Why are IPOB getting upset that Kaduna state government used Kaduna state money to educate Kaduna indigenes.

Did Kaduna state used IPOB money?
Instead of BITTER IPOB to go and ask their own thieving governors why they are not being trained they are foaming at the mouth and being jealous of Kaduna Students
