Ugosample:And you all think PDP will be foolish to zone its Presidential ticket to a Notherner in 2019 after they would have already spend 8 years. In a party that has more Southerners as Governors. Governors who were angry that Obi, an upstart was picked ahead of them. Governors who are ambitious like every other politicians. |
CORE:I haff hear you. Don't let me rain on your parade. Enjoy the victory. |
At this junction, PDP should ask itself how come they were more viable in other South-western state and is struggling in a state that has more non-yorubas despite all the accolades of Tinubu. At this junction, I'm humbly submitting we need a better opposition to PDP in Lagos state. |
OP, thank you for sharing this story with us. I've said this before and I'm going to say it again that one thing that I love about the Yoruba's thug is that they don't deliberately attack an innocent person. In as much as they are troublesome, they are also people with value. They placed innocent lives above properties. I'm not defending thuggery......Okayyy, I'm actually defending thugs. People became thug because they have this extreme hunger for power and the need to be praise and seen as a god. If I have opportunity to influence government, I'll be flooding our militaries and our security agencies with these guys with a little tweaking to their mentality. These guys can be asset instead of the liabities they have become. |
Congratulations to her. That is almost like getting to the height of your career. |
mekaboy:Didn't it make Igbos billionaires? Na person own na go deh see. Abeg, you all should stop making me tribalist like una. |
Happy birthday to baba. May he get to see more victory and defeat in life. |
mightyhaze:You just prove me right. Your attitude of thinking you are better. We needed you just as you needed us all. And as long as we are together in this country, we must learn to understand our differences and learn to adapt. You can't be forming crayfish that refuses to bend without breaking. |
mightyhaze:If it's online banter alone, I would have understand. This is deeper. It permeates every single one of you even the one born outside of Igboland. It is feeling of being gangup against by the rest of the country. And I now get to understand why you feel that. But I also want you to understand the reason why we gang up against you. It is your attitude of you thinking you are better. It's your attitude of thinking you can do it all alone. It's your inability to see good in other people who are different from you. It's your inability to stand in other people's shoe. |
mightyhaze:I'm just a curious person. I tend to observe people. I did it because of the hatred that's oozes out of you guys. So I'm wondering how come I didn't observe it before witnessing it online. |
mightyhaze:I'll give this to you. I live in an environment where we have clusters of Igbos selling all these household things. They mind their own businesses and are not loud. But when I come online, I see another version. But trust me na, I did my investigation by getting close to some of them. I discovered that they are bitter about the situation in Nigeria but they are not bitter to the extent of expressing it publicly in an environment not full of their people. Meaning in as much as they are bittered about this country, they are socially conscious of their environment and their neighbours. |
If it's true, Igbos would have gone home. Because the way to show other Nigerians pepper will be to collapse their economy. |
to achieve this, is very simple. Pick an Igbo Governor and give the deputy Governor's ticket to the Sarki Hausawa in Lagos and promise him the Governorship slot after 8 years and it is a done deal.Na this mouth go kill una. You are calling for southern unity with one mouth, you are planning a coup without another mouth. If you want southern unity, then the Igbos must learn to bring down its pride. Politics requires humility. You must be ready to lick the ass of the minority and your fellow majority. You can't be humble and talk anyhow. Example of talking anyhow is what you wrote up there. I'm hoping the Igbos will learn to play politics right. It's when you do, we'll all get to move forward as a nation. |
The guy is good....... Congratulation to Woli Agba. |
I love and appreciate the contribution of Tinubu to the politics of the West and Nigeria. But there are times we the citizens need to keep him and his parties on his toes. Don't let us make them too comfortable. Imagine the way Tinubu was begging the people of Oyo. It could have been Lagos PDP needs to replace Bode George. When it comes to foresight, he lacks it. |
princetom1:Please tell me why. |
I am hoping we the leaders of tomorrow are learning how politics is being play rightly. |
What you all can't accept, you will be doing it to others. You will all now be shouting one Nigeria. E no go better for all of una. |
All of una be learner where Tinubu deh. You will never catch him playing tribal politics. Bode George and PDP should learn from him. By seeing this, would anyone believe his goons that are online and offline are playing tribal politics. |
TonyeBarcanista:My anger is that una spoil the election for me. I was hoping PDP will win. All the ingredients to oust Tinubu don set, Igbos just spoiled everything with their cry of victimization. The election is no longer about Tinubu. It's now about our Land. You have all shifted the narrative. You will never catch Tinubu playing tribal politics. Because he get sense die. But can that be said of APC members online and offline. On the election day, the polling agents will be passing that information to Yorubas who will vote. The Northerners are quiet. They have courtesy. Learn from them. |
OriakuAmara:I'm not a chameleon. I am a snake that is underestimated by many. My point is shut the hell up. Don't make Lagos politics about you. It's not. Don't cry victimization where there is not. Don't cry foul on things that's not foul. Your polling units does not contained only Igbos. Nobody can tell me that it's only Igbos that's living in Isolo. |
TonyeBarcanista:I pass in front of school commot, so I know what stake means. Despite the Northerners having stakes as you all, they still don't interfere in Lagos's politics. You all should learn from them. Learn to play sensible politics. Don't antagonize unnecessarily. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Don't become an open target because at the end of it all, you are still home away from home. |
OriakuAmara:Were! Na this mouth go kill una. Anyway, APC have already achieve their purpose. They only want to create publicity using you guys as a tool. Na don give them enough materials to use na. |
TonyeBarcanista:The Hausas are never involve in Lagos politics and them plenty pass una die. You have no stake here just as a Yoruba person has no stake in the Southsouth or southeast local politics. You have people representing you in your states. Let us have more of a say in people who will represent us without you interfering with your tribal bullshit. And for your information, I initially wanted to vote PDP for the gubernatorial election. |
TonyeBarcanista:Nobody is transferring aggression. APC is only playing the tribal politics every other tribe is guilty of. That is why I was begging them to stay off Lagos politics. If they keep low, we'll be able to vote on merit and not on tribe. Do you think any sane Yoruba will vote PDP who is being backed by those who said Lagos is no man's land? |
TonyeBarcanista:The Igbos started it first. The Ohaneze picked it up. IPOB picked it up. Bode George the mumu picked it up. They all played into APC hand |
sremmlyf:What happened was a criminal issue. It wasn't a tribal issue. There have always be flashpounts during electoral process. You all blow a little issue up. |
TonyeBarcanista:Nobody got victimized. We all know what happened on election day in Rivers state. Thuggery is part our electoral process. How many polling units was attacked in Isolo before they start throwing tribal accusation all around. The Igbos makes it bigger than what it is. |
sremmlyf:I'm not interested in your licking. Stay off the politics of Lagos. |
Now coming to Lagos state, Lagos is a cosmopolitan state and inhabited by virtually every ethnic group that made up Nigeria. Some so-called APC loyalists complained of the rise of Igbos and several non indigenes in the political affairs of LagosIs portharcourt not a cosmopolitan city? What you can't accept, please don't do it to others. |
You will not hear anything again after the election. Igbos na una I go talk to o. Stay away from Lagos politics. Keep your head low. Take a cue from the Northerners who have no interest in our politics. |
