Abuamam:can you prove this with a verse? If one christian twist bible teaching for you and it not in the bible, it a false doctrine, but what the op write is supported with verses from the quran. |

tola9ja:what are your points here? Did I not say christians do not abandoned the law? Paul say "if the law do not say, thou shall not covet , I wouldn't have know what is covet" in other word, without the law I wouldn't have known sin, so the law is NOT the instrument by which man would save himself, but it was the instrument through which man was to be saved. I don't care what the pope say, any teaching that contradicts God divine truth is satanic. |
tola9ja:where do you see christians reject the law? Jesus summoned the ten commandment with just ONE word "LOVE" the bible define salvation as 'a work of God base on the belief of Jesus christ" if you believe in Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour, his righteousness will indwell in you, and you will not break the law. |

tartar9:thank God,your post indicate JESUS IS LORD. Now read the reply again. |
tola9ja:you copy from a satanic website and you are complaining. |
[quote author=tola9ja post=31654396][/quote]Jesus did not come to abolished the law but to fullfiled it, did muhammed even keep the law? Muhammed is a law breaker YET you muslims follow him for redemption. When Jesus is said to have fulfilled the law, it means that>>>> HE PERFECTLY KEPT THE LAW AND HE IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW, AND NEVER SINNED (1 Peter 2:22). The purpose of the law is to show us our sinful nature. The law shows us our sinfulness as a contrast to God's holiness. (the law show the holiness of Jesus) to keep the law you must follow the new covenant. |
http://www.rationalchristianity.net/numbers31.html Moses and the Midianites Numbers 31:7-18 They fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed every man. Among their victims were Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur and Reba - the five kings of Midian. They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword. The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder. They burned all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps. They took all the plunder and spoils, including the people and animals, and brought the captives, spoils and plunder to Moses and Eleazar the priest and the Israelite assembly at their camp on the plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho. Moses, Eleazar the priest and all the leaders of the community went to meet them outside the camp. Moses was angry with the officers of the army - the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds - who returned from the battle. "Have you allowed all the women to live?" he asked them. "They were the ones who followed Balaam's advice and were the means of turning the Israelites away from the LORD in what happened at Peor, so that a plague struck the LORD's people. Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man." Weren't the virgin women raped? There are two parts to this objection: did God instruct or permit the soldiers to rape the women, and did the soldiers actually rape them? It's clear that God didn't intend for the soldiers to rape the women, but rather to take them CAPTIVE . The law God had given to the Israelites condemned rape, in some cases punishing it with death ( Dt 22:25-27). Also, immediately following the command to spare the virgin women, the soldiers were instructed to purify themselves and their captives ( 31:19), and rape (or consensual intercourse) would have violated this command ( Lev 15:16-18). In the rest of the chapter, the women are usually referred to as people (using the masculine adam), not women or virgins, underscoring the notion that they were seen as captives rather than sexual objects.1 It's theoretically possible that some of the soldiers raped the women, but given the circumstances it seems very unlikely. The soldiers would have known that rape was a violation of both the law and the instruction to purify themselves, as shown above; they had also seen God punish such violations with death during their travels in the desert. In fact, they had recently experienced a plague and executions resulting from their relations with Midianite women ( 25:1-9), as Moses reminded them. At that time, all those who had sexual relations with the Midianites were killed. It's highly implausible that the soldiers would have wanted to have anything to do with the Midianite women given this context. So what did happen to the women (and children)? God gave the Israelites permission to marry women they took captive, but they were to treat their wives with respect: the women were to have time to mourn their families first, and were not to be mistreated (Dt 21:10-14). Those who didn't marry would have become servants, but there were rules against mistreating them as well ( Ex 21:26-27, Dt 23:15-16). See the article on slavery laws for more on the treatment of female slaves. Weren't some of the women and children sacrificed ( Num 31:25-41)? No - they probably became servants of the priests. This passage is dealt with in the article on human sacrifice. Why were the men and non-virgin women killed? The Midianites conspired with the Moabites to curse Israel ( Num 22:1-7). When the curse was turned into a blessing instead ( 24:10-11), the Moabite and Midianite woman agreed to seduce the Israelite men and in doing so entice them to serve their idols ( 25:1-9, 31:15-16, Rev 2:14). The Israelites who fell prey to this and engaged in idolatry were also held responsible, and were executed ( 25:4-5). Virgin women and young girls were obviously not participants in this, so they were spared. Why was Balaam killed - didn't he bless Israel? Balaam did follow God's instructions and blessed Israel instead of cursing it as Balak, the Moabite king, wanted him to ( Num 24:10-11 - see ch. 22-24 for the whole story). However, following God was not habitual for Balaam: he often practiced sorcery ( 24:1) and in fact was his idea to bring destruction on Israel by having the women lure the Israelites into sexual immorality and idolatry ( 31:15-16, Rev 2:14). What about the Moabites? The Moabites were a special case - they were descendents of Lot ( Gen 19:36-37), and were to remain in the land God had provided for them ( Dt 2:9). However, they were excluded from the Israelite community as a result of their actions (Dt 23:3-6). |
Tola9ja. From a satanic website? So muslims visit satanic site? Good. All what you wrote are the old covenant,we the "christians" are not bind by the old covenant,as Jesus say you can't put a new win inside an old bottle. however as a christians and it's in the bible, I will reply you. http://www.gotquestions.org/Bible-rape.html The Bible does address the issue of rape. As expected, when the Bible mentions the crime of rape, it is depicted as a gross violation of God’s design for the treatment of the human body ( Genesis 34). The Bible condemns rape whenever it is mentioned. For example, there is a particular passage in the laws given to the nation of Israel before entering the Promised Land under Joshua’s leadership. This passage ( Deuteronomy 22:13-29) spoke directly against forcing a woman into a sexual encounter against her will, or what we know today as rape. This command was meant to protect women and to protect the nation of Israel from committing sinful actions. Deuteronomy 22:25-27 mentioned the punishment the Mosaic Law commanded for a man who raped a woman. The man was to be killed by stoning while the woman was considered innocent. Though the Mosaic Law was for the nation of Israel during the time of Moses, the principle is clear that rape was sinful in the eyes of God and led to the most extreme punishment possible—death for the rapist. There are some difficult passages in the Old Testament, however, in relation to this issue. Critics of the Bible are quick to point to Numbers 31 (and other similar passages) in which the Israelites were allowed to take female captives from nations they conquered. Critics make the accusation that this is an example of the Bible condoning, or even promoting, rape. However, the passage says nothing about raping the captive women. It is wrong to assume that the captive women were to be raped. Again, Deuteronomy 22:25-27 condemns rape, even advocating the death penalty for perpetrators of rape. In the Numbers 31 passage the soldiers were commanded to purify themselves and their captives (verse 19). Rape would have violated this command (see Leviticus 15:16-18). The women who were taken captive are never referred to as sexual objects. Did the captive women likely eventually marry amongst the Israelites? Yes. Is there any indication that rape or sex slavery was forced upon the women? Absolutely not. In the New Testament, rape is not mentioned directly, but within the Jewish culture of its writers, rape would have been considered as sexual immorality. As such, both Jesus and His followers (including the apostle Paul) spoke against sexual immorality, even offering it as justifiable grounds for divorce when a person actively committed sexual acts outside of the bond of marriage ( Matthew 5:32). This would not, however, apply to the victim of rape, only the one who committed the act. Further, the New Testament is clear that Christians are to obey the laws of their governing authorities ( Romans 13). Not only is rape morally wrong; it is also wrong according to the laws of our governing authorities. As such, anyone who would commit this crime should expect dire consequences, including arrest and imprisonment. To the victims of rape, much care and compassion must be offered. God’s Word often speaks about helping those in need and in vulnerable situations. Christians would do well to practice these teachings and model the love and compassion of Christ by assisting victims of rape in any way possible. To those who have committed rape, we must remember two things. First, people are responsible for the sins they commit. Second, however, no one is beyond the grace of God. Even in the lives of those who have committed the vilest of sins, God can extend forgiveness to any who will repent and turn from their evil ways ( 1 John 1:9). This does not remove the need for punishment according to the law, but it can offer hope, even to those whose sins have made them outcasts in the eyes of others. |
tola9ja:this are the old covenant law, we the believers are under the new covenant were such thing does not happened, but I will answer you,you ask this same question the other time and I reply you with this; The Amalekites attacked the Israelites without apparent provocation as they were traveling during the Exodus ( Ex 17: . "When you were weary and wornout, they met you on your journey and cut off all who were lagging behind" ( Dt 25:17-18). They later attacked Israel during the time of the Judges (Jdg 3:13) and often raided the Israelites' land after they had planted crops, leaving them with nothing ( Jdg 6:2-5). God punished the Amalekites by ordering Saul to destroy them ( 1 Sam 15:2-3) - over 300 years after they had first attacked Israel. During that time, the Amalekites had contact with the Israelites and would have heard about God. They could have repented and changed their ways, but they continued to raid and plunder other cities up to the time of Saul and David (1 Sam 30:1-3). The Amalekites that Saul and David warred against were clearly no better than their ancestors who had first waylaid Israel. Did God "blot out the memory of Amalek" or not? The LORD said to Moses, "Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven." Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner. He said, "For hands were lifted up to the throne of the LORD. The LORD will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation." ( Ex 17:14-16) "Blot out the memory of Amalek" refers to the extinction of the descendents of Amalek. Clearly God was not referring to the world's knowledge that Amalek existed, else he would not have commanded the Amalekites' defeat to be recorded. He wanted the incidents to be remembered, so that future generations would realize that God, not the Israelites, defeated the Amalekites and avenged their unjust treatment of others. The Amalekites presumably would have been wiped out by Saul in 1 Samuel 15 if he had followed God's instructions. He did destroy the city of Amalek, but other raiding parties/nomadic bands of Amalekites survived. These were defeated by David in 1 Samuel 30 with the exception of a few hundred who escaped ( 30:17). The remnant of the Amalekites were finally destroyed by the Israelites many years later ( 1 Chr 4:43). Thus, while God did blot out the memory of Amalek by wiping out his descendents, he was at war with them for many generations. |
mujahid777:do you want to give what you don't have? You can fight for God ,satan is manipulating the truth,God did not create you to come and fight for him, the purpose of us being created is to worship God,love him and our neighbours, jihad is satanic doctrine thank you |
tola9ja:is the pastor different from muhammed? When ever muhammed lust after a woman,Allah revealed revelation to satisfied muhammed desire for sex after muhammed lust after the wife of zaid, Allah provide a revelation to surpport his pleasure; Qur'an (33:37) - "But when Zaid had accomplished his want of her, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, when they have accomplished their want of them; and Allah's command shall be performed." Qur'an (33:51) - "You may put off whom you please of them, and you may take to you whom you please, and whom you desire of those whom you had separated provisionally; no blame attaches to you; this is most proper, so that their eyes may be cool and they may not grieve, and that they should be pleased" This is in reference to a situation in which Muhammad's wives were grumbling about his preference for sleeping with a slave girl (Mary the Copt) instead of them. Accordingly, Muhammad may sleep with whichever wife (or slave) he wishes without having to hear the others complain... as revealed in Allah's literal and perfect words to more than a billion Muslims. Qur'an (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess." Allah even permitted Muhammad and his men to have sex with married slaves, such as those captured in battle. Is this not adultery? Who is this Allah that permit muhammed to sin? Surly this is satan!!! |
Lalasticlala, pleased can you put this on the homepage? |
We desperately need young leaders to emerge. The older leaders need to help them come forth. That being said, there are some common mistakes young leaders make that could hinder their progress. The following are seven of the top mistakes young leaders make: 1. Young leaders often have zeal without knowledge; Perhaps the greatest attribute of young leaders can also be their greatest weakness: zeal. The Bible tells us it is possible to have zeal (great energy and passion) without knowledge (Rom. 10:2). This can manifest in having great excitement and motivation to accomplish a great task, but in that excitement overlooking many of the necessary details needed to ensure success. They see the forest but fail to see the individual trees that make up the forest. 2. Young leaders often neglect the advice of older, wiser leaders. Like Rehoboam (1 Kings 12), the son of Solomon, young leaders often surround themselves with like-minded leaders their own age and neglect the advice of older, more seasoned leaders. Perhaps this is because the next generation always thinks it understands contemporary culture better than older leaders, or perhaps because of a generation gap. Whatever the reason, young leaders make huge mistakes (as did King Rehoboam) if they attempt to lead without the advice and accountability of more experienced leaders. 3. Young leaders often put their work before their families. All young leaders struggle with having balance in this area. One of the main reasons is because young people have an intense need to prove their competency and accomplish great things to satisfy their egos and lift their self-esteem. Consequently, this intense desire often blinds them to the needs of their families, which often leads to emotionally neglecting their spouses and children. If this is not rectified soon enough, the foundations of their families will be faulty and they may have huge issues in the future. Older ministers have learned that it doesn’t pay to win the world and lose their families. 4. Young leaders often compete with, instead of partner with, other leaders. Along with an inordinate desire to prove themselves comes an intense, subconscious drive to be more successful than other leaders their own age. (Even pastors fall into this.) Young leaders need to learn not to compare themselves with their peers since we all have unique gifts and callings others cannot easily replicate (2 Cor. 10:12). They also need to understand how partnering with other like-minded leaders will actually maximize their ability to get things done for the sake of the kingdom. 5. Young leaders have unrealistic goals. Often young leaders believe they will be able to see quick results and bring incredible transformation overnight. Their goals are often unrealistic and idealistic. This recalls the words of an old rabbi: “When I was young I wanted to change the world. When I got a little older I modified my goals and wanted to change my nation. Then, as I got older I was content to merely change my city. Then my community. Now that I am very old I would just like to change myself!” Although I do believe God can use a young person to change their nation and/or the world (for example, D.L. Moody, Billy Graham, John Wesley, Charles Finney, George Whitefield and Dr. Martin Luther King, to name a few), for the most part young leaders have to avoid being precocious regarding their goals and be more practical in regard to following a process capable of facilitating their vision. 6. Young leaders lack biblical balance regarding truth. Often young leaders are just focused on one area of truth that gives them passion to the neglect of other areas of their lives. For example, young senior pastors may focus on one subject, such as prosperity, healing, deliverance or evangelism, but if they neglect other truths of the Bible, they will build unbalanced congregations. Young leaders need to study the whole counsel of God and not just areas based on their passions. 7. Young leaders often build without a proper foundation. Often young leaders will build a business or even plant a church without taking the time needed to build a proper foundation. Whether it is having a strong leadership team in place or a plan for sustainable growth, young leaders often put the cart before the horse and may even experience immediate success without long-term fruit. The deeper the roots of a tree grow into the ground, the taller it can grow! In the beginning, young leaders need to take more time building a proper foundation than being concerned about how quickly they can make money and/ or grow their businesses or ministries. Note:am not a pastor nor am I a young leader,I am what hausa man will say almajiri sa in English is "his disciple"thank you. |
tola9ja:and hate not his father and mother, and wife and children, and brethren and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple: not that proper hatred of any, or all of these, is enjoined by Christ; for this would be contrary to the laws of God, to the first principles of nature, to all humanity, to the light of nature, to reason and divine revelation: but that these are not to be preferred to Christ, or loved more than he, as it is explained in Matthew 10:37 matthew 10:37"Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. |

Maamin:God bless you for this wonderful post. Any attempt of muslims to bring a verse that say Allah love his enemy will amount to contradiction. The Quran plainly tells Muslims that they are a favored race, while those of other religions are “perverted transgressors”: Q3:110 Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book [Christians and Jews] had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors. The verse even went further to condemned the faith of the people of the book(christians and Jews) it is the same people Allah ask muslims to confirmed the book for guidance, honestly Allah is not steady in his word. Much of the Quran is devoted to distinguishing Muslims from non- Muslims and impugning the latter. Among other things, non-Muslims are said to be diseased (2:10), perverse (2:99) , stupid (2:171) and deceitful (3:73). He does not love the unbelievers (30:45) Allah only loves those who obey Muhammad (at least according to Muhammad, who provided the "narration" :Say: "Obey Allah and His Messenger": But if they turn back, Allah loveth NOT those who reject Faith. (3:32) But you see my good friend, the quranic truth is soo strange for the biblical TRUTH, the nature of God is different from the one in the quran; Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his LOVE TOWARDS US, in that, while we were yet SINNERS, Christ died for us.” God in His foreknowledge knew how sinful and rotten mankind would be, but He looked beyond our faults and saw our need for redemption. Allah never look beyond the need for sinner redemption In 1st Peter 1:18,19, "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold... But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot." Christ died for all men, because God loves all mankind, even the vilest of sinful men. God extends a warm invitation to all sinners. Isaiah 1:18, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Jesus makes us the promise in John 6:37, “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” |
doubleDx:there are lot of truth in your post, I agree with you. Isaiah 6 talk about it. Isaiah 6:9-10. 9 He said, “Go and tell this people: “‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’ 10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes.[ a] Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.” |
Gombs:God bless you for this wonderful post. |
Abuamam:the verse I quoted (muhammed thought the Jew recognised Jesus as the messiah) is similar to this one ; (Surah 19:27, 28): "Carrying the child, (Jesus), she (Mary) came to her people, who said to her: "Mary, this is indeed a strange thing! Sister of Aaron, your father was never a LovePeddler-monger, nor was your mother a harlot."" [The Koran, Dawood's translation, pages 215, 216]. This verse states that after Mary gave birth to Christ, her townsfolk reproached her. They thought she was not married, and assumed that she committed sexual sin because she gave birth. In their reproach, they called her, "Sister of Aaron". This mistake was discerned by the Arabic Christians of Najran. There is a record of them exposing Muhammad's mistake about Mary. It's found in authentic Islamic writings, known as the Hadith, or Traditions. The quote is from the collection of Traditions compiled by an Islamic scholar known as "Imam Muslim". Imam Muslim's collection of Hadith, known as "Sahih Muslim", is considered to be the 3rd most important set of books in Islam, following the Quran, and Hadith collection of Bukhari. "Sahih" means, more or less, "authentic", i.e., they are regarded as authentic by Islamic scholarship. In Sahih Muslim, the Hadith related by Mughirah ibn Shu'bah, #5326, says: "When I came to Najran, they (the Christians of Najran) asked me: You read "Sister of Harun", (i.e. Mary), in the Qur'an, WHERESA MOSES WAS BORN WELL BEFORE JESUS . When I came back to Allah's Messenger I asked him about that, and he said: "The (people of the old age) used to give names (to their persons) after the names of Apostle and pious persons who had gone before them."" [Sahih Muslim, translated by Abdul Siddiqi]. This hadith exposed muhammed illiteracy, the people of the old age never adress saint's like this"sister" or "brother" the christians in najran recognised his mistake the truth is that non of the pious saint's are adress by "sister"or "brother" they are ONLY adress as "SON" and" DAUGHTER" or "FATHER" Abraham is referred to as "father" by the Jews in John 8:38. But never are these people called, "brothers or sisters" after any of the previous saints. Further, they (the christians in najran) did not recognize the technique or model in which this idiom was used. Had they known the custom that Muhammad said existed, of people calling other people "brother" or "sister" of ancient pious people, like possibly, "sister of Moses", "brother of David", "sister of Abraham", "brother of Isaac", they would have understood what the Quran was saying and raised no objection. But both the idiom, and the model in which it is used, were foreign to them. This passage is an example of muhammed saying the Jews accepts Jesus as there messiah. There are sooo many error in the quran. |
FrancisTony:I will not called Mary eve, I will just say "it is a forestshadowing event that will happened in the future"if we can go by your bible interpretation, then Isaac is Jesus, why? Because there are similarities between Jesus and Isaac. 1.it take 3 day for Abraham to reach the mountain were God direct him to do the sacrifice.it takes 3 days before Jesus was crucified 2.Isaac carry the wood that will used for his sacrifice.Jesus carry his own cross. 3.the very mountain where God commanded Abraham to sacrifice Isaac is the same mountain Jesus was crucified. 4.Both willingly allow themselves to be offered in sacrifice [Genesis 22:7-8; Colossians 2:6-8]. 5.the" mountain" is about father and son, Abraham and his son Isaac,David and his son solomon meet God at the same mountain and Jesus and God at the same mountain. 6.Both sons were "resurrected" or "given back" the their fathers on the third day. Isaac was essentially "dead" to his grieving father when God commanded him to sacrifice his son. On the "third day" God provided another sacrifice and his son was restored. God's son died on the Cross and was resurrected on the third day!. This is a forestshadowing event on how God will offer his son Jesus on the cross, should we called Isaac Jesus? NO. |
Empiree:when waraqa(a jew) died what makes the revelation pause? |
Pr0ton:when an atheists face a possibility that God exist, they started blasphemy God, your post is not the first I've notice, many atheists here acts the same way, I don't condemned you for being an atheists, but the points is that you guys blasphemy his name forgotten the facts that you may be wrong.for me this is not ordinary, there is satanic manipulation going on some where. |
Abuamam:you mean,Allah made mockery of the Jews?if you read this account in its entirety from Surah 4:153 to Surah 4:162, you will notice it is Allah who is talking and the statement do not sound like mockery because when someone boast, it does not mean mockery, it was a fact. |
Pr0ton:what is you contribution regarding the situation you just listed? Have you been doing enough? I experience religion crisis, many life's is lost and soo many houses where burn, both in 1992 and 2000(twice) the church has been helpful to the needy the church I attended bought some items shere it out to those who lost there property, infacte in the refugees camp, the church feed the poor 3 times a day, believe me, I am a living witnesses of all this. All this things happened no group came to our help except the church, although the red cross provide food for few days and never return.God made some people invincible that the enemy could not see them, my pastor wife was amoung the people God saved, the enemy came into the house removed all the property they wanted to burn them(any attempt to burn the house, the fire will affect their houses) God made this woman invincible, infacte the seat she was seating on, the enemy could not see her and the seat but when she stand up, they spot the seat and bring it out. Believe me my friend,I witnesses all this, there are soo many people giving testimony how God saved them. I witness it. |
Abuamam:do the Jews believe that Jesus is the messiah? |
onetrack:so there is no way this God will side with you because you don't believe in Him,infacte most of you guys blasphemy His name. I don't condemned you for being an atheists, but the points is that you guys blasphemy his name forgotten the facts that you may be wrong.for me this is not ordinary, there is satanic manipulation going on some where, that is how satan urged rebellion against God, he used eve, first deny the statement made by God (God dint say anything caused He isn't there) then contradicts the supposed word of God and then claimed equality with God. |
TheAgba:Gombs made a very good points,an example is on the cross, our Lord crucified together with two criminals, one of the criminal at the point of death ask for forgiveness(the bible say God search the heart and the bible aslo say God knows our worry before we could even ask) Jesus the son of God knows this criminal heart and our Lord knows that the thief genuinely ask for forgiveness that why He forgive him. Before we can examine whether a believer can be secure in his salvation, we need to understand how we are saved according to the Bible. In many religions it is believed that a person goes to heaven if one's good deeds outweigh ones bad deeds . However, the Bible says that sins (bad deeds) keep a person out of heaven, regardless of good deeds, since God is completely without sin and cannot have fellowship with a sinner. When Jesus first taught this concept, the disciples were astonished and asked "Who then can be saved?" Jesus' response was "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." ( Matthew 19:26) So, the Bible says that salvation is a WORK OF GOD, based upon belief in Jesus Christ. |
Abuamam:who inspired muhammed to wrote this nonsense; Surah 4:157: And their saying: Surely we have killed the MESSIAH, Isa son of Marium, the messenger of Allah; and they did not kill him nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them so (like Isa) and most surely those who differ therein are only in a doubt about it; they have no knowledge respecting it, but only follow a conjecture, and they killed him not for sure. (Shakir) The people that are "saying" here is the Jews, why will the Jews killed the messiah whom they are waiting for?and they are boasting about it!!! Uptil today the Jews are waiting for the messiah,it make no sense for them to killed him, muhammed is confused here, he did not knew what he was writing. The reason the Jews killed Jesus is because He did not deny being called God and He claimed to be the MESSIAH this gives the Jew reason to killed him. It must be remembered that the Jewish religious leaders even objected when Pilate wrote a title saying, “King of the Jews.” (John 19:19-22). It is, therefore, illogical for the Jews to boastfully say that “we have killed the Messiah” when they did not accept Jesus as the Messiah in the first place. |
pashaun:the same Jesus I see? Two times and he called me by my name. The devil is a liar. confess your sin and be saved, there is still hope for you, the world or your world may end any moment from now and you will give account of your self. (the world may end by the coming of christ or your world may end now or tomorrow) |
