Bro, what u just said is nothing but the absolute truth. The is an estate( I won't wanna mention its name) I
am currently work at. After spending outrageously to buy the land, you still have to pay an annual developmental fee, survey fee, estate maintenance fee, security levy(200k annually) and still, u will be forced to build just a storey building and a pent floor only.

The estate provides water, security and electricity, but these comes at an exorbitant rate. Imagine paying 200k for water monthly, security 200k annually and electricity goes as high as 300k monthly. Even though they use a prepaid meter, but they, the rates are 1000times higher than PHCN rate.

Guess what! U can't just sell off ur property in peace, the estate must broker in the deal, while collecting huge amt of agency fee. Far more than what regular agents get. It's all land scam.

Imagine Taraba a predominantly Christian state with such eyesore as a primary school while our Christian leaders waste resources of the church on private jets and other materials things of the world. Instead of oyedepo and his gang of rascal preachers to support projects that will uplift Christian communities, they are busy shouting islamization and spreading hate speeches. We Christians need a reorientation to get our priorities right.

Is it now the responsibility of churches to build roads and schools for government? Why do u reason with ur Anus? Where is it written in the Bible or Koran mandating such? It remains the primary responsibility of the government to provide quality and affordable education and its infrastructures. Churches and Mosques can only assist . What stops u from going there to build it? Am sure ur savings can give them sth better.
