Why will Obama have hand in this? do you know what advisers are for? and trust me if Obama was involved it will have been a national news.
Politics / Re: Dislodgment Of Ribadu From The Force by Mamajama(m): 6:47pm On Dec 09, 2008
@cre8tivity what evidence do you have to substantiate your claim that RIBADU has disappeared from Nigerian?

Stop paying attention to all this useless media with no credibility in Nigerian. Are you aware as a defendant you have lawyers that represent you and your presence is of no importance in a litigation until compelled to do so?

That is why lawyers are paid to defend you. The man is in fear for his life and he his staying away from the media circus, and now people are saying he has eloped like the run away bride?

grin grin grin Kai, Nigeria go better
Politics / Re: Ill. Gov. Arrested In Obama Successor Probe by Mamajama(m): 5:23pm On Dec 09, 2008
Or please lets not forget, all serving Nigerian governors are under immunity clause, which means they can not be touched.

What a useless nation and useless leaders. cheesy cheesy cheesy
Politics / Re: Dislodgment Of Ribadu From The Force by Mamajama(m): 5:21pm On Dec 09, 2008
The court of law is the administer of justice in any civil society. If the court is prohibiting the police authority from taking any action on a pending litigation, who is the IGP and the service commission to violate that order?

What did YAR SLOW told us when he came to power?

He said he will not interfare with rule of law and will let justice prevail in all circumstances.

This action against Ribadu is vindictive and it's nothing but a power play between the Tafa boys.

If Ribadu is been treated with this barbaric actions, please name one junior officer in the future that will have the balls to go after his boss?

I an still waiting for the list.
Politics / Ill. Gov. Arrested In Obama Successor Probe by Mamajama(m): 4:57pm On Dec 09, 2008
In Nigerian they called this selective justice.

CHICAGO – Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested Tuesday on charges of conspiring to get financial benefits through his authority to appoint a U.S. senator to fill the vacancy left by Barack Obama's election as president.

According to a federal criminal complaint, Blagojevich also was charged with illegally threatening to withhold state assistance to Tribune Co., the owner of the Chicago Tribune, in the sale of Wrigley Field. In return for state assistance, Blagojevich allegedly wanted members of the paper's editorial board who had been critical of him fired.

Politics / Corruption, Maladministration: Ibb Worse Than Obj, Declares Abubakar Umar by Mamajama(m): 4:37pm On Dec 09, 2008
I love when people that actually know the evil genius are now coming out and publicly speaking against him.

When will one of this people come out and tell the whole world why IBB was involved in the Dele Giwa killing?

interesting article

Babangida’s administration was worse than Obasanjo’s administration because Babangida ruled without any opposing force and when I say opposing force, he ruled without the Senate and House of Representatives, which was a counterforce to whatever Obasanjo wanted to do.

But Babangida authoritatively ruled by the barrel of the guns; he ruled by decree and he did what he wanted to do. In that seven years that Babangida ruled, nobody could talk. He did what he wanted to do. Besides, Babangida put fear in the minds of the people. Don’t forget that at that material time, there was no judiciary that was active

Politics / Re: Dislodgment Of Ribadu From The Force by Mamajama(m): 4:33pm On Dec 09, 2008
Why are you people so quick to spread this outrageous rumors?

@cre8tivity are you aware of the court order prohibiting the Inspector general and the police service commission from taking any action on RIbadu matter until the litigation he brought before it has been resolved?

So are you now saying the IGP the #1 cop and the enforcer of law should disregard the law?

Please lets be careful when talking on this sensitive issue. My family have been enlisted in the police force for over 40 years and this power play that is going on between the Tafa Balogun boys is just a way to ridicule Ribadu out of the force.

There is more to the RIBADU SAGA than what the public is aware of. we as Nigerians should all condemn this vindictive act of evil
Politics / Re: Ribadu Flees Nigeria? by Mamajama(m): 8:37pm On Dec 05, 2008
BigB1 retired into the dungeons of gay voyeurism. Ribadu will be back and FYI He is still in Nigeria, reliable course. No course for alarm

WHERE IS THE TOOTHLESS GENERAL when you need him? grin cheesy shocked
Politics / Re: Why Did The Western Media Ignore Jos? by Mamajama(m): 9:50pm On Dec 01, 2008
Jos is of no significant or financial impact to the global or western world.

How can the western media not say a word about an atrocities that claimed over 400 innocent peoples lives? and yet all we saw over the weekend was India?

Time for Nigerians to wake us
Politics / Re: Jos Killings How Do We Stop This Madness? by Mamajama(m): 9:47pm On Dec 01, 2008
This is absolutely stupid and senseless, what point are this hoodlums trying to get across by killing innocent people?

it's actually true that illiteracy is a decease and I still believe we need a dynamic and proactive action to liberate this nation.
Politics / Re: Ribadu To Face Trial Next Week by Mamajama(m): 9:44pm On Dec 01, 2008
This publication is misleading, this is another reason why I have no respect for Nigerian press.

If only they have done their home work, they should have know that the police authority does not have the proper authority to set up a disciplinary committee to discuss any action that could be taking against an erring officer.

The police service commission is responsible for promotion, recruitment and disciplinary actions for all police officers.

The president has to give the final approval for any action taking against any senior police officers above the rank of DCP.

SO since the police service commission reverted the promotion of Ribadu, then that parastatal is the only entity that can set up a panel on disciplinary action. Maybe the columnist should call PARRY OSANYANDE before publishing this nonsense next time.

I wish columnist can tell us where he got the info. Only junior police officers can be recommended for disciplinary action my the provost Marshal.

Politics / Re: Ribadu Dragged Out Of NIPSS Graduation And Arrested by Mamajama(m): 8:02pm On Nov 24, 2008
This is how dissolution people are. will someone please tell me what which of OBANSANJO toes did TAFA BALOGUN stepped on?

was TAFA not from the same state as Obansanjo? was TAFA not elevated by favoritism to the post of IGP by his hero Obasanjo? why was he prosecuted and disgraced out of the force by RIBADU?

its time we need to start thinking and stop blaming and making excuse for all this criminals that are laughing at the whole nation,. This is not about RIBADU this is about what our children and grandchildren will be subjected to, if we allow this to happen
Politics / Re: Ribadu Dragged Out Of NIPSS Graduation And Arrested by Mamajama(m): 6:26pm On Nov 24, 2008
This is why this useless country called Nigeria is going down in flames.

Couple of weeks people all over this forum condemn the public humiliation of a female my Navy officers, what is wrong is wrong, IF we are talking or transparency and rule of law.

What was the reasoning for preventing him from graduating a course that he completed?

Instead of us all to unit and condemn this disgusting barbaric humiliation some idiots here are saying Ribadu deserve what he got.

Next time a police slap one of you bigots for not given a bride just take it like a man and don’t come here to complain because that is RULE OF LAW
Politics / Re: Ribadu! Ribadu! Ribadu! - Court Refuses Ribadu's Request To Stop Arrest by Mamajama(m): 4:16pm On Nov 21, 2008

Child bingo please tell us how many conviction has the new administration got since inception?

We have established a new basis in our country in which economic liberalization would continue to flourish alongside democratic forces and deregulated power structure.

Politics / Efcc Suspends Director Over Illegal Money Transfers by Mamajama(m): 10:43pm On Nov 20, 2008
This is competence for you, MR president this is who you replace Ribadu with?

How many prosecution has Waziri initiated since acceptance of this post?

If she was effective she would have know of all this loop holes. I advice her to resign and stop this media stunt

http://allafrica.com/stories/200811200872.html

The source also said during EFCC chairman's recent trip to England, she met with the London Metropolitan Police and Interpol where she discovered that billions of naira was still being transferred out of Nigeria illegally on a daily basis, a situation which has thoroughly embarrassed the commission.
Politics / Re: Ibrahim Babangida Quotes by Mamajama(m): 8:34pm On Nov 19, 2008
Why are people so confused? this thread is about IBB and not OBJ. OBJ has not been indicted or convicted or invited for any questioning by any panel in Nigerian.

IBB on the other hand that this thread is about blatantly disregard the law by boycotting the OKIGBO and OPUTA panel.

So please detractors take your case with OBJ to another thread.
Politics / Re: Ibrahim Babangida Quotes by Mamajama(m): 5:44pm On Nov 19, 2008
This is why we always advice people to stick to alternate B Plan.

Dude are you suffering from malnutrition? please read the caption once more, if Tafa was my uncle then Osama Been hidden is your God father. grin grin

This story is about the famous quote by master of deception, corruption MR IBB AKA MARADONNA
Politics / Re: Ibrahim Babangida Quotes by Mamajama(m): 4:41pm On Nov 19, 2008
Landis stay focus please, this thread is about MARADONA and not OBJ, if you have bone to pick with OBJ that is your own cup of tea. FYI I was not in Siberia, I was in paradise enjoying the tantalizing protruding OPEKES there. My friend BIGB1 is in California helping to liberate the gay movement or gay pride parade.

And the story continues.

Debate and divergence of views can only enrich our history and culture

Nice one MR Maradona, people that were outspoken against your administration were killed with letter bomb wink wink

Democracy opens new vistas and opportunities. We should use the opportunities it offers to correct past mistakes not to blunder anew

Annulment of the freest election in Nigeria history speaks for itself

The work of Nigeria is not complete for as long as there is any one Nigerian who goes to bed on empty stomach.

IBB not only one, but you made millions of Nigerians go to bed daily with your diversion and embezzlement of public funds cool cool

watch out for part three tomorrow. chow
Politics / Ibrahim Babangida Quotes by Mamajama(m): 8:35pm On Nov 18, 2008
A society that does not correctly interpret and appreciate its past cannot understand its present fortunes and adversities and can be caught unawares in a fast changing world.
Ibrahim Babangida

Mr IBB we are aware of our past and we all can recalled how disastrous your administration was grin grin

At the same, we need to remain sensitive to the reality that we are still an African society in which the majority of the people and communities live under severe deprivations and afflictions that are no fault of theirs

we are still seeing the adverse effect of the afflictions that your administration bestowed on this society shocked shocked shocked

But no nation can base its survival and development on luck and prayers alone while its leadership fritters away every available opportunity for success and concrete achievement

I love this one, please explain what happened to the $12 billion golf oil revenue. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Each one of us, and, indeed, all those who aspire to national leadership must bring their own visions, views and styles to the business of reforming Nigeria, and the search for solutions

Thanks you MR IBB for giving us 419 and liberation of corruption, decree 4 operesion of the poor, press and students

Stay tune more to come and thus the fight continue between mamajama and BIGB1
Politics / Re: Yar’adua Drops 20 Ministers In Cabinet Reshuffle! by Mamajama(m): 7:44pm On Oct 31, 2008
Why is he dropping 20 Ministers? He is the captain of the ship and do us all a favor and resign for incompetence.

We are still waiting to see one tangible thing that MR go slow has accomplished for Nigerians
Politics / Re: Police Demotes Ribadu- Ex Efcc Boss by Mamajama(m): 7:42pm On Oct 31, 2008
It’s sad and demoralizing to see how shallow minded some Nigerians can be and ungrateful to a job well done.

Most people are saying Ribadu was used by OBJ, was TAFA Balongun that Rebadu brought down not one of OBJ close entourage?

Statements like that is why some of us abroad see no progress in Nigeria and the nation is just doom.

RIBADU is been victimized for all the high profile cases and people he exposed. A nation that does not reward its citizens for hard work and integrity
Foreign Affairs / Re: Obama, Is Race A Factor? by Mamajama(m): 8:03pm On Sep 17, 2008
Race is still a factor, how can someone who clearly states he does not understand the economy and keep talking about the fundamentals of the economy.

His top advisers are all total failure and yet, the race is close.

If Obama was white I strongly thing this race would have been over right after the convention
Foreign Affairs / Re: Obama, Is Race A Factor? by Mamajama(m): 10:16pm On Sep 16, 2008
I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight,

* If you grow up in Hawaii , raised by your grandparents, you're "exotic, different."

* Grow up in Alaska eating moose burgers, a quintessential American story.

* If your name is Barack you're a radical, unpatriotic Muslim.

* Name your kids Willow, Bristol, Piper, Trig and Track you're a maverick.

* Graduate from Harvard law School and you are unstable.

* Attend 5 different small colleges before graduating, you're well grounded.

* If you spend 3 years as a brilliant community organizer, become the first black President of the Harvard Law Review, create a voter registration drive that registers 150,000 new voters, spend 12 years as a Constitutional Law professor, spend 8 years as a State Senator representing a district with over 750,000 people, become chairman of the Illinois State Senate's Health and Human Services committee, spend 4 years in the United States Senate representing a state of 13 million people while sponsoring 131 bills and serving on the Foreign Affairs, Environment and Public Works and Veteran's Affairs committees, you don't have any real leadership experience.

* If your total resume is: local weather girl, 4 years on the city council and 6 years as the mayor of a town with less than 7,000 people, 20 months as the governor of a state with only 650,000 people, then you're qualified to become the country's second highest ranking executive.

* If you have been married to the same woman for 19 years while raising 2 beautiful daughters, all within Protestant churches, you're not a real Christian.

* If you cheated on your first wife with a rich heiress, and left your disfigured wife and married the heiress the next month, you're a Christian.

* If you teach responsible, age appropriate sex education, including the proper use of birth control, you are eroding the fiber of society.

* If, while governor, you staunchly advocate abstinence only, with no other option in sex education in your state's school system while your unwed teen daughter ends up pregnant, you're very responsible.

* If your wife is a Harvard graduate lawyer who gave up a position in a prestigious law firm to work for the betterment of her inner city community, then gave that up to raise a family, your family's values don't represent America 's.

* If you're husband is nicknamed "First Dude", with at least one DWI conviction and no college education, who didn't register to vote until age 25 and once was a member of a group that advocated the secession of Alaska from the USA, your family is extremely admirable.

OK, much clearer now.

This is a good script a friend sent me.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Obama, Is Race A Factor? by Mamajama(m): 10:14pm On Sep 16, 2008
Charles Barkley said Americans sometimes deserve what they get, and that they do not deserve a good leader.

That will just validate Barkley's point if this election is stolen
Foreign Affairs / Obama, Is Race A Factor? by Mamajama(m): 10:12pm On Sep 16, 2008
Race is arguably the biggest issue in this election, and it’s one that nobody’s talking about.

The differences between Barack Obama and John McCain couldn’t be more well-defined. Obama wants to change Washington. McCain is a part of Washington and a part of the Bush legacy. Yet the polls remain close. Doesn’t make sense…unless it’s race.

Obama Picked Joe Biden a well respected democrat as running mate, McCain picked a bimbo that those not knows what Nato stands for and tet the race is still close.

What will you do if McCain is elected? is race a factor
Politics / Re: The Arrival Of Gay Church In Nigeria! by Mamajama(m): 6:21pm On Sep 15, 2008
@BIGB1.  some times they say silence is the best answer to a fool, but sometime you must respond so the fool won't make the same mistake again.

It is clear to me that stupidity does bounds  in the heart and you are a clear example.

AS many voluptuous and IKEBE woman that are out there,  why would anyone want another hairy man climbing over their back?

Since you know MR BIGB1  please enlighten us.

Facts your dad IBB  AKA  BABANGIDA was known for importing gay men from Egypt while he was ruling Nigerian.

Secondly Gay  and homosexuality existed in the North before it was publicly accepted in some American district.  Visit Kano or Kaduna.

BIGB1 stop spreading rumors, please name one church in America that only has gay couples as the denomination?

or how many states in America has recognize same sex marriage?
Politics / Re: 21bn LNG Scam: FBI Storm Abuja by Mamajama(m): 4:22pm On Sep 12, 2008
Total rubbish, if you commit the crime in Nigerian and you transfered the funds to an account in United state,  it's not only a crime in Nigeria  the inter-pol has the right to prosecute you for money laundry.

The USA does have right to investigate this crime if it involved money transfer or laundry.
