CelebritiesRe: D'banj Finally Speaks On Mo'hits Split & Don Jazzy's Betrayal by love4ual: 12:24am On Apr 24, 2012
9jadelta................bandlejay.....i hear u guys...

honestly i knew how bad i felt here in the states seeing how this americans and europeans view africa.........they will never want to give africans a chance till thy kingdom come if we just sit by........i had to show quality nigerian movies to about 120 students to let them know that we should not be seen as dumbs.....i had to go as far as becoming the best student of my department to prove a point........

HAVE YOU ASKED URSELF WHY ASA'S CONCERT IN THE STATES WAS NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT...(LESS THAN 70 PEOPLE IN THE HALL)......NNEKA'S PROMOTIONAL TOUR WAS JUST CRAP.....(LESS THAN 30 PEOPLE IN THE HALL...(EXCEPT ON LETHERMAN SHOW,.....U CAN GOOGLE ALL OF THAT).........THEY MAY HAVE HAD SOME CROWD IN EUROPE BUT HAS NEVER BEEN ACCEPTED IN THE STATES........

FAZE, FLAVOUR, EGWEIPAPA 1 OF BAYELSA, 2FACE, ALL HAD LESS THAN 150 PEOPLE IN THEIR TOURS HERE IN TEXAS AND THE REST OF THE STATES.....MAINLY NIGERIANS ANYWAY.............

SO FAR ONLY P-SQUARE HAS HAD A SUCCESSFUL TOUR IN THE STATES......WITH A SOLD OUT CROWD OF ABOUT 5,000 IN EACH OF THE 5 CITIES THEY PERFORMED.........MAINLY IN CITIES WHERE THEY HAVE MANY AFRICANS.....P-SQUARE SUCCEEDED COS AFRICANS AND NOT JUST NIGERIANS LOVE THEM......AND THEY HAVE SOLIDIFIED THEIR AFRICAN FAN BASE OVER THE YRS........

D'BANJ CONCERT IN NEW YORK HAD JUST ABOUT 300 PEOPLE IN THE HALL....

ODINARILY GUYS WOULD IT BE EASY TO CONTROL A HUGE STAR LIKE D;BANJ...BUT HOWEVER.....WHOEVER IS AT FAULT DO NOT MATTER.............

MY WORD FOR EVERY AFRICAN YOUTH WHO IS FEELING THE PAIN OF OUR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT IS TO DREAM AS BIG AS YOU CAN...........AGAIN WATCH D;BANJ ON BET LAST YR AND MTV...................HE WANTS TO CHANGE THE GAME.........AND WITH KANYE THIS IS POSSIBLE.............B4 KANYE WILL DUMP HIM, HE WOULD HAVE ACHIEVED HIS DREAM FOR AFRICA......................

I KNOW THAT MANY OF YOU GUYS MAY NOT BELIEVE THIS,..........NIJA MUSIC SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHAT THIS AMERICAN ARTISTS COME UP WITH THIS DAYS..........

AFRICA NEEDS THIS WORLD STAGE OPPORTUNITY.......IF DEF JAM COMES TO AFRICA.......NIJA ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY WOULD EXPLODE LIKE A BOMB...

D'BANJ----GOOD MUSIC
WIZ KID-----KONVICT

WHO KNOWS WHO IS NEXT...........

I WILL CERTAINLY NOT TAKE SIDES....BUT THIS GUY TRULY WANTS TO CHANGE THINGS FOR THE GOOD OF AFRICA.......

OUR LEADERS HAS FAILED AFRICA........BUT LIKE AS I HAVE ALWAYS SAID,......AFRICA HAS NOT DIED YET,......NIGERIANS ARE REALYY A TALENTED PEOPLE.....SINCE THE WORLD DO NOT WANT TO GIVE AFRICA A CHANCE BECAUSE OUR LEADERS HAS FAILED,...THEN WE HAVE TO LET THEM KNOW......

I HOPE NOLLYWOOD PRACTITIONERS ARE READING THIS,........

WHY NOT NOLLYWOOD STRIKE A DEAL WITH WALLMART OR FIESTA OR HEB TO MARKET THERE MOVIES IN THE STATES,.......EACH TIME I DRIVE AROUND HER IN THE STATES, I ALWAYS ASK ......THIS PEOPLE IN NOLLYWOOD ARE THEY NOT OPPENNING THEIR EYES.....
CelebritiesRe: D'banj Finally Speaks On Mo'hits Split & Don Jazzy's Betrayal by love4ual: 8:35pm On Apr 23, 2012
this guy is making a generational sacrifice............if u live in the states or europe u will understand this..........it is only africa that has been sidelined..............the white man hates africa like helll......if not for oil the would have destroyed africa.....

until people like d'banj stands up and tell them that africans are not that evil......that there is a huge market in africa.....they would never give africa a chance...................south africa is the only country the americans and europeans know and love.....

nobody has taking the risk....this is not the issue of d'banj or don jazzy.......d'banj want to change things even if he has to risk his carrier..................

this is not an issue of PR.........WATCH HIS INTERVIEW ON MTV LAST YEAR......HE HAS CONSISTENTLY SAID IT THAT AFRICA HAS BEEN ALWAYS SIDELINED...........ASIAN MUSICIANS, EUROPEANS, LATINO'S AND THOSE MUSICIANS FROM THE CARRIBEANS ARE ALL GIVEN A CHANCE HERE IN THE STATES...............BUT ONCE IT COMES TO AN AFRICAN....HATRED COMES....
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by love4ual: 1:47am On Apr 22, 2012
real madrid deserves this......ranaldo has worked so hard for this since three seasons.......my thing is messi will not do as this well in another club...truth be told....without iniesta and xavi.....leo is not too magical....

but overtime we have seen ronaldo again and again, season after season..time after time....showing signs of a great player......

bercelona will surely win the champions league against madrid or bayern.....and kings cup.....for the fact that madrid won this match is okay...

but this is what i agree on...bercelona will not be as effective as this next season.....after next season...they will certainly slow down....

my thing is why would a girl wait till 28 b4 she starts to think about settling down....while girls of 20 are already married with kids............

i remember my neighbor in school...immidiately she turned 22yrs......she told me that she is ripe and ready to marry....b4 she she turned 23 she made her choice among the many asking her out for marriage.......she is 28 now with 3 kids........

except for guys who do not have a good job,.......men do not want to marry because as a lady u are highly educated or u are making money.....as a matter of fact that turns a lot of men off.......men want to marry because they love u and u are a wife material..........

most men in their 30's want a girl b/w 20 and 25yrs............
PoliticsRe: Why Are Nigerians So Pessimistic About Nigeria? by love4ual: 3:11am On Apr 11, 2012
i drove from houston texas to wharton and then victory today for close to 2hrs.....no pot holes, smooth riding.......that is what living in the united states can be like. nigeria is a mess and a shame..........

my advice to anyone who wants to travel abroad is not to travel to the uk cos it is likely more tougher their from the stories of those who came from their to the united states......

another advice is if u are planning to live the country go and study nursing in nigeria b4 living...........my friend just got to new jersey 8 months ago, a guy who read nursing in nigeria. he passed his board exam 3 months ago and he is receiving $60,000 annually. with experience he would be receiving $74,000 annually.

another career is pharmacy, engineering, all medial courses are also paying.......but aside nursing u will have to have ur certificate here in the states to have a job......

if u eventually become stable in the states or anywhere abroad it is advisable to start investing back home, paying workers abroad is not easy, for me i do not just want to invest in nigeria but ghana as well because of electricity and the environment is also business friendly.......

it is ur choice to pursue ur destiny anywhere......people are still making it big in nigeria.....for me nija is not my thing.......i wanted to experience what it means to live in a westernized country and i thank that i came to achieve that.......

point of correction........not the richest pastor in the nigeria....he is the richest pastor in the world ....

but if you may know, the church money does not really belong to him

combined with adeboye of redeem his mentor...they are the richest.......

A LITTLE FACTS U MAY NEED TO KNOW......

1. THE CHURCH PAYS $4 MILLION dollars to workers annually world wide

2. The church gives free scholarship of N50 million annually to the members....

at the moment, the church would be building 25 universities in 28 yrs from now in every part of nigeria.....

the new university would be ready by august 2013 in abuja (name not disclosed)

20 yrs ago i forsaw this coming and i prayed to God almighty, father i do not want money, a car, not even education, no money, clothes or any such material thing apart from life and to get me a visa to Gods own country.

God answered my prayer after 19yrs, here in houston texas i drive on smooth road without dust punching into my ear or eyes. i do not have all the money in the world but i sleep without fear and wake up without fear, i am achieving all of my dreams in life, i also know that my children would have a wonderful future,

After making my decision i called on some of my friends to tell them what i forsaw about nigeria in the next 20yrs…………….some dropped out from school and saved some money withing 7yrs and left for places like the bahamas, belgium, austria, south africa, finland, sweden, ireland…………some where very lucky and got a visa to the three best countries to make it and live in the world….united states, canada, australia…….today some of the are lawyers, nurses, doctors, cleaners…………about %90 of them have all reached sucess in those countries …….
only about %10 of those who told me that nigeria would be good by 2000 have succeeded in nigeria today……………20yrs down the road my village is still the same……., no water, bad road, no security, everybody living in fear….
Only the rich can claim to be secured in nigeria today…………If the rich believed that nigeria will be good why are the sending their kids abroad…………, if our pastors believe that nigeria will turn a new leaf in few yrs why are they sending their kids abroad………,

I know some people are arguing that this will save nigeria in the future, i am sorry for this group of people with such thoughts, you think a corrupt government cares what people like you think,

western countries can make such quick changes because there is always alternatives but not a nation like nigeria, it is true that things are not %100 of how it used to be in europe and the united states, but the minimum wage in the united states have not changed, every american student is still being giving scholarship and grants, unemployment benefits, grants, it is lazy americans who wants white collar jobs that are suffering,
nigerians are hard working and talented, we have seen it in nollywood and the rise of the pentecostal churches

In conclusion,, i want to say that except there is a blood bath revolution in nigeria, africa will remain a shame even in 50yrs,

revolutions took place in east africa because the are muslims, they are ready to die,

but it cannot happen in nigeria because christians do not believe in revolution, they are also afraid of death, they forgot that the isrealites fought all throughout generations

you guys spoke well,

if nigeria was a developed country and the government has ever done anything to improve the lives of people then removing fuel subsidy now would be a wonderful option,

it is only idiots and fools that will think that GEJ would use the money to give the country electricity or security,

yes things are a bit rough in the western countries now, but here in the states people are still doing well especially foreigners, it is the stupid americans that want white collar jobs that are suffering,

the salary per hour has not changed in any state in the us so far

those of you who believe that men of God are nothing can go ahead and be saying evil things against men of God,

RomanceRe: Desperate To Find A Husband,is It Normal To Feel This Way? by love4ual: 6:20pm On Dec 17, 2011
It is the same problem that women are facing in the states, this case will always come up,
most nija guys do not want to mingle with nija babes to the extent of marriage because the consider it a risk, how? the believe that as a lady having stayed abroad that you have embraced the foreign lifestyle,

africans respect marriage and the woman are demanded by the society to be humble to some extent, but the americans do not have respect for marriage even though, they want to marry,

nigerian men being wise, do everything to avoid nija women because if they have embraced the foreign culture and combined with the nija wisdom trait, they would rough handle the man, this is what nija guys are avoiding,

another thing is the issue of sex, this western women love sex, and the know in an out of it, but the nija girls are still somewhat timid even after they have lived abroad, the guys do not want to keep up with that anymore

i have always maintained my stance, that there is no hope for africa, and for nigeria , there would never be any hope,

while i can say that there are things that i love about the country e.g, nollywood, the church industry, ben bruce and mike adenuga,

individuals are really trying but look at the government, why not give the people water, electricity, security, light, and good road, and see the kind of developement that will take place in nigeria,

at least those of us who live abroad, when we come back home can find a place to go,
