The House of Representatives on Tuesday directed the Independent National Electoral Commission to allow voters use the Temporary Voter Card for the February polls.

The truth is most of us are guilty of what they're accusing Buhari of. I had to look at the name from reputable publications to avoud writing his name wrongly. We were writing different names like;
Osibanjo,
Osinbanjo,
Osinbajor,
Oshinbajo
Oshibanjo,
Oshinbanjo, etc.

There's even a thread currently bearing Oshinbajo.
Go through the posts of those making such accusations, you'll discover such mistakes, especially with regard to Osinbajo's name.

Now that GEJ has given us our right and power to freedom of speech, do you think Buhari won't be criticised or blackmailed even more than GEJ if he ever becomes president. It is only a sane and healthy mind that can handle the pressure of being Nigeria's president. I'm sorry to say, Buhari is not in that category.

If I were northerners, I'd rather allow GEJ have his second 4 years so I can have a guaranteed 8 years from 2019. It is just common sense.

First, you are missing it. Most of us don't support Buhari because he's a northerner. We do because we feel he has our interests at heart. And talking about northerners, it's unfortunate that you don't understand their mindset. If such things as death happens to them! hardly do they blame other human beings. They may see you as the cause, but it is to God they see as the giver and taker of life – both Muslims and Christians.

What I heard was he mispronounced the name. Apart from the Yoruba, tell me who hasn't had problem with Buhari's VP's second name. A thread was even open here about the correct spelling and pronunciation of the name. Why should Buhari's be any different. He's not perfect you know. Your PDP had the worst Freudian slips and gaffes.

I have thought about this. But you know what! I think we're starting on a clean slate. It may not look or sound good but the problem is so gargantuan that it will take all of one's physical and spiritual energy; even Satan will run away. There's an inkling to a fresh start when APC said it may not probe past leaders. But mark that, not everybody will be left off the hook. The notorious looters will be pursued, and I may even like it if they are brought in a crate.
