eagleeye2:
Yes. He is really doing his best by keeping his promise of 97% and 5%.
I guess GEJ made him to say that.
Like I said in the other thread, I am happy because the Igbos in APC.... will think of what the future holds for them.
You don't take corrections. The 97% and 5% was pointed out to you that he's talking about constituencies and the votes they gave him. You have no cause to complain, your constituency, definitely having more than the 5% you always refer. You are too sensitive to Buhari's utterances any day. Is it a any different from GEJ saying Igbos are the cornerstone of his administration?
PoliticsRe: Biafra: What Will Happen To Nigeria If I’m Rearrested – Nnamdi Kanu Dares Buhari by MalcoImX: 4:40pm On Sep 02, 2017
Just under two years of Mandela's twenty something and you've begun to fear jail. Are you not the Mandela your iPoB people are claiming to be?

And what's the point of your post? Have I claimed to like this incompetent administration? Have I ever denied my support for GEJ? So what's the point quoting an old post of mine?
The point is, you are not expected to behave out of the expected.
PoliticsRe: Few People Support Justice In Nigeria...why by MalcoImX: 1:29pm On Sep 02, 2017
Stingman:
...and you believe the policy is used for all Nigerians? You will agree that the policy is crafted for the north...
Do we then do away with stipulations like those which say each state must in one way or the other be represented in ministerial positions, whether their population is 1 million or 10 million? In another vein, considering landmass, why would the SE have at least 5 ministers and Borno state have only 1, when Borno state (not NE oo) is nearly 3 times the size of SE? Why would most SS states b e given 13% of Nigeria's oil revenue, when their statuary standing is not above those of other states? Even in education, why would southerners be admitted to federal universities in the North when they're federal ones their too, and when still they'll have it easier than the natives, cost wise? Why would their be catchment area for a university, in say, Anambra, putting other Nigerians at a disadvantage.
.
All these try to address issues of representation and equal distribution, because if left alone others would never smell the pot.
PoliticsRe: Few People Support Justice In Nigeria...why by MalcoImX: 12:15pm On Sep 02, 2017
I have a question for you: Do you support those who advocate that rotational presidency be included in the constitution or the party arrangements that unofficially rotate posts between the North and South? Do you know that because of political astuteness of the North, the South would be at a disadvantage if left on its own resources in that regard?
There's nothing wrong in policies that address disadvantages and encourage all-inclusiveness. America at one time had what they call Affirmative Action for the Blacks.
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Crisis Looms In Igbo Land by MalcoImX:
abouzaid:
they failed to draw the line between a call for self determination and a call for genocide. another own goal was the 97% Vs 5% speech by buhari. that's the biggest hate speech in modern Nigeria.
"A crisis looms in the east. So no one cares to interrogate the minds peddling this secessionist idea. No one questions their methods vehemently . It’s enough that they mouth marginalization of Igbos and paint a colorful Biafra. It’s enough that Buhari is cast as a symbol of oppressive, anti-Igbo, Islamist, Hausa Fulani hegemony. Igbos are truly marginalized."
Yeah, truly marginalized, even, in their thinking of where the problem lies and who to blame!!!

Was it not you cowards that brought up the issue of rearresting Kanu

Hurry up and fulfill that threat of yours

Don't tell me you don't know Kanu's village.
What are your reasons that he shouldn't be rearrested?
PoliticsRe: Why Has Nnamdi Kanu, Suddenly Stopped Holding Hate Rallies? by MalcoImX: 10:29am On Sep 02, 2017
OjukwuWarBird:
You can arrest Kanu today

Don't tell me that the security are on holiday today

Cowards
Why not go to the courts or the nearest security post and tell them if you're serious.
PoliticsRe: Why Has Nnamdi Kanu, Suddenly Stopped Holding Hate Rallies? by MalcoImX: 10:23am On Sep 02, 2017
OjukwuWarBird:
Long unnecessary process

Rearrest Kanu today if truly Buhari believes that Nigeria unity is non negotiable

The first time you arrested him, did you go through this process

When the court freed him, did you go through this process

You think you can frighten him with court revoking his bail

Tell your brainless hero to arrest him today if truly he is not scared of the UN
Chest beating for a coward who was granted bail on false application that he needs medical care.
.
Kunu is just a small fry. He's just a nonentity compared to these men.
1. Ojukwu - fled
2. Obj - jailed
3. Yar'adua - died in jail
4. IBB - forced to step aside
5. Buhari - jailed
6. Abacha - died on the throne, under mysterious circumstances.
7. Abiola - died in jail

These are men who wouldn't allow ordinary men to go down licking their shoes. This megalomaniac coward who was caught hiding in a Lagos hotel, with a woman of easy virtue, is who you're disturbing us as somebody worthy of some attention.

my formulae is strictly on population. give every 100,000 population a local govt. land mass is cheating
That's a formula for disaster, and I don't think you'll agree to this also. Kano will have 91 LGAs while Lagos will have 90 LGAs.
.
Anambra will have 40, Enugu and Imo will have 30 each, Abia and Ebonyi 20 each.
.
You'll see still that the whole of SE will have 120, just about 30 more than Lagos or Kano state.

Ibrahim Shekarau's dad was from Borno state who settled in Kano, and his son became a governor in Kano state. That is the Nigeria we want, where you can become whatever you want to become in any part of the country.

Lol! There is nothing like Western or Nothern Igbo.
When riots break out in the North, they all die as Igbos and not Nothern Igbo, and when Oba Lil Wayne threaten them with Lagoon, they are threatened as Igbos and not Western Igbos.

Okoye will never tell you he is Western or Northern Igbo, he is an Igbo man from the town of Ifite dunu in Anambra State .

Okoye is a public figure that depends on patronage of non Igbo Nigerians as well as Igbos to earn money , it will be stupid to expect him to become involved in the Biafra -Nigeria imbroglio at this moment.
I remember there was a time the Okoyes accused Yorubas of tribalism when they failed to win the then hiphoptv awards, and many Yorubas came for their heads on the internet , it was fellow Igbos that defended their stance.

Many interviews abound of Okoyes upholding their allegiance to Igbo ethnic group.

You cunning Igbophobic beings would claim and accept any high flying Igbo man as a Nigerian, but are quick to brand them Igbos once they are involved in non glorious activities, as when as are quick to use their bad activities to brand and bash Ndiigbo.
OPERATION NOAH'S ARK for where? You'll carry your ship empty from Northern and Western Nigeria reach Alaigbo. Those ones have seen the benefits of what greater Nigeria offers. They're truly Igbo who are Nigerians. You can see that they rep Igbo culture in some of their music's, and we understand them better than Nnamdi, who abuses and he's abused back.

Lol! Nah so Nzeogwu Kaduna Chukwuma was branded Northern Igbo by the usual Igbophobic folks, when the going was good. But once the going became tough, he became Igbo and no mention of his fluency in Hausa language was ever mentioned again.

Nchekwube Micheal Obi is an Igbo man from Neni town in Anambra State, stop the shameful "attache by force".
You may have a point. We all thought Nzeogu was with the North but he switched sides. But seriously, it's necessary for some to accept the reality that there's what's called the northern and Western Igbo who has a different mindset to the home Igbo. You don't heat them shouting 'Buhari this,' 'Arewa that' and 'herdsmen this and that.' Recently there was thus Twitter war with, I think, Paul Okoye, the musician. One home-based Igbo was bombarding him with what he called his non-patriotism to Biafra by not investing in the SE. I love the reply he gave him. He advised the dude to call the police.

Pls take GEJ out of this. The man is no longer the President. Let face it, Buahri made a huge blunder. After winning the polls, the very first thing he ought to have done is to reach out to everyone, especially the opposition, in a bid to unite a nation already polarized. But HELL NO. First was the 97%-5% speech (poor math), then the lopsided appointments in favor of the north as if the south didn't matter at all. And there's the handling of the Herdsmen and IPOB-AREWA crisis. This man called Buhari has been one of the most, if not the most, divisive figure in this nation's history, or at least ever since the start of the fourth republic.

It's the responsibility of the President to unite the nation irrespective of geopolitical region. The SE is equally a part of this nation and have equally contributed to the development of the nation via trade and even resources, far more than the North's own contribution. So far the President has failed WOEFULLY in this aspect and his actions aren't helping matters at all.
The president is doing his best in that regard. The problem he's facing is from those who believe that it's unfair for GEJ to have lost. Added to this is they believe others are undeserving, arising from a false belief that they're better than them in all aspects.
This group consists mostly of the GEJ internet warriors who've found a new avenue to express their anger through Kanu. Buhari didn't start on a clean slate as he already has enemies pre- and after victory.

the best is to change anything that is drawing us back not telling me to understand it. something that has not worked since 57yrs of independence and we are keeping on with it, when we are not daft
