untied by any man until death do them apart. God hates divorce. |
Op, it all depends on what you signed with firm A in the contract of employment as your salary because even if you take this up legally, what you put your signature on is what you are entitled to. However, as it is now, either you return the money or not, firm A will still sack you because they see what you did as betrayal and disloyalty. So, it will pay you to hold on to the money but make sure you inform the Manager of firm B of all events as they happen. Corruption has eaten deep into this country that one may be forced to lose hope! |
Boyooosa:My first thought too. I think she started giving birth as teenager |
That man is an ungrateful person. He thanked only the pastor but forgot to thank the soldiers who left their duty post to look for him and found him in the bush, helped him, conveyed him to the different hospitals, and paid for the transportation. He also forgot to thank his conductor who stood by him all this while and went as far as getting the soldiers to rescue him instead of them to run for their lives. That's sacrifice! He forgot also, to be very appreciative to the unknown man who appeared from nowhere, left his own business and assisted a complete stranger to drive down to another state in order to seek medical attention for this half dead man. And lastly, he forgot the ambulance man who despite being rejected in two different hospitals still agreed to drive him with a complete stranger to Nnewi. How much more the doctors (and other health workers in Nnewi) who responded quickly to save his life unlike their colleagues in Delta state that rejected him? This is a typical example of a good Samaritan story. All these people are all good Nigerians. Life is once man, always be thankful to everyone who helped and be grateful to God who brought them your way. |
Acidosis:Whether tithe is compulsory in your church or not, as long as it is collected, that means your church practices Judaism not Christianity. |
Acidosis:The point here is not about money but how the money is collected. Catholic church does not threatening members to pay tithe the way Pentecostal churches do. The Pentecostals tell lies about how non tithe payers will go to hell and remain financially doom if they fail to pay, and this is contrary to Christ's teachings. The Catholic church does not pay or enforce tithing but encourages members to give cheerfully- they are NEVER threaten and hence, she is the richest church in the world with the largest number of Christians as members |
candy:Your concern was rightly addressed by the Governor, read paragraph 9 of the article well which I have pasted below: “Why will a herdsman be carrying gun? Henceforth, any herdsman found with guns should be arrested and prosecuted. Owners of cattle found grazing on farmlands and destroying crops should also be arrested and prosecuted, Any farmer that poison cattle should also be arrested and prosecuted." |
This is a welcome development. Any herder or Fulani militia who kills a human being or invade a farmland to destroy the crops, or any farmer that kills a herder or a cattle, is a criminal and should be arrested, prosecuted and served justice. impunity should never be condoned. That is how a sane society works. |
