BREAKING!!! Reno Omokri In Trouble As EFCC Kick-off His Criminal Investigation, Interpol Alerted


Former Aide to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Reno Omokri has landed in trouble after being petitioned by a Nigerian lawyer to be investigated by Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Reno Omokri who claimed to be a Pastor has been recently exposed for abandoning his family and impregnating an Ethiopian lady who is currently providing a shelter for him.


A petition signed by the lawyer and acknowledged by EFCC shows that Reno Omokri while he served as an Aide to Goodluck Jonathan received salaries beyond his office.


According to a source who spoke to 9News Nigeria under the condition of anonymity, Interpol has been alerted to get him arrested if he cannot avail himself for questioning.

"We have alerted Interpol to keep an eye on him. If he fails to come forward to clear his name, he will be arrested and brought back to Nigeria. Our eyes are on him," the source said.

Newly Commissioned Abia Flyover Turned To Dumping Site (Photo)

The newly commissioned Abia State flyover has been turned to dumping site by residents of the area.

9News Nigeria correspondent reports that the residents of the dumped their wastes beside the newly built Flyover.

The only flyover in Abia State took Governor Okezie Ikpeazu seven to complete it and also generated mixed reactions.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Environment in Abia State has stated that it uncovered the devilish antics of the enemies of progress in Abia plotting to hire trucks and drop waste on and around the Osisioma Flyover which was recently commissioned by Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and his Rivers State Counterpart Nyesom Wike.

According to the statement, the plot which is designed to make mess of the developmental strides of Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu is already dead on arrival as security agencies has been put on alert to apprehend the culprits.

The Government further warned those behind "the devilish plots to desist with it immediately, as anyone apprehended in this wicked act will be prosecuted."

The purported endorsement of Nwifuru as the preferred Governorship candidate of Ezza Nation and the desecration of our traditional Okpoku Ezekuna ancestral home by the APC Govt. in Ebonyi State: My fears, warnings and firm position!

The media reports that some stakeholders of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC from my beloved Ezza Ezekuna tribe defiled the sacredness of our ancestral Orinte, Nchionu, Okpoku Ezekuna ground with its purported endorsement of the Party’s controverted flag-bearer and Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Francis Nwifuru really calls for concern for every descendant of Ezekuna, alive or even dead.

Although the action which was exactly an affair of the ruling APC and its stakeholders alongside some seemingly deceived and compromised elders was meant to give it a colouration of our true customs and tradition, I am particularly disturbed about its wider implications as a true son of Ezekuna. This is because this illicit and selfish action of a few self-serving elders, foolish stakeholders and their equally misguided followers has indeed robbed a charcoal on the true identity and culture of the average Ezza man vis-a-vis our high reverence for our Orinte ancestral home and heritage.


We should take not for granted, the painful truth that the selfish and ungodly conduct of these susceptible few has defiled our age-long customarily traditional and sacred epicenter with the claims of these few rapaciously greedy elites in the media that the endorsement of Nwifuru was made for and on behalf of the entire Ezza nation. I sincerely regret to point out that the political history of our beloved Ezza nation since the 80s has been riddled with such unholy betrayals of the collective interests of our people most of the times by a sectional few and this should truly give every Ezza man and woman a cause for worry especially at this time in our history.


While I condemn in very strong terms the purported gathering that defiled our traditional arena as not only being very wrong but ill-motivated and masterfully schemed by the Umahi-led government through its many pliable agents, I wish to emphasize that Ezza is a tribe- a very large one for that matter and never a political Party. So, any attempt to drag the entire clan into petty Party politics of the stomach that is even against its wider interests against the aspirations cum survival of its many sons and daughters should stand CONDEMNED at all times and I vehemently condemn same!

I believe that any discussions at our sacred Okpoku Ezekuna should never be politically partisan. Political Party rallies, gatherings or any divisive meetings of a particular political Party should NEVER be encouraged or allowed to hold in Orinte. I am baffled and annoyed that the leader of the said APC stakeholders, Chief Innocent Ugo Chima, who also played a crucial role in the State’s creation struggle and understands better how our people have long been given the shortest end of the stick in a State they were part of it's historic creation, the immediate past Local Government Chairman of Ezza South, Ken Eze who doubles as the Senatorial candidate of the APC for Ebonyi Central, the Secretary to the State Government, Kenneth Ugbala and indeed, all other stakeholders of the Party chose Okpoku Ezekuna instead of a civic centre or even an open venue like the Onueke Township stadium which they had passed on their way to Okpoku Ezekuna.

For all intent and purposes, these ravenous elders and stakeholders should have left our ancestral home to host only our cultural festivals which it was built to host such as the Okeaku (New yam) festival among other traditionally held customary events and ceremonies. I am therefore beckoning on our ‘umu Ochimkpurus’- the custodians of our revered tradition to summon and sanction all those involved in this unholy desecration of our land and culture and take every necessary step to appease the gods. There should be very disastrous consequences for those who think they can always manipulate and use our people to achieve their selfish ends.

The various Ezza unions home and abroad should follow suit and sanction all those involved in this shameful and sacrilegious act. They can at least suspend them for a period of time and place heavy fines on them to serve as a deterrent to others who may want to tow a similar path now or in the nearest future. As Ezzas, we must set high premium and regards for ourselves, our customs and traditions and not allow people ridicule us before our neighbours in our State or even beyond. We must preserve and promote our identity and place value on ourselves.

I am really befuddled as a full-blooded Ezza man about the fact that despite our great, Senator Offia Nwali- the first African to bag a Ph.D in Computer Science, (may his soul continually rest in peace) being the first to move a motion for the creation of Ebonyi State at the National Assembly in 1979, no Ezza man or woman was ever found worthy to occupy any sensitive leadership position either in the Executive or Legislative arms of government even in the old Anambra and Enugu States- positions that their brothers from Izhi and Ngbo had occupied.

Unfortunately, this continued unabated since the return to democratic governance in 1999. First, was the betrayal of Chief Nwagu Onele who was the most popular contender for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Governorship ticket. Nwagu, a popular politician then from Ezza South was said to have been ‘betrayed’ by his own brother, Chief G. O. C Chukwu who was the then State’s PDP Chairman. The compromise of the process ostensibly backed by the then outgoing military regime of Walter Feghabor made Dr. Sam Egwu- an ordinary classroom Lecturer of a minority Ezziamgbo extraction in Ohaukwu Local Government Area to pick the PDP Governorship ticket and consequently won the election to become the first civilian Governor of the State.

This awful scenario typified the saying that when two brothers fight to death, a stranger inherits their land. But our people obviously appear notvto have learnt any lesson from that ugly experience over two decades after the return to Nigeria’s democratic governance. Apart from the era of Senator Julius Ucha as Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly between 2003-2007, the Ezza man, despite his obvious advantages of being not only the eldest in the entire Abakaliki clan but also the most popular and dominant tribe has never been rallied around or supported to even occupy any sensitive seat in the State’s House of Assembly. Since then, no Ezza man has ever been elected a Governor, a Deputy or even appointed a Federal Minister or an Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The deliberate manipulators of our people more often than not prefer to use them to move and second only controversial, anti-masses bills or motions at the detriment of the elected representatives, most times to pit them against the people. The views expressed in certain quarters that they are a disorganized majority seemed nothing but an absurd stereotype which the schemers of the Ezza marginalization agenda uses to feather their own nests.

The recent scandalous endorsement or adoption of a character like Nwifuru by the so-called Ezza APC stakeholders with all the records and antecedents associated with him as against our own brother, Professor Benard Odoh- the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA ticket bearer who is by far more competent, credible and more qualified should trouble the souls of every rational Ezza mind wherever they are. Agreed that we may have varying political interests per time under any circumstances whatsoever, a period of two decades should have been enough for our people to learn their lessons.

Again, it is now manifest that the enemies of Ezza Ezekuna are rewinding our clock albeit on the negative to where we started off from in 1999 like it played out in the G. O. C Chukwu against Nwagu Onele scenario.
Our people, particularly the political class must be made to understand ahead of the 2023 elections that, no matter our political Parties, ideologies or leanings, it is sacrosanct they support a candidate of Ezza Ezekuna who is on the ballot. This is by no means a threat or some sort of clannish assertions. But our people must understand that we are already facing a serious existential threat!

I won't also forget to mention the fact that the same Professor Benard Odoh had suffered serial betrayal from our brothers and sisters who saw him as a huge threat to the political rise while he was serving as Secretary to the Government of Ebonyi State. It had culminated into a strange protest against him when he resigned from Umahi's government as SSG on principle grounds. The protest against our academic giant brother was also later followed up by a wicked plot to ostracize him from his Ezza nation led by a certain traditional ruler. This is even his Unwuezeokoha community is the eldest son of Ezza Ezekuna worldwide. Haba! We shouldn't be crocodiles that eats fish from it's own pond!

Already, with politically-motivated and man-made wars in practically every place our people live and do their businesses peacefully, including the displacement of our people in Ezza north for an airport project without due compensation, the Ezza nation cannot sit on the fence or compromise their integrity this time around for a morsel of fish. We have seen and suffered enough already in a State our fathers fought for its creation and have been denied the most critical of development infrastructure either in Ukawu in Onicha LGA of Ebonyi South, or in Ezillo in Ishielu LGA, or in now war-ravaged Effium where our people have been killed and displaced in their thousands without any form of justice.

Not even the two mother Local Governments of Ezza South and Ezza North have had any tangible infrastructure projects in the reign of successive administrations in the last two decades in Ebonyi. As a human development enthusiast who loves and stands for equity, social justice and fairness at all times, I sincerely believe that we are not cursed but we are the cause of our own problems and lack of social and developmental progress. I say so because I know the enormity of human and material resources including the obvious population and other advantages which the Ezza nation possess if and only if it harnesses them to its maximal advantage.

With 22 notable communities dwelling across the entire three geo-political zones in Ebonyi, Ezza as an Igbo sub-group are collectively referred to by the singular name, Ezza/Ezaa or Ezza-Ezzekuna in reference to their progenitor and are also living in their numbers in some parts of Enugu, Benue in the North Central, Cross River State in the South-South and other parts of Nigeria. In Ebonyi, it is worthy to mention that they reside in their large numbers with two fully-carved Local Government Areas of Ezza North and South respectively with a total of 31 Electoral wards and another 8 (Eight) out of the 16 Federal Wards that make up Ishielu Local Government Area in the Central part of the State.

Our people also reside in their large numbers in other communities such as Ezza-Effium in Ohaukwu Local Government Area in Ebonyi North, Ezza-Ezillo in Ishielu Local Government Area in Ebonyi Central and Abaomege and Ukawu in Onicha Local Government Area and some parts of Ishiagu communities in Ivo Local Government Area all in the Southern part of the State. It is also a known fact that the Ezza ethnic nationality constitutes a large percentage of the voting population in the areas they dwell.

Any wonder their Korri neighbours in Effium have reportedly been very desperate to deceitfully carve out some of the political wards belonging to the Ezzas to themselves particularly during the last delineation exercise by the National Population Commission, NPC? The number of registered voters of Ezza descent in Effium according to the 2019 voter registration in INEC) shows that Ezzas had 32, 294 registered voters. But for the man-made war in the area which has forced our people literally out of Effium, this figure would have hit over 50, 000 voters.

I ask again; how come we have grossly under-utilized our quantitative and qualitative human and material resources and blessings socially, economically and ultimately, politically to achieve a common political goal of ascending the leadership throne of Ebonyi State since 1999? We must therefore aim to deepen our love and culture, love and affection towards one another and understand, most importantly that our salvation must only come from one within us.

It is on the ground that I am beckoning on all Ezza sons and daughters all over the world to rally round one of ours; Professor Benard Ifeanyi Odoh for the 2023 Governorship election because he is an Ezza son and we have to show love to our own first and foremost before any other consideration!

2023 : "Disregard The Purported Endorsement Of Nwifuru By A Section Of Ezza APC Stakeholders" - Umuekumenyi Youth


A group under the aegis of Unwu-ekumenyi Youth Movement has denied being part of a meeting scheduled to endorse the Governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ebonyi State, Hon. Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru.


In a press release signed by Comr. Samchi Mgbada JP, (Ezza North LGA)- President General, Egwu Anosike Solomon, (Ikwo LGA)- Secretary General, Sir Nwiboko Andre O, (Ebonyi LGA)- PRO, Nwebor Alfred Esq. (Ohaukwu LGA)- Legal Adviser, Mr. Oseh L. M (Ishielu LGA)- Organizing Secretary, the group stated that it has come to their knowledge that
a meeting being convened by some leaders and stakeholders of Ezza Ezekuna scheduled to take place today, Sunday, September 4th, 2022 at the sacred Nchionu, Okpoku Ezekuna ancestral home in Onueke, the Ezza South Local Government headquarters is aimed at endorsing Nwifuru ahead of 2023 Governorship election.

According to the statement, "this group, which translates to the descendants of Ekumenyi consisting more than two-third of the population of Ebonyi State drawn from the Central and Northern Senatorial districts; and part of Ebonyi South district(Onicha and Ivo Local government Areas) where they live in their reasonable numbers, authoritatively learnt that the chief aim of the gathering by the elders who are all members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC Ebonyi State of Ezza Ezekuna origin and their ennoblers is to endorse and adopt as their own choice, the disputed candidate of the Party for the 2023 Governorship election and Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Francis Nwifuru."

The statement added that "Whereas, as 'loyal' Party elders, leaders and members, the 'factional' APC apologists who are mainly from the two mother Local Governments of Ezza North and South are at liberty to choose, endorse or support any candidate of their choice for the 2023 elections, this group gravely frowns at the desperation of the Ebonyi APC to drag the entire Ezza nation into such partisanship at this time in it's history."

" As a group comprised of reasonable and responsible youths of the great Ezza Ezekuna nation, we wish to clarify and posit for the sake of our envisioned posterity, rational equity and good conscience as follows:"


The statement reads in parts,

1. That this action is ill-motivated as we believe it is only meant to cause division, disunity and perhaps disrupt the existing peace and harmony between and among great Ezza Ezekuna sons and daughters as they are all members of different political parties.


2. That we consider this action as a desecration of our sacred Nchionu Okpoku Ezekuna ancestral home where only decisions that border on the welfare and wellbeing of great Ezza Ezekuna sons and daughters worldwide are discussed and agreed upon only by "umu Ochimkpurus" (elders who such honour and privilege are bestowed upon) and who are divinely appointed or ordained for that purpose.


3. That the said APC irredentists disguised as 'leaders of Ezza Ezekuna', is led by Hon. Innocent Ugo Chima- a one time House of Representatives member and a serving Chairman of the Governing Board, Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari. Most of the other leaders involved in this charade specially targeted at causing disaffection among the Ezzas are equally holding one appointment or the other either at the Federal or State level under the ruling APC.
Some others are even bearing the tickets of the same APC for various elective offices ahead the 2023 general elections.


4. That as youths, we rather advise these APC elders and followers who should have known better, the implications of their misguided actions and conducts to adopt any candidate they choose to without dragging the good people of Ezza nation, their ancestors and lovers into the mud of their shameful racketeer called endorsement.


5. That we would not, we repeat, we will NEVER sit idly and watch our elders many of who are in the departure lounge of their political careers, derail our culture, traditions and customs, thereby making a mockery of our ancestors all in the name of their selfish politics for self aggrandizement.


5. That this call for caution against their desperate political extremism has become more important due to the fact that a great Ezza Ezekuna son, Professor Benard Odoh is already in the Ebonyi 2023 Governorship race as the only leading candidate who's All Progressives Grand Alliance ticket is not in any form of dispute whatsoever in the State. He is as a matter of fact, the most competent, credible and most eminently qualified by experience and capacity to pilot the affairs of our dear State. These facts, we are aware, are already being attested to by many stakeholders in the Ebonyi project across and beyond the Central, Northern and Southern Senatorial zones of the State which among numerous others include serving and past political, business and spiritual leaders and elders in Ebonyi and beyond.


6. That the same Hon. Ugo Chima who played a role in the Ebonyi State creation struggle and some of his co-travellers have even spoken very glowingly about the candidacy of Professor Benard Odoh and expressed their public and private admiration and support for him as the best Ebonyi can afford at the moment. It will therefore tantamount to blowing hot and cold for the same persons who could not rally a majority of the founding fathers of Ebonyi State to endorse the said Speaker Nwifuru to make a detour and endorse him as the sole candidate of Ezza Ezekuna nation for the 2023 Governorship election.


7. We ordinarily know Ugo Chima and the others involved in the endorsement moves as very honourable, reputable and gentle leaders with the interest of the people of our Ezza Ezekuna nation home and abroad at heart (unless they now prove themselves otherwise by their actions and conducts). We warn that they cannot therefore suddenly become a crocodile that eats fish from it's own pond.


8. We hereby invite members of the discerning public to please kindly disregard any form of purported endorsement of Nwifuru as the choice of Ezza Ezekuna for the 2023 Governorship election under any guise by the Ezza APC elders, leaders or their followers whatsoever. Such a gathering which we believe is rather induced than genuine is regrettable and should therefore be immediately wished away and discarded by every reasonable son, daughter and lover of Ezza Ezekuna.


9. That great sons and daughters of Ezza Ezekuna worldwide who is the eldest clan in the entire Abakaliki bloc and who have contributed immensely in supporting other clans in previous elections remain firmly resolute in their quest to support their own in the 2023 Governorship election in Ebonyi State and no amount of monetized or purchased endorsement will stop or deter them from accomplishing their dream of supporting one of their own in the 2023 Governorship election.


10. Finally, that having fought for the creation of the State and given tremendous supports to present and past governments in the State, our people cannot be railroaded into such an endorsement that reduces us to the status quo of 'common blessers of cola nuts' as the eldest son of Ekumenyi during public functions in Ebonyi. We are strongly determined to make a bold statement with the opportunity afforded us by the 2023 Governorship election that we cannot allow a portion of meat to be sliced and given to us from a huge cow meat that we should be equal sharers. In no distant time, the derailing elders, leaders and their followers will understand that we truly mean the 2023 elections business!

Bernard Odoh remains the best candidate for Ebonyi State

Police Move Nigerian Journalist, Agba Jalingo To Abuja (Photo)

Nigerian police have reportedly moved Nigerian Journalist and Human rights activist, Agba Jalingo to Abuja.


In a picture obtained by 9NEWS NIGERIA, Jalingo was spotted in an Airport in Lagos.

9NEWS NIGERIA had reported that Policemen arrested Jalingo, after holding his wife, and daughter hostage for over an hour at his Ogudu residence in Lagos.

Mr. Jalingo had raised the alarm at about 4:00 PM that some policemen who refuse to identify themselves have surrounded his house.

According to report, four plain cloth officers arrived at his residence from Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory to effect the arrest.

He is currently being detained at Alapere Police station in Lagos.

The Police have also surrounded the CrossRiverWatch office in Calabar, Cross River state, an online newspaper published by Mr. Jalingo.

Mr Jalingo, who is very critical of Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River state was previously arrested in August 2019, and detained for 179 days on the orders of Governor Ayade.

EFCC Arrests Brothers, 23 Others for Alleged Internet Fraud in Lagos (Photos)

Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 25 suspected internet fraudsters in some parts of Lagos State.

The suspects are: Oyewole Damilola, Ovin Adekunle, Ovin Nicholas, Ridwan Iyiola,

Aregbesola Tobiloba, Oladosu Saheed, Oseni Omotara, Abel Durotimi, Oyeneye Rilwan Adetola, Omoregbe Destiny Nosa, Evbonaye Olaleye, Adeyemo Abiola, Temitope Ajetonmobi, Dare-Ilori Oreoluwa David, Adekanye Ayodeji Ezekiel, Osagie Harry Odosa and Arowolo Oluwafemi Isaac.

Others are: Agbaje Jackson Babatunde, Owolabi Temiloluwa Dominion, Fadipe Biodun Idris, Agbayo Moshood Oriyomi, Sylvester Evans, Oshokoya Olaoluwa Muritalah, Omotoye Collins Oluwaseun and Hassan Abdulwahab Oladimeji.

While the quartet of Damilola, Adekunle, Nicholas and Iyiola were arrested on August 10, 2022 at Palmcity Estate, Lekki area of Lagos State, the others were picked up at City-View Estate, Off Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, on August 12, 2022.

They were arrested following credible intelligence gathered by the Commission on their alleged involvement in computer-related fraud.

Items such as exotic vehicles, laptops and mobile phones were recovered from the suspects at the point of arrest.

Bende People Demand Removal of Executive Chairman Over Abysmal Failure, Anti-Party Activities | #IgbereTV

The people of Bende Local Government Area of Abia State have demanded the immediate removal of the Executive Chairman of the LGA, Hon Chief Emmanuel O N Onwuchekwa over abysmal failure, executive rascality and anti party activities.

Several respondents who spoke with IgbereTV lamented that Bende LGA under Onwuchekwa has become a laughing stock in the state given the abysmal performance of the current administration and demanded his resignation.

Since the inauguration of the Onwuchekwa led administration in 2020, the chairman has not executed any major project despite receiving monthly allocation running into Millions of Naira.

A government House source told IgbereTV that the Chairman recieves monthly Project funds apart from his Security vote, Imprest, internally generated revenue and other accruals.

Reacting to the Nomination of Hon Onwuchekwa for award by Local Government Workers Merit Award, on Wednesday, the Assistant Publicity Secretary of the Party in the Local Government Area, Jany Ujunwa said there was no project executed by the Chairman to warrant such nomination.

Ms Ujunwa further accused Chief Onwuchekwa of using funds allocated for Projects for night clubbing.

According to her, "for one year and 8 Months in Office, he has no single project in his name in Bende."

"To the best of my knowledge an award of excellence is given to exceptional personalities with sterling qualities, who have distinguished themselves excellently in service."

Notorious Nigerian Fraudster Transferred To USA Over Alleged $148,000 Scam

A wire fraud suspect, Adedunmola Gbadegesin was on Monday April 26, 2022, extradited to the United States where he is wanted in a case of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering.

The offences contravene Title 18, US Code, Section 1349 and 1956 (h) and carries a maximum jail term of 20 years.

His extradition was coordinated by the EFCC, following a request from the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, pursuant to a February 11, 2022 Order by Justice D.E Osiagor of the Federal High Court, Lagos, in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/765/21, which granted a request to extradite the suspect to the United States to answer to criminal charges bordering on romance scam, wire fraud and money laundering.

BREAKING!!! Biafra: Cameroonian Military Kills BNL Commander

Operatives of the Rapid d'intervention Battalion, a Cameroonian military unit in the Bakassi Peninsula, have killed a commander of the pro-Biafra group, the Biafra Nations League.
According to a statement by Ita Bassey, leader of the Bakassi chapter of BNL, the deceased commander was killed during an operation on Wednesday.

The deceased led the armed group who attacked a boat in a bid to abduct the three tourists, and one security personnel onboard.
The corpse of the commander has since been handed over to the Nigerian Military, Bassey said.
"He was captured in his house, we are not aware if he was part of the attack on the boat on Wednesday, but what we know is that he has been killed and his remains handed to Nigerian Military," he stated
The Cameroonian Security Forces shot the suspect when he attempted to flee during a tip-off operation at his residence in Idabato on Friday morning.

Some weeks ago, the BNL ordered its men to regroup in order to block border entrances and roads.
The group also directed its members to kidnap oil workers in the South-Eastern borders and coastal areas.

According to report gathered by our correspondent, on Saturday at the palace of Awujale of Ijebuland in Ijebu Ode, Bola Tinubu’s dress was soaked behind when he stood up.

One of his security aides in a video obtained by 9jalinks also frantically covered his nose.

A spokesman for the presidential front runner did not return a request seeking explanation.

Speaking with IGBERE TV, Nwaze said Governor Umahi’s administration has constructed more than 10 flyovers, there are 13 flyovers and 10 of the flyovers are double, which means Ebonyi has a total of 23 flyovers. One of the flyovers is 30 span, about 500m while another one has 6 entries and exits.

According to Nwaze, "However, it should be understood that these flyovers are just a part of many other infrastructural, economic and educational transformations that are ongoing in Ebonyi State as the state takes pride in building the biggest and arguably the best and most beautiful Shopping mall in Nigeria - we call it the microcosm of the macrocosm of the Dubai Mall, the biggest and most beautiful international market that is fully deployed, the best and most beautiful University of Medical Sciences and hospital, an ongoing outstanding international airport, over 600 roads constructed on 8 inches concrete pavement, ongoing construction of an Olympic stadium, regular payment of civil servants, massive empowerment for the youths, farmers and widows; massive care for the less privileged, jobs creation and employment, security of lives and property, etc."

Isiukwuato Umunneochi Constituents Blast Hon. Onyejeocha For Inviting DSS To Arrest Young Man Over Social Media Post


The Deputy Chief Whip Of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Nkiruka Onyejeocha is under fire for allegedly using DSS to intimidate her constituents who are demanding she gives chance for another person to represent Isiukwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency haven occupied the office for four tenures of sixteen years.


In a letter addressed to the Department of State Security Service, seen by 9NEWS NIGERIA, the DSS was invited to arrest a young man identified as Joshua Ezekiel over a social media posts and comments.


The letter has generated a lot of condemnations and reactions from his constituents.
