Well, I will give you an honest opinion in the optimistic context.

While many say "sure you can", at that age the truth is its relative to a lot of factors. I don't want to discourage you cos they right, you can achieve anything if you true to your goals but am the type that like to be realistic and true to my self. Not that its impossible, its just that how prepared are you mentally for the task ahead considering your antecedence.

You need to be true to yourself. Many don't understand the concept of programming as it is multifaceted on its own. The are many types of programming languages out there. So depending on what you are going for will also determine whether you can cope or not.

Also there are different aspects of programming. Basically, there is the frontend and a backend side of programming. The latter requires more in depth knowledge on programming logics than the frontend side of it. Back end is more db related and your intuition level and logical reasoning must be spot on. You must be a good analyst and deep thinker to survive that end. Also to that end, you understand some core basic machine language, then how storage is being handled. So depending which side you want to go, it determines how deep you can go. Even the front end isn't a walk in the park but you will survive at your age.

That brings us to the question about your history is quantitative analysis. How good is your reading and reasoning skills? Cos programmers are thinkers and they must be able to interprete their thoughts in logical steps to achieve desired results. The phone we use, just imagine how deep people think to program a phone just to give us joy. So its serious business with 247 dedication.

That leads to the final question, what's your social life like cos I will tell you one truth, if you are a faaji person, a baller who is very active in social life, I suggest you forget programming cos most programmers are solitary folks whose nature doesn't go with a faaji person. As a thinker, you probably spend more time quietly and indoors. You probably be walking with pen and notepad everywhere. Just look at zuckerberg, his fashion sense is zero, not because he doesn't have the money, he just doesn't have the time to look good.

With all that being discussed, if you being honest with yourself, you will know what yo do.

i chased pnp for over 14 months never got any. Only got when i passed ielts and was on 465 crs. Ontario called my noc 439 to 469 then. But i got ITa 2 weeks later. the only pnp you can directly now is Saskatchewan and my noc is not there. The rest chose from pool or need job offer. You cannot force or make them chose you. Pnp is not as easy as una dey potray

first question is do you qualify for its visa If yes, check youtube there are alot of Canadian youtubers and airlines website for flights cost. Canada visa is not about money. For permanent residency i spent about 900k because i wrote ielts 7 times. Some other people who wrote once probably spent 500 to 600k for processing
