On a side note. I remember during the presidential elections when the likes of Oyedepo was severely kicking against the election of Buhari, many people called him unprintable names. Some went as far as saying the man's source of wealth has been blocked and that was why he was always complaining.

That sounded laughable to some of us who are fully aware of the financial strength of the Living Faith Church. Anyway, within that same Buhari admin the man changed his Private Jet and even Chopper. So that doesn't seem like what a sinking person would do.

Infrastructure and human capital development as well as social investments cost a lot of money. Our current budget of $30b is just too meager for a nation of 200 million people. South Africa with it 50 million people budgets $100b annually. Egypt of 80 million people has an annual budget of $120b, our debt to revenue ratio is miserable. We need to start revving up our revenue by raising and widening our tax nets as well as cut every wasteful public expenditures, otherwise, developments in all facets will continue only at snail pace.

They have won the elections so this is their sacrifice as gratitude. Thank God, schools haven't resumed from the election break and the polytechnic is not on session, the casualties would have increased exponentially. RIP to the dead.

Sometimes when I see pple call this Buhari Mr integrity I just wonder whether the word integrity has a new definition. No sane president that has the wellbeing of his pple at hrt will support a governor that has not paid his workers for nine month. At the end of it all posterity will remember Buhari as the most corrupt, most clueless, most wicked nd most irresponsible president in Nigeria. Except we are not truthful to ourselves, the process has greatly improved from what it used to be. At least, we no longer see 99% turnout or 95% success for the ruling party. The major problem we now have is that of disruption, killing, snatching of ballot boxes, kidnapping of electoral officers and similar security issues. Less of blatant writing of result as we had in the past when votes didn't count.

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent these security challenges where the politicians, aided by the masses, have decided to engage in "do or die" criminal acts to win election, irrespective of who the president is.

We all witnessed how PDP did their many abracadabra too. In fact, APC is still a learner where PDP dey operate.

Let me give a few examples of past PDP wayo-wayo victories:

1. Wike "scoring" over 280,000 votes in his local govt (but awarded about 7k votes to his opponent) to be re-elected in 2019 when the presidential election didn't record a fifth of that votes in same LG.

2. PDP procuring court judgment to deny APC in participating in Rivers gubernatorial election.

3. Many instances during OBJ and GEJ where PDP would record 100% voters turnout in their strongholds and award 99% of the total votes to themselves. We saw the same trend even in 2015 and 2019 general elections.

4. I don't know if any party has killed innocent electorate for daring to align with an opposition party than PDP in Rivers, Bayels and othe SS/SE regions especially. We saw life photos of severed head of a grown APC leader (still struggling for life) in 2015. That gory image flashes back once in a while.

5. Maurice Iwu, working for PDP announced winner of presidential election while voting was still ongoing.

I can go on and on to prove that PDP deserves anything and everything that befalls it.

LASTLY, DEMOCRACY IS A SCAM FOR AFRICA, ESPECIALLY NIGERIA. WE ARE VERY MANIPULATIVE AND THAT'S HOW IT WILL REMAIN. LET NO ONE BE IN DOUBT!

My question is, why didn't they call for cancellation of the elections immediately after the elections but had to wait over 24hrs when the results were collated and being announced.

Some Nigerians just don't feel ashamed cos this says that the election didn't go the way they expected it.
