It is the very fact that we are women that we know exactly what they are going through and have the right to say, what is the big deal. Because this is neither the first or last time women, whether in sports or business or politics, will receive lesser treatment than their male counterparts. If we rile like you at every slight to our fellow females, we would have killed ourselves long ago by the effort. We don't need, don't appreciate all the male ranting here bc deep down we know you all are just patronizing these poor girls who have the sense to "manage" what they have and deal with it all with the dignity, smiles and good nature they have shown.

Any of the female footballers reading all this junk will now feel stupid for doing the trailer run, while there was really nothing wrong with it by Nigerian standards. Be honest; the guy has budding talent. His best performance was at the very beginning, with Gold Digger. Since then, his mentor has been giving him wrong songs. I believe in giving people a chance, and he deserves it, I think.

I've always liked Aiden; he looked like a real star even though his singing was hard to get used to. I mean he's the only one on X-Factor that I even bothered to download/buy one of his songs (Mad World); that's how much I admired him. E no go beta for that Katie, by next year no one will even remember her name !

They should stop this stupid sing-off, we all know they've made up their minds who to vote off. Aiden was not the best singer I'll admit, but he was definitely not the one with the least votes. It just doesn't add up: he's there for the first time, while the girl who's been there four times goes scot free. We all know about the "leaks", we all know he was definitely not the one with the least votes. He had more votes than Paije, I bet you. Ok! Am going to start off by saying am a pretty good cook, thanks to my cateering/hotel mangement mom. But just like most guys i can't go to the market, i mean i can go but am not good at pricing, espectially with the market women who sells fish. And if you happen to live in Port Harcourt u'll understand how expensive things can be and this women at the market always start the bergain so highly that it will take u guts to continue the pricing, so what i do is after making the list of things i want to buy, i go the market and if for instance in my list its 1K fish i want to buy i'll go to the woman and say ''madam abeg i wan buy N1000 fish'' then leave myself at her marcy and accept any1 that she suits to offer me. and that's how i'll buy everything. Well on this particular day i went to the market and wanted to buy fish from this girl (Happiness) as usual i told her how much fish i want, the girl was baffled and ask if am not going to price? I told her i lack the skill, she told me i was going to get cheated buying stuffs like that, she sold me the fish either way and i must admit it was pretty good for the price, she took the list of things i wanted to buy and bought em all for me. Now thats how the whole thing started, each time i go to the market i give her my list and money and she do the pricing and buying, after a period of time we became pretty close, she even offered to come help me cook, which was weird to me at the time considering she bearly know me, i told her thanks and that i can cook, weeks later i started noticing some exceptional kindness from her, when ever i go to the market i notice some of the girls selling in along her lane would be looking at me, she's all smiling and fidgeting, stands way to close when she's going tru the list of things i want to buy, she'll be asking me letters in the list that are so obvious, i went to the market this evening and the babe finally opened up and started expressing how much she admires me and she ''likes'' me alot, i was totally speechless, i wasn't expecting anything like that. Told her i was going to call her on phone, i couldn't just think of anything meaninful to say at the time. Now the girl ain't bad looking at all but i wasn't expecting such affection from her. Now my question is what should i do? Considering she's been helping me out and i dn't want to hurt her feelings. And most importantly, HAVE U EVER FOUND LOVE OR RECEIVED AFFECTION FROM THE SOMEONE U TOTALLY DID NOT EXPECT? MORE LIKE FINDING LOVE IN THE WRONG PLACE.

Wow, this is so cute, could have been good enough for a story book, but it's much too "real", lol. Is she not your type? Is she in a different "class" from you? Some guys would not date a girl whose status was "lower" than theirs. But you've already said she's pretty, so I guess you feel some interest in her. However, I suggest you discourage her from developing any feelings for you, as it's merely infatuation and won't last. You can also do her a favour by avoiding her/the market. Sorry but you can't make everyone happy. She'll get over you in time, don't worry, lol.

What a show, lol. Liked Rebecca, of course, but I don't want her to win; she comes across as very timid - so unless she shows her funky/bold side soon, then she should settle for top 3. Paije doesn't do anything for me, can't believe he's still there. But if he goes then there'll be no more "blacks" in the show - unless you count Rebecca, of course . Matt, Aiden, Mary are comfortable choices, while Cher is 50/50 with me. I like her music, but not her personality. And that pixie face . Katie, Katie. . .just go, will ya? As for the judges, Simon is getting on my nerves. One day he's going to be disgraced big time. Maybe by one of the other judges, or by himself. No one man can be 100% right all the flipping time. Who does he think he is, a deity?? Naff off .

alex is a darling, he even asked his team to give feedbacks about his performance as a team leader, no none in the show has ever asked that, sometimes, he appears over-confident but i like him, there is no back-stabbing in his bones, he tells it as he sees it. he was very funny on the You are Fired on BBC 2.

Sandeech is a game player, she knows how to play the game of not saying much in the boardroom, i love her eyes so does my silly husband but her colleagues seem to have noticed what she hides all the time, that's y paloma and alex bought her to the board room,

Paloma seems to be enjoying her 15 minuted if fame, 've seen her in lots of magazines, she'quite pretty so fingers crossed for her.

Yep, Sandeesh is winning on looks alone, even Chris, while being called back to the boardroom, complained on her behalf . Such selflessness! He was like, "I understand about me being called back to the boardroom, but why Sandeesh?" BTW, was her pitch that good?? I preferred Jamie's!! She didn't smile, didn't engage, just blabbed out the words. I guess looks really matter in the corporate world!!!

Alex was a real nice guy, everyone loved him on You're Fired !! You know those kind of sunny, happy people who only see good in the world and in other people. Now the house is full with the real players, let's see who'll be the next scape-goat, because the nine people left are just too smart. I just can't guess who's going next. Stella looks like a good one to win, and of course Christopher (the guy who played the husband in the commercial ), Jamie the good looking one, and Chris who looks like he'll fight you if you fire him , very menacing!

Naah, I doubt it. So long as she keeps that "innocent" face on and always acts the "victim", they will be unable to resist her. And of course, releasing an album every few months also helps to maintain her ongoing image. She's going to be around for a while - at least, until she leaves for the US.

Wow, even when Alex was messing up right from the beginning of the whole show, I never ever wanted him to go. This time I felt he made a lot of mistakes but I was still sorry that he was fired. There's just something about him; always positive, good-hearted, and too nice for the business of back-stabbing. I'm really starting to dislike Sandeesh because let's face it, Alex did her a favour by picking her for the pitch, then encouraging and helping her thru it. But in the end, she never said a good word to help him against the others. This is why he brought her back in. And I applaud him for that. However, she seems to be a favourite with Lord Sugar who may be mesmerized by those her kohl-lined eyes , lol. She'll get her comeuppance one day, mark my words .
