Go to the nearest branch of that bank and tell them about it. They can very easily trace where it came from. It's probably a wrong posting and the staff that comited that blunder stands a good chance of losing his job if u make away with that money. You will also be in trouble if u are caught in the process of trying to withdraw the money. Let your conscience direct you. If you can't go to the bank, call your account officer and inforrm him/her. I read Mech engineering and I'm currently working in d bank. I've put in 5 yrs and still counting. Sometimes I feel bad. Sometimes I look back and thank God. D pay is not dat bad but d flair is not there. I think what matters most is finding something dat can put food on your table. Our training in school made us quite capable of adapting anywhere. An engineer will always excel in any field he turns his interest to. If I come to dis world again, if there's anything like dat, it will still be engineering all d way. No regrets.

spyder880: N30k for scaffolding labour is fair if its a double step scaffold all around the house. The charge for plastering the parapet is different, N25-35k depending on the style and expertise of the worker, but I usually negotiate to have them done together with all the other works.

Hello Spyder, I want to commence external plastering of my house having completed all d interior. Carpenter charged 30k as labour for scaffolding. Is it a fair deal? Also do masons charge differently for plastering parapet? How much should I negotiate for? The building is a 5-bedroom duplex.

I am a follower of your tread on Nairaland, and I have benefitted alot from the various advices and recommendations you have offered on this platform.

I am about to embark on the tiling and electrical wiring my building after having just completed the platering and ceiling

My main problem now is the cost of the quotation I was given for the electrical wiring of the house which is 600K for wiring, basic light fittings and one concrete pole plus servicing of the building which I think it's a bit on the high side.

Could you please give me your opinion on this issue, the building is comprised of (A) one two bed, one small sitting, one small kitchen and toiltet/bathroom (B) one three bed, one sitting/dinning, one small kitchen and two toilet/bathroom making it a two flat building.

I need your opinion on this if the price quoted is reasonable or not.
on the amount quoted.

I just finished installing wires in my house (conduit) but yet to install d fittings like sockets and lighting. I paid d electrician for labour (45,000) while I bought all d materials. Materials cost me around 150k (I went for cutix cables). I hope u find these helpful. Regards.

all your points are complete NONSENSE......it is just filled with IFs & MAYBEs and nothing "concrete".

so here is MBJs list for you to show you that you can come up with any BS with IFs and MAYBEs:
1) a girl who has NO close male friend may also cheat simply because the minute some guy will give her some attention, and bring some "fun" into her life, she will easily be vulnerable and fall to the pleasure it brought to her life (since she had no close male friend to know how men trick women into bed).

2) a girl who have NO gfs who cheat on their men may also cheat simply because she doesnt know the damage that such action brings to a r/ship. so she may actually think it is ok to do so. remember, having friends who live such lifestyle is a good way to know the pitfalls of such lifestyle.....and prevent you from making the same mistake. just because they are your friends doesnt mean you have to indulge in the exact lifestyle the are in.

3) a girl who doesnt need attention may also cheat simply because she likes money and rich men have been known to entice gullible women with their wealth.
