Thanks for ur post @pato405, its indeed one of those things and am much much more better, was just d shock dat made me come here in d first place, ive even looked for a way to delete the thread but probably cos am using a fone ive not seen that button yet. Ppl think i wrote this to be pitied or something and so i think i did a wrong thing to even start it at all but its all good. Ive swallowed it all, criticisms, advices, abuses and rejected those that looked like curses and other things but ive had my esteem renewed again cos the mistake has been made already and am facing it and moving on. Me? Saint? Too far from it but when u consider how people came into your life then to an extent u just accept them. If u read an earlier post, i said if i had an opportunity to have asked his ex wife what happened, i will. Since yesterday till this morning he has bn trying to call me but ive been avoiding it, if i was that bad, his friends and himself wnt be wanting to reach me cos most of his close friends say they dnt even have any idea abt what he wants to do. Most ppl are just who they are even when someone nice comes to them, and after past experiences and at my age, why wud i wanna treat a man unkindly and to what purpose. If i can be in business and am upright, why wnt i want my relationship to work? Thank you all for your comments, really been motivating. No, didnt come seeking pity, just wanted to say it out loud and free myself from the worry. I love criticisms, they make me stronger and i get to learn where my mistakes were made. Nothings heals any wound other than time no matter, atleast its nt marriage and i know what he is after.

Saw him just this Sunday, and today I got a text on my phone from his friend, his marriage iv!

Ive been in shock since morning, dont know who to talk to cos I don't keep friends, i absolutely may go suicidal on this. A man that didnt even have a house, a job, no money when i met him. I cook for him, he spent virtually all his time at my place, even most times borrowed as lil as N200 from me. He cried at the bus-stop one evening begging me not to let go, that single tear kept me. I don't have a regular job, I buy & sell things just to keep going till a job comes. I've chased suitors away all in d bid to make this man feel save cos i believe in tomorrow. He is a divorcee, i didnt worry abt that. I stood by him since last year till he got a house dis February. By march I started noticing things. Ive asked him severally what d problem was but he said its just stress cos he got an event contract with a company. At a point he even borrowed some money from me, got to find out that it was cos of the girl he is planning to marry that came visiting bt he was too broke to host her.

This life and the men in it are heartless. Tell me how i can ever love another? Am dying silently, please i need friends to talk to or even a proper job to help me get over this hurt, am self destructive!

I seldom chat & my friends complain I dnt reply to ims. Ive learnt to control my fone & not let it control me. My ppl say u can become rich by spending uneccesarily. So I subscribe weekly for BIS @ N500 only if its important to be connected esp wt my customers, I dnt tweet or fbk. The rest I can do wt my Nokia C7, that way I spend less on BIS & also conserve my battery for better things than pinging & stuff.

My brother has one of the most beautiful writings ive ever seen, but i cant even go thru his notes or jotter when he was still in med school. So i wud say its d long yrs of jottn down in short words what the lecturer is saying & also a way to conceal things & prescriptions to patients.

Most ppl dnt know what it means for someone to be depressed & it is a hard time going through it. Having finished school since 2006, my service dragged on for 3 long years before serving in 2009. It took d grace of God & my immediate family to hang on those years cos no one believed I went to school. Yeah, if u went, why didnt u serve? I took risks, travelled down east at every little news at heard, accosted by thieves at some point & even lost my travelling bag containing my original school documents since i was going for another clearance. At this point I sat down in the middle of nowhere, without shame & cried like a baby in front of the other travellers. I could only ask but one thunderous question; What am I living for? It takes love, true love from my family & by family I mean my immediate family to keep me sane for a while till I serve 2 years ago. Ive not gotten a job till date, the one I managed to get months ago came to an abrupt end when thieves robbed us at broad day light, stealing everything & we were told to stop work. Since then, nothing. Ive been trying my best to see if I can involve in lil events planning, a lil buying & selling too to keep body & soul together. My life as an introvert & shy person doesnt help me most times cos I confine myself & all i think about is how to end it all. I once came to nairaland to seek for genuine friends atleast people to talk to once in a while but all d men wanted more so i went back into my shell. That show has become so boring & I change my channel when I see it start, It has lost its touch of fun & adventure.
