I chose the "Man I shot" topic so we get to write about something entirely different from the romantic-aaaaw-jawdropping-sentimental poetic straws and stirr about a lil sumfin wild. Shooting could be: a chess game you won. A cat and mouse chase you thrived. A nightmare you finally beat. You name it. It is not bound by reality and experience; go beyond into the imaginary. Write free, and beyond the romantic perspectives, I think this side makes us better artists: when we write about the mundane or the bizzare/ wierd, or better yet, the oh-so-ordinary.

I know some folks gonn' be like "mac don come oooo" but hey if you don't like my options, we stay welcome and open to alternate proposals, even on christmas .

Let the guys write about "The man I shot"

And the gals write about: "The man I want" or "my first love", the later preferable. Guys can choose between "the man I shot" and "my first love", for flexibility purposes.

Am enjoyin everythin, the poems, the guys, the chicks. I think macalurs poem on peace won,very short and concise with great message to convey.

Tell us what you feel. You dont have to tell us what the problem is. It's therapy in itself-- a problem (even half) shared.
