It's procedural for some organizations , so that prospective employees don't hide an ailment, then make the company incure medical expenses on it in the long run.

There are diff grades and diff pay i diff banks. General manager, assistant general manager, senior manager, manager, senior banking officer, banking officer, assistant banking offficer, entry level (might be slightly diff in banks). Then u have contract staffs. A general manager earns over 2m per month nd get profit of like 30-50m a year. An entry level earns btw 110-240,(diff banks diff pay). A banking officer gets like 250-400k. Co ntract staff get like 50-70k. Alot of Nigerians dont know bankers are paid well because dey mostly deal with d contract staffs in branches. Real bankers are in d head office

Though in cases, the branches have as little as 6 full staff and others are outsourced.

Now to the OP, salary is not fixed but dependent on grade. Typically the grading in banks begin from GT, ET....GM. The salary of any full staff in a bank from entry level is from 100k and above.

6. Endeavour to use your Bank's ATM- CBN's directive of destroying other banks trapped debit card and sending it to the customer's bank is not funny, even though I know it is done to protect customers and prevent fraud, it's frustrating when I see the real holders of debit card stranded when their card is trapped in another banks ATM, Especially for those who are out of their comfort zone and really want to make withdrawal for urgent purpose.

Also in the case of dispense error, it's easier and faster to resolve and reverse debit error when it involves your bank, compared to another bank.

So except totally necessary use your Card on your Bank's ATM.

This is indeed terrible. The failure rate is quite high. Either the exam was too tough or the graduates paid their way through Uni.

Just read that Fidelity Bank has refunded $198M to the Nigerian Government. Where was internal audit and internal control when these funds where been moved? Rubbish!!! All you see in the banks is the harrassment and intimidation of lowe cadre staff by internal control of banks while the MD's and ED's move and steal billions. So where is the integrity they make soo much about? They should stop making noise joor!

believe me my Cv iz everywhere in Enugu! The problem is the Ms.c. Every1 iz saying they can't pay! And banks are busy looking forr marketers and sm are laying people off.

Bro, if you are applying with your M.Sc to places that say they can't pay, then you are applying in the wrong places. Though it's said "do not despise days of early beginning" but it would be disastrous to settle for less after that stress of getting an additional degree especially in a job with no career path.

I don't know the course you studied and your age, in fact that's even the most important, cause there are jobs but most time the barrier is age. Don't submit only hardcopy especially in this case where your in Enugu. Use 1 week to submit your cv and cover letter to a particular sector, the next week you send to another sector. This gives you a form of direction. .. You can also stay fixed on this section and browse through other job sites. Goodluck
