Lots of lecturers have made life a living hell for students.
There is more to this story and I don't think the boy will just randomly start beating the lecturer for no reason. This is a 400level student we are talking about. He must have been severely pushed to the wall before risking everything and then attacking the lecturer. He is a human after all and his emotions may have gotten the best of him, thereby making him overreact.
The case should be adequately heard and appropriately judged without bias, regardless of the parties involved. But, the guy would definitely have to receive some sort of punishment for assaulting a staff and fighting on premises. He shouldn't have done that. From the way she was crying and shouting, you'll know the guy really did a number on her. The guy should have just continued to endure till he will get the certificate he came for and leave the school. It's not going to be easy, but it's the smart decision.

You still need spiritual help, if the day a person was born can be know he or she will definitely know his or her birth date, I mean birth date not year


If you have granny/Grandpa or great grandpa or grandma that doesn't remember his or her date, month and year of birth he or she will tell you circumstances that occured when he or she was born as been told by his or her parent should incase if there is no proper documentation but if he or she told you he or she was born on Monday your sense should tell you to ask how he or she knew he or she was born on Monday. It is not possible for him or her to knw he or she was born on Monday without not knowing at least either the month of birth or year of birth.

Tertullian of Carthage reported the calculation that the 14th of Nisan (the day of the crucifixion according to the Gospel of John) in the year Jesus died was equivalent to March 25 in the Roman (solar) calendar.9 March 25 is, of course, nine months before December 25; it was later recognized as the Feast of the Annunciation—the commemoration of Jesus’ conception. Thus, Jesus was believed to have been conceived and crucified on the same day of the year. Exactly nine months later, Jesus was born, on December 25.
