True, there are redundant civil servants, but how much is the govt even paying them sef compared to how much they are wasting on frivolities. A secretary earns a meagre 21k or even less. Sorry, but God just might not answer that prayer for you. I suggest you advise your father to start seeking other options of livelihood/subsistence, in case he does get sacked. Disabuse your mind from the belief that your father must work in the civil service at all costs. In any case anyone who isn't adding value to the civil service deserves to be given the boot, starting from the Presidency.
Sometimes job cuts are necessary even when there is no redundancy. The important thing for the individual is to move on with life when job loss does occur. Job cuts in the civil service are however a cause for concern.

Marriage certificate does NOT guarantee anybody a visa, they mustn't live in German, the wife can as well live with him in Nigeria. Rushing to apply for marriage visa will expose this real reason for the marriage.

A marriage visa is a visa to go and get married to one's partner, not a visa granted because you have become married.
You are hell-bent on discrediting this couple for reasons best known to you, like you're making some profit off it. Maybe it's your own motives we need to look at.
You probably do not know that things like this happen everyday all over the world; get used to it.

Your whole argument is tied to the possibility that he does not already live in Germany, something you have absolutely no idea about. Again I ask: are you a German Visa Consular officer? Have you ever even attempted a trip to Germany before? What if the guy already lives in Germany as a legal resident, what would be your new argument then? What makes you think it's even that difficult to emigrate to Germany? Since he is already married in Nigeria what does he need your so-called marriage visa for?

I'm never in support of this paper/money motivated marriage especially with this huge age gap and inter-racial issue like in this case but when people with 6-10 yrs age gap married for love then there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

This guy will fight for yrs before German embassy gives him visa, they will frustrate him to test the genuinity of their marriage.
