But I always write:

This is what I even have on my SOA which I have submitted for CAS, the formal address is what my department has on her SOA which is supposed to be the second proof of our living together as husband and wife. (13 yrs)

My question is what can I use to address this while applying for visa. Affidavit or cover letter?

If cover letter, will I need to write it and scan then send it in pdf format or will there be a colum to explain on the Visa application page.

I have thought of going to bank to update the address but can I still produce it to UKVi because I am thinking of using the same copy I use for CAS to apply for Visa. Funny enough, I have filled my CAS with the same address. Though I have other bank account which I have updated already.

Abeg help me out as be say nah me want cause my family pain with my negligence.

My Business name status is Active and I have gotten the acknowledgement letter for end of the year (2022) Annual returns. I have acknowledgement letter for 2021 end of the year annual returns too but I don't operate bank account that bears my business name instead I use my personal bank account.

Is the Active status and the acknowledgement suffice for self-employed?

Also is the bank statement won't be issue?

I think this issue of sputum after x-ray need to be review if only it's possible. The idea of waiting for 10 weeks is just frustrating and wasting of people's time. General hospital carry out both x-ray and sputum test result under 7 days, I wonder why IOM can't do sich most especially when they know that they're dealing with patients that have time constraints
People visit general hospital to confirm their TB status before proceeding to IOM nowadays, so the reality is they already know they are clean even before the screening. So if IOM insist that x-ray shows abnormal no prob, but they should be able to do the further test within a very reasonable time frame that will not alter the patients traveling plan.

Well, it quite unfortunate that they have the final decision on the outcome of the results.

Goodmornung duchess and everyone here. Pls I had my tb test screening with IOM early July and I was asked to carryout a sputum test which I did. But I am tired of waiting on them for the 8- 10 weeks duration for my result. And I have gone for another xray with a different private hospital and my xray was normal which was initially abnormal in iom. The thing is am thinking of booking with Q life in other to carry out and another screening but, I don't know if this will be an issue because I personal feel the approved hospitals for uk screening will all be registering on the same site. So I am confused because I don't want them to raise any issue on it. So please duchess wat do u think and also any one that has been through this and scaled through could suggest to me, I mean if you have encountered this personally and scaled through. Please I am open to suggestions because time isnt on my side my course start date is 18th of Sept. I await your response

Please I am finding it difficult to start my Visa application process on GOV.UK. If I click on NO on the second question which says DO I HAVE EU PASSPORT, the app will re-send me back to the first question WHERE I WANT TO LIVE. This has been the case since yesterday so I don't think it's network issue. Though I used the link sometimes November 2022 but I didn't complete the process since I didn't later applied for the Visa.

Could it be because of that because I read that access may be difficult if one didn't revisit the process after 10 weeks?

If yes, then what can I do please?

Please help diagnose this.

I got offer from Salford around March, I did my TB test around April 5th with the intention of processing my CAS but unfortunately my TB certificate was delayed for almost ten weeks because I was told to undergo sputum test. While waiting for sputum result, Salford withdrew my admission because I didn't pay the required deposit to secured my place. I subsequently applied into Ulster University which I was given offer.

Now, I am preparing to get my CAS from Ulster because I have gotten my TB certificate after my sputum test result indicate Negative.

My complain now is that my TB certificate has Salford University address which Ulster has already clarity that it's not a problem, but my wife is about doing her TB test.

Should she use the same Salford address as mine or use Ulster?

If she uses Ulster University address as my dependant which is different from mine, hope UKVI won't see this as a fault?

Hello.

It will apply to students with admission start dates from January 2024.

However, there will be more checks generally from next year so when applying prepare enough evidence to show they are your dependants and ensure the POF is for their stay with you

With the ban on dependants, does that mean MA who enter Uk this September intake won't be able to bring his dependants into UK come January 2024 or it's the students that start their admission process in January that will be affected.

Hello

There's no section for that in your visa application.

With companies you only need to submit your reference/employment/confirmation/promotion letter if you need to show evidence of study gap

Keep it simple and straightforward

Is it London campus? I have similar experience too, I have applied since March yet there was no offer they only sent a questionnaire to me to filled. But last week, I re-apply to Birmingham campus on Tuesday and to my surprise, the conditional offer dropped on Friday.

So you can try and re-apply to Birmingham campus if the course is available there.

Scholarship........£ 2,500
Deposit...............£ 5,500

After deducting both the scholarship and the deposit, the balance will be £7,750.

My question is, am going to still add the scholarship {£2,500) to my POF then wait till enrollment day or I should just use the balance (£7,750) and the maintenance cost to compute my POF?

Also, please whoever that has Salford University telegram link should drop it.

I just don't know what to do about this situation of mine.

I did my TB test last June and I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Tuberculosi. I took the medications as it was instructed for six months without missing a day. I finished the treatment in January. All along, 2nd, 5th and 6th month sputum test was carried out that says I am cleaned. The last month chest x-ray says my chest is still abnormal. The last month (6th) sputum was the same day as the x-ray.

Now, I got the results of the last month sputum on 2nd of April, which still shows I am clean. Then I proceed for another x-ray on the 5th of April, in order to process my new admission. The x-ray results showed abnormal as it has been shown previously. I thought my
sputum results should be valid since I just got it few days before the x-ray, but IOM said no that since the x-ray is abnormal that I must undergo another 8wk sputum test again.

I don't think this is fair. The doctors had told me that the regimen is 6 months plus 8weeks of the last month sputum period.

I don't just know what to do!!!

Please, kindly help me out on this situation.

I did my TB test last year in order to complete my Visa application then. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Tuberculosi which I was placed on six months medications. January was my last treatment month and I was declared clean after the fifth and sixth month sputum test and the end of treatment x-ray though the sixth month sputum test is yet to be ready.

The point now is that I want to do another one for fresh application. My initial school is Staffordshire but I have requested for deposit refund because they have changed their payment plan which will be little stressful for me to meet up.

Now, I have gotten two offers Derby and Salford uni. I am still expecting more so that I will take my time to choose the one I can afford.

My worry is, I want to do another TB test now,
So that I will enough time in case there is complain about the Test outcome.

The question is can I use any other UK address apart from school address on the TB test since I have not chosen a particular school?.
