Okay, you're telling us to "rise up against the leaders" abi, why don't you too leave the US and do that or why don't you come and be selling the garri and iru you claimed you'd be selling?

You claimed Nigerians would be working with oil and gas companies with huge salaries and free transportation. How many Nigerians have that kind of job?

You already said America is a system, so to succeed, just follow the system. That's all. Don't come here and be saying rubbish!

So, all the Nigerians living in the US have all been homeless abi? Use your brain!

I think instead of being angry with her listen to what she is ACTUALLY saying.

She NEVER said Nigerians would be working in oil and gas. She also DID NOT say ALL Nigerians living in the US are homeless. Everything is not in extremes my friend.

Exactly bro.
Shes a failure.. Am still saying it...Anybody that is homeless in America is lazy. America is system that rewards hard work.
I know of Nigerian immigrants who are millionaires in American standard. They are millionaires in USD.

How many of those millionaires you know are illegal immigrants? How many are in prison because times got so hard they turned to crime? How many are uneducated or have a sugar mummy/daddy?

She is clearly talking about a certain type of Nigerian in America so I don't understand the attempt to make her words to apply to the types of Nigerian she is not even talking about

Surely. You are not honestly claiming there are no Nigerians that are living as she claimed. It's time Nigerians abroad stopped denying the hardship and shame many immigrants including Nigerians are suffering.

What is this fucking girl talking? Rubbish why can't you come back and live in Nigeria. Your head ! I repeat am your fucking head!! Idiooooooot Open your stupid and smelling mouth to talk nonsense

Sorry could you please direct me to the rubbish she said? What specifically is 'rubbish' in what she said. Or is just your male ego that won't allow you to accept the sense and facts in what she is saying?

She is saying the truth and it is the same for those in the UK.

They need to take Abuja off that list. The only complaint there is the cost of accomodation long term. The place is so lovely and if I have the chance I would live there.

That's the disadvantage of sticking your preek into any hole without properly anointing it with Shiloh Oil.

This endtime bride has sacrificed this promising youngman for nothing.
It's either she ate an Alhaji's money and he cursed her, or she has a mean spiritual husband or her nunu is a shrine.
She's too beautiful not to have badluck.

Either way he is dead.
The only good part of the story is that; the pretty lady is alive and once again available for the living.

But the guy looks like a professional heart-breaking playboy. So a part of me also thinks he deliberately died just to break the lady's heart.

Or it could also be that he was being saved from an unhappy bad marriage. But in all of it, we must not forget to give God thanks.

There is something seriously wrong with you and the way you think. It's as if you're in the wrong century. Statements like the one you made above can only come from an undeveloped mind. It's as if you think life is a Harry Potter or Nollywood movie. Not to mention your obviously inability to show empathy.

@ topic, RIP to the young man and hopefully the young lady has adequate support around her.

Typical.

Of course, everything is normal to us. Continue. Smh

I was in Ghana, white people walk about and mix freely. Who will do that in this god-forsaken country meant for only people like you.

Enjoy your normal shithole country

You're right that things need to change in Nigeria by certain practices becoming unacceptable, but some Nigerians themselves actually advocate for Nigeria to remain dysfunctional.

The issue with Nigeria or places like Lagos is the mentality of the people and it has gone so deep that, unfortunately, it's now a culture

I keep wondering why people go to Lagos expecting it not be Lagos with all the hustling, frustration and high blood pressure that it has always been known for.

You should have taken him to Abuja and visited Lagos for a long weekend.

Why would I be broke lol? If I can afford to buy my own return ticket from London to Abj and also pay for my AirBnB and all my food and transport why would you assume I would be broke to buy northern food?

Is Northern food made of diamonds?
I saw no restaurants from the North and I asked around even from people from the north. If you know the name of one then share it please, so I can visit next time I'm in Abj.

I actually don't find Abuja that expensive to be honest. It's really only long term housing that is pricey to be fair. Most other things are actually very reasonable imho.

Am not here to discourage you about your plans to relocate to Ghana. Ghana is a very peaceful country, basic amenities are available and the citizens are very friendly and homely. As at this morning, there is a very serious issue that is of national interest to the govt and security operatives that might end up getting many Nigerian residents in Ghana been clamp down for deportation.
since the beginning of Feb there have been not less than 3 robbery incidents every week happening in Accra and all the evidences and those unlucky robbers arrested have unfortunately been Nigerians. this week alone, a Lebanese was kill and his money taken from him, yesterday two robbery took place and videos shows the robbers were Nigerians.
i can authoritatively tell you that from next week, the Ghanaian parliament will pass into law the bill to start deportation of Nigerian residents who are not well documented to proof they are either business owners, students in tertiary institutions and employees. i was also privileged to see a memo this morning that signals the border patrol units of GIS, CEPS, GPS, GA and BNI to start technical profiling of intended nigerian immigrates at both Aflao and Joje borders of the volta region.
If you still really want to try your luck, my advice is make sure you have your passport, other national ID like drivers license, voters ID, and also your personal ID if you are a professional. i know very well that getting a job here is not assured cos there are lots of unemployed citizens here too so your best bet is to come set up a biz or trade and you will need to prove you have the funds to do that at the border if all the proposed regulations takes effect soon.

I am very happy they will be deporting Nigerians in Ghana that are not living within the law/rules. At least they can see that it's not every Nigerian that is a criminal, chancer or lawbreaker.

You must showcase your food more. Even when I go to Abuja I ask people from the North where I can go to taste their food. Noone could point me to a restaurant or eatery. Others also want to taste Northern food but don't get the chance yet we can easily locate food from the SE and SW even in Abuja.

The defunct SDP? Nigeria is really a shithole, all we do is recycle old stuffs. I grew up watching their abandoned party Secretariat close to my house deteriorate. We can do better in this country.

It's not going to happen out of thin air. The ones creating the parties or recycling them rather are the people that have been there all along.

The people complaining don't create new parties so they can't replace the old ones or be voted into power.

Nigerians love to diagnose their problems but don't actually DO anything to change it.

The Rady Hospital is NOT FUNDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT. It has its own foundation called The Rady Foundation and they raise money through donations and Gala's etc. It's donations from individuals and businesses that pay for this wonderful hospital and not the government.

Meanwhile the average Nigerian citizen resists the idea of paying tax let alone donations to such causes unless it's a pastor and his private jets.

You have yourselves to blame.

"Ghana should follow suit" but youre killing Ghanians and others black Africans. Junkie shut your trap and deport your brain to where it should properly be

They have not mentioned deporting any other nationalities apart from Nigerians so strongly,. As I said they should deport the ones not behaving according to the law. I stand by it. They should kick them out back to Nigeria. It's not about the xenophobia issue ( which you are trying to switch it to) but about the Nigerian criminals in SA which not only killing other Nigerians there but also are spoiling Nigeria's reputation just like those kinds have done everywhere, from India to Thailand, from England to Ghana. Honest and hardworking Nigerians or those of Nigerian descent like myself are just sick of the name of Nigeria being dragged through the mud by the criminal underclass wherever they go in this world. We all get negatively affected by it.

They should be sent back.

I actually think SA should start deporting Nigerians (except the ones making an honest living or studying) because they need to be forced to obey the laws and ways of SA. The stubborn Nigerian mind needs to be forced to do the right thing. Other Nigerians who want to go to SA for the right reasons will also join in to make them behave right because it will affect their chances for a visa.

To be honest, I want the UK to do the same to those Nigerians having troubles obeying the law. They are not ready to leave Nigeria and should be sent back until they learn how to behave properly. Law abiding Nigerians are tired of them dragging us all through the mud. Besides they give no F#*ks how their actions affect honest Nigerians and I don't give a damn about them either.

Ghana should follow suit.
