@WerepeLeri And you believe him? You must be naive then. Same person that reneged on his party's zoning agreement, who keeps saying one thing and doing the opposite. In short, your president is a fraud. |
The guy is just intent on setting the country on fire. Don't we have enough problems to deal with already? Security, power, health, education, boko haram, and all he can think of is a greedy desire to elongate his tenure. He's just a fr-i-g-ging disappointment. We warned people not to vote for this dull fisherman, but una no gree. She u see our life now? "We voted Jonathan, not PDP" Is Jonathan not even worse than PDP now? |
Giving Boko Haram more reasons to unleash terror. |
Ok, holy ghost fire can protect the followers, but not the followee? Una don fall mugu big time. I laugh in hebrew. |
Are they proud that everything Islamic has to do with blood? Yet they tell us that Islam is a religion of peace. Shame unto all of them! |
Does anyone still honestly believe Nigeria can survive the next 5 years? I seriously doubt it. |
This is good news. Let's break up this country already. Let's go and solve our problems separately. |
9jaganja:Thank you jare. No be only corruption, na our dreams dey different. Corruption na only half of the problem. Make i quote myself from another post, "It's obvious to even a fool that Nigeria cannot work. The south and the north simply can't get along. We do not share the same values, dreams and aspirations. Even getting rid of corruption will not save the country. It needs to be divided into at least 2. The earlier we do that the better for us all. " |
Dear Father in the Lord, Pls ask God how we can speed up the breakup process. It's long overdue. To those foolish Southerners who want to remain with the North, you're free to move up so Boko Haram will slaughter all of you. |
How can he see Nigeria as failed? He is well protected in Abuja and lacks nothing. Clueless president living in denial. It's obvious to even a fool that Nigeria cannot work. The south and the north simply can't get along. We do not share the same values, dreams and aspirations. Even getting rid of corruption will not save the country. It needs to be divided into at least 2. The earlier we do that the better for us all. |
Any Southern Nigerian youth posted to Borno/Bauchi/Kaduna etc and goes there is a fool and is empty-headed. Got there and die in the name of a useless certificate. Hisses! Nigeria is naturally splitting into Northern and Southern Nigeria. Boko Haram is really helping to speed up the process. |
Thank you BRF for the good job u're doing. Anyone who's not satisfied should leave Lagos. It's overpopulated already. |
Oh I've got the treadmill. Game eventually got a very good one at a bargain price. Mission accomplished. |
Sun of god:Se o ngbo? Na Fashola be Mami-Water (or Papi-Water) wey bring the rain? |
Guys, please where is the best place to buy gym equipment especially treadmills in Lagos? I've checked Game in Lekki but they don't have good ones in stock. |
Na wa o! You can never satisfy human beings. What is wrong in this for God's sake? You guys are just jealous. @Seun The appointment is of mutual benefit to both. Okorocha already has a lot of goodwill in this country, except you haven't been following his story. Kanu is in a very good position to advise the state in sports cos of his grass-to-grace story and global exposure. And who better to take advantage of you than your state. Haba! Kudos, Rochas Okorocha. |
Having a 3rd class in Nigeria of today is bad news. But the good news is that it's not the end of the world. You may get a teaching job and develop yourself further. You also have an advantage if you're a pretty chic. Also search within yourself; you're definitely good at something. I actually know many 3rd class graduates who have their Masters and have good jobs or own their own businesses. One of them is actually in the UK developing computer games and he's very comfortable. Take a long hard look at yourself and discover what you're good at, then follow your dream. Because of this challenge, I actually see you going farther than a 2:1 or 2:2. That's how life is no matter what we humans think. |
Well, everyone would have an opinion at the end of the day. Let the guy put in his best and avoid those controvercial tackles he's known for and always gives the FIA excuses. My problem is that whenever he wins the race he's all smiles about the team and the strategy but when he loses, it the team/FIA/BBC. I hate sore losers. He also needs to understand that he won't always be the best just 'cos he's half black. (On a lighter note, i don't really see him as a black man anyway). As far as F1 is concerned today, he's not the best; Vettel is. And from the look of things, with the way the McLaren team is making the cars better and inching closer to RBR by the day, Button may end up carrying the day for the team. Would he then be the reverse racist? As you can see i'm talking generally 'cos i'm just out to enjoy a fine race. I leave the controversial decisions to the teams and the FIA to sort out. |
Beaf:I disagree with this postulation. What about those races he has won? What about his 2008 championship win? So what should Webber be saying to the Red Bull team when he compares he fortunes with Vettel's. Is Alonso also a black man? No, i disagree. |
Great race! I enjoyed every bit of it. I'm happy for Alonso. I doff my hat for Vettel. He is calmly winning the championship again this year. He'll go far in Formula 1. |
montelik:I agree with you on Hamilton's aggressiveness. This type of track favors a resilient driver like Alonso. His perseverance will see him to the podium. The guy deserves it. I'm sorry about Webber. I like him a lot but may the best man win! Enjoying the race. |
And here are the qualifying results. Is Schumacher looking at a podium soon? That's gonna be interesting. Looking forward to a great race tomorrow. 1 S.Vettel 1:13.556 2 J.Button 1:13.997 3 M.Webber 1:14.019 4 F.Alonso 1:14.483 5 M.Schumacher 1:14.682 6 F.Massa 1:14.877 7 L.Hamilton 1:15.280 8 N.Rosberg 1:15.766 9 P.Maldonado 1:16.528 10 S.Perez no time 11 V.Petrov 1:15.815 12 R.Barrichello 1:15.826 13 K.Kobayashi 1:15.973 14 P.di Resta 1:16.118 15 A.Sutil 1:16.121 16 N.Heidfeld 1:16.214 17 S.Buemi 1:16.300 18 H.Kovalainen 1:17.343 19 J.Trulli 1:17.381 20 J.Alguersuari 1:17.820 21 T.Glock 1:17.914 22 J.d'Ambrosio 1:18.736 23 N.Karthikeyan No time 24 V.Liuzzi No time |
I wouldn't write off Alonso. He's a very rugged driver who's hard to overtake. I expect the narrow roads and bends to favor him and Schumacher. Remember they're both experienced. Webber should be on the podium if his KERS doesn't disappoint. I don't expect Vettel not to be on the podium even though he might not finish first. I expect many inexperienced newbies to crash. Anxiously awaiting the qualifying results in < an hour. Monaco is gonna be much more exciting. |
Tomorrow's race in Monaco is gonna be pretty exciting. The Monaco race uses closed narrow city streets which even passes through dark tunnels. Whoa! I can't wait. I wish Mark Webber better luck this time around though. His car has been giving him lots of issues. |
This guy is going to be worse than Obasanjo. Just opens his mouth and spits rubbish. Nigeria is doomed! |
toasmart66:Hi. Does the AB Bump treatment actually work? I started their treatment for bumps today and i'm still skeptical. Guess time will tell though. They charge quite high sha. |
elms:Thanks for your advice. Concerning the brake pads, it's not that i like to compromise safety. I just like to hear second opinion sometimes. 'Cos the same mechanic looked at the pads a month ago when he serviced the car and told me that they'll still last several service cycles, considering that i only drive the car on weekends. The guy seems to just like seeing me spend money sometimes. "Buy this, the car will look nice, " and so on. Thanks anyway, i'll do something abt the brakes. |
Hi Siena, I have a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. I recently observed that the wheel vibrates noticeably when Iapply the brakes at speeds of above 70km/h or so. No impact on the brake performance. I mentioned it to my mechanic who said that I need to change the brake disks (rotors) as well as the brake pads. I also hear a scratching sound (like 2 metals rubbing each other) from the driver side front wheel at low speeds on bumpy roads. My mechanic couldn't hear this 'cos his workshop is quite noisy. However, I checked online and got the technical explanation of the problem which states that the discs surfaces are warped and may only need to be resurfaced/ground and not necessarily changed. Please what is your take on this? Is it something that can be done in Lagos? Also, the brakes do not howl when depressed and I think that's what tells you that the pads need to be changed. I like to take good care of the car but these are not the times for unnecessary expenses, if you get my drift. Thanks in advance. |
Hi Siena. I asked a question on your Audi A4 Quattro thread today concerning brakes. Kindly check it. Thanks. |
