That ^ date is a biblical caculation as to when the messaiah will appear assumed kingdom power after seating on God's right hand side.

A new president will first be enthroned in the head quarters first, then he will clean the head quarters of wrongs, then he will extend such cleansing to other parts of his kingdom.
