davide470:If I don't support your babe, I get banned , If I then eye your babe na? What happens ![]() |
ivyy:Tell me, Why are you this cute? |
ireneony:Lolz this babe though.... BTW, it baffles me why ladies scream so loud when u bump into them. In my own case, when I bumped into her, she turned her behind, placed her hand to cover her below, then tilted her knees , the funny thing is in the position as soon as she bends , all she's covering in front is completely exposed behind. *not everyone would understand this, shoutout to the hommies who gets the gist* |
yemibayo:Was gonna ask for something similar. Please has anyone written or have materials for CIBN (Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria)ACIB PE . Please anyone that has written should give an insight. Cc: Ednut1 ; 18wheeler |
ednut1:Determined young man from the very beginning, knew what you wanted and 6 years later you are where people wished they could be. I sight you bro. |
I can imagine what would be going through you guys mind.... The truth is you can't do it alone. Carry your parents along. I feel you should tell your mum about it, then she would pass it on to your dad...... Reminds me of a friend of mine that got this gf Preggy when we were in our 3rd year in the university. As soon as his dad found out, he stopped sending stipends and fees to him. He said since he has become man enough to put a girl "in the family way" he should be man enough to take care of himself. Lol.... Fortunately/unfortunately, she lost the pregnancy in the fourth month. Wish you Goodluck though. |
Noted. Let there be an end to all of the hullabaloo and the needful be done. This is a very important project for Nigeria and the south as a whole. #BetterNigeria |
ibullem:Boss, I hail thee. To the issue at ground, this particular babe in question , from facts on ground, you dated her till around 2008-2009, broke her heart .... So 7 years after, "you know for sure you love her" baba, I say you lie! Or your not sure. But me feels you just saw the young chic, she has added some flesh here and there and you want to chop or feel like chopping (from a guys perspective I know that feeling) we all have that urge to "taste " our rejuvenated ex, as an ex you broke up with always look attractive at some point. For the babe saying she loves you, I think she's confused and still immature. She uses the guys name as social media display name, talks about the guy, yet she "loves" you, and could "leave him for you" . If she wanna leave him, she will, she won't even have to tell you. I think she's infatuated, your older, working class and all. Brotherly don't break that girl's heart twice, ignore that feeling as I doubt any success in that relationship as it's obviously filled with infatuation . or hit once and run... ![]() |
Dahveydson:Aww. So you didn't join this sector of ours.... Not happy .. Am sure you made the best decision for you. Wish you Goodluck.... |
Dahveydson:Congrats bro. So where are you kick-starting your career? Which did you pick. |
Does unilag run M.Sc Human Resource part time? Any ideas please? |
There is indeed a purpose in your life. I bless God for you. Hope you got the job? Because that should be double testimony. |
Dahveydson:Lolz. Bro don't let that discourage you, it's what it is. There are a whole lot to learn, and I still feel Glad I started there. |
KayBams1 has said it all.... Listen to him. But don't get discouraged though, there is always a starting point. If banking is really what you want, start from somewhere, but firstly avoid going as a contract staff , you would just be stunted without a clear career path. When you join the system, you can lobby around for professional departments that would be of use to you if you decide to leave the sector e.g Human Resource, IT. Wish you Goodluck as you decide to join this regimented job of ours ![]() |
MissGdope:That's good... But you sure you can keep up when the pressure starts building up? |
Let she who has ears listen. |
KweenSisan:Why do ladies always fantasize over the Tall Dark Handsome Men? "Dark" in particular. Is there a particular stuff that makes Dark men attractive? |
Angelberry:If that's indeed the case, what difference does it make when he takes her pics even with the panties on? |
Cheating cos one cheated is rubbish and immature. It really doesn't solve anything, it's just a case of "merry go round" if he or she cheats and you can't stand it,take a walk. |
Lolz. Funny dude. The guy be forming James Bond. |
Do you even understand what you just wrote up there?? |
I appreciate this thread a whole lot. The banking sector is really a Rat Race. The previous bank where I worked, operation staff were given targets, account opening, e-channels and all. In as much as I know that we have to cross sell, putting pressure on operation staff who require full concentration is absurd. It has now become a case of ensuring there is no service failure, seamless operations , fast TAT, error free transactions and meeting target. I almost lost my sanity. Banking is really crazy, operations is worse.... I really wanna break out of the operations department. Am still a Young banker with about 7months experience, (though am currently in my second bank) what courses and certifications can one take to remain relevant? How does one effectively manage salary? At what point should one get a loan (for landed property).... The experienced ones should please assist |
This is Touching... RIP to them both.. ![]() I like the part where he borrowed JColes line from the "No Role Modelz" track. |
kyrieEleisom:BTA is Banking Transaction Assistant ABO- assistant Banking Officer. It depends on if your Friend is currently a Banker. If you have experience, you can negotiate your grade. |
SSpeter:Of course , when you are promoted . Here it is: BTA1 BTA2 ABO1 ABO2 BO SBO DM AM Manager SM ... And so on. |
SSpeter:Bro I can't possibly divulge such info. By the way any Nairalander having induction with me tomorrow? Or am I the only one ![]() |
OversightTM:It's a 0-2 years experience role... So you are still fine. The downside to not going through the Graduate Trainee path is that as a fresh graduate you will be put on a BTA1 or BTA2 grade (infact most likely BTA1 since you have no experience) instead of ABO grade.... So it's a case of working extra before attaining the ABO grade. Also via the graduate trainee path you can end up in either of the sister firms like Stanbic IBTC pensions, but in this case you are strictly employed for the bank. |

Bro, if you haven't gotten any form of regret mail, you will still be considered. Stanbic recruitment takes a while... You can do a mail to them via the mail you got the test invite then copy your HRBP in the mail. You'll get a response from them, though might not be immediate. |
OversightTM:Yes, PBB handles the client service officer role. There could have been a mix up though. There were several cases like that too. |
OversightTM:From what an HR person said, if you apply for Graduate Trainee and your role is streamlined to one of the Personal and Business Banking(PBB) role. Below could be one of the reason You attended a private school not listed among those for the Graduate trainee path (only 3 private schools in Nigeria qualify for this.... From what he said) You attended a state school You are above 26 years. |
Dahveydson:Lolz.... Kpele. Shorten the name na.. Reminds me of My first year in Uni, the HOD asked us to introduce our selves, then one guy whose name was Columbanus introduced himself. HOD was like "Ol' Boy with this your name, are you sure you will have friends? Everybody would be tired of calling your name. You Better shorten your name to colo or colum, so you can have friends" lolz |
xvy1:Welcome to the house.... Here is filled with fun and nice people. The way this thread is flying sha... I hail oh. |
