OP, i think you got you definition of a bungalow and duplex totally wrong ab initio. A bungalow has no storey at all i.e it is not raised. While a duplex is, usually, a one-storey building.

hello, am about acquiring an estate plot if land in Abuja but the estate authorities said one has to follow the housing plan if a 3 bedroom bungalow. my fear is, what if building this structure exceed my budget. Kindly help if you in position to or better still tell me what to do at this stage. Is it possible to actually estimate the total amount required to complete this project? A yet to be identified gunmen have attacked another Police Station at Ugbuodo in Ebonyi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

IGBERE TV gathered that the unknown gunmen numbering twenty stormed the Police Station and engaged the Policemen on duty in a gun battle.

Speaking to journalist, the Police Public Relations Officer in the State, Loveth Odah said one of the gunmen was killed while others escaped.

She said items recovered from the gunman include AK47, phone and cutlass.

She, however, said one of the Policemen on duty was killed by the unknown gunmen.

“I ignored the embarrassment and even most of my customers left, when I got home I noticed that he moved his things, I called his phone and he said he is in his friends place till he gets a job he will come home, that I should take care of the kids.

“He cut the call I tried to call and the next he blocked me.

“What did I do wrong, who is supposed to be upset? I just need to clear my conscience.”

how did you ask him.....I guess the wey you asked him must have irritated him......next time, get a dish washer instead of asking your husband to do it especially now that he has no job anymore. It was a wrong signal asking him to do the dishes.
