Lets be sincere to ourselves, if God or His servants refused us deliverance whom shall we go to? A mad man don't need to be sane or have faith before he receives deliverance or what do you think? A witch many a times don't know he is one until he is delivered, so what Oyetepo did was to say he can't be able to deliver the lady so the lady should deliver him. Jesus never refused anyone unless the person has no faith or don't believe.
